"That was pretty cool... How'd you turn it white?"

"I'm... not sure." Jasper ring no longer had its bright vibrant glow. "I just... stuck it inside of the fire like you suggested I do and..."

"Maybe you... I don't know"

Alex and Jasper were perplexed by what had occurred. So much so they had just been staring at the white fire this entire time, just thinking about what had just happened. They hadn't even noticed Decimus' footsteps until it was too late and his voice startled them.

"Hello again friends, Jasper and Alex. How are you guys?"

"Fine

Fine" They both said in unison."

"I'm sure... well Jasper I found this Rapier for you. Maybe you'll find some good use for it. I'm going into the forest for a bit with Jade."

"Okay. Thanks, Decimus

Okay. Thanks, Decimus." They said in unison once more.

"Anytime.." Those two were odd... but they seemed so focused on the flames that Decimus didn't want to distract them anymore. "See you round" He parted with

"See ya

See ya"

"Ooo I fancy those. They are really nice.  I think they fit Snow quite well.  I must leave and take some of the army out.  Is there anything that needs to be said to me before I go? "

He sits by the gate waiting patiently.

"Answer.  Go deal with them and by us some time.  Make sure you come from the back so they think we are flanking.  For now,  I'm gonna stay here to handle some things. "

His sword goes off into the forest in the direction right of the army so he could flank.

(ahhh sorry I've been gone a bit)

Snow: She looked at the blades, her eyes in awe and bit her lip as Hunter left, waving goodbye. She turned to Sebastian and smiled nervously. "They are really lovely. I've never had a weapon before."

"I agree. They look marvelous, but aesthetics won't be your saving grace, Snow. Tell me, even if you've never had a weapon before, have you ever used one?" Sebastian's steps slowly guided them over to a little tree patch located between two of the cabins. It was wide and wild enough to hide a few bodies actually, the perfect inner camp location for them to practice. He wondered if they should bring Alex's suit, but he and Jasper were making their way around the fire to, he assumed, retrieve it anyways. Sebastian felt comfortable with his set but wanted to be familiar with them as well. And in doing so, he might be able to teach Snow how to utilize hers. Sebastian silently thanked Jade for her gift to Snow, it really could help save them all.

HUNTER'S JOURNEY HAD TAKEN HIM QUITE FAR, BUT NOTICEABLY NOT AS FAR AS HE HAD GONE LAST TIME. POLTERGEIST MANAGED TO SUCCESSFULLY DISPOSE OF A LARGE HANDFUL OF TROOPS WITH EASE GIVEN THERE WAS NO RESISTANCE FROM THE SQUADRON. THEY ONLY MARCHED FORWARD, AND SEEMED TO DO SO EVEN AS HUNTER WAS APPROACHING THEM. LAST TIME HE HAD FLANKED, THEIR NUMBERS WERE IN THE HIGH TENS. NOW, THEY WERE OVER THE MANY THOUSANDS, AND STILL MULTIPLYING WHILE THEY TRENCHED DOWN.

It was time for Decimus and Jade to meet up and have their quick training session. Decimus didn't have anywhere to sleep yet, and didn't quite bother to find somewhere just yet. He hadn't noticed this entire time he hadn't really been too tired. A little drained, a bit worn out from his constant alertness, but still far from tired. He wondered about that, it had been a few days after all. "Ready?"

Decimus was so lost in his thoughts he didn't hear the building door open nor close. So when Jade spoke behind him he quickly turned around to her, slightly startled. She had changed of course and had a bag on her back. "Yes I am. Did you find what you needed?"

"I just got a collection of tomes that I thought we might be able to use. Most of them are also in the strange swirling writing I noticed before on a slip of paper, but some have English.. or at least I assume that's what the language is."
"What do you mean "assume that's what the language is?' How does one-"
"Just because I can read it doesn't mean I can understand most of the writings. Come on you'll see for yourself."
"I guess. Lead the way, or shall I?"
"I've never really been in the forest, besides collecting supplies. Have you."
"Yes actually. I woke up a day or so walk from here in the woods. Very well that answer's my question." Decimus and Jade passed Sebastian and Snow headed to their training as well. The two smiled and waved to them, telling them goodbye and of their intentions, in case anyone asked for them; though they were sure somehow no one would. After Jade stepped through the giant opening, Decimus closed the gate behind them. It didn't seem safe to leave the camp exposed like that.
"So. Where to?"

Decimus put his hands on his hips and looked around at the fewer amount of trees covering them. "Want to walk around the edge of the camp and then branch out from there? I've come up and into the entrance, but never gone behind the camp. Maybe we'll find something else."
Jade nodded in agreement and clenched her backpack closer. With that, the two were off

Jessssseeee. There issss sssomething you mussst do, before you join the othersss.
"What's that?" Jesse's mind was completely blanked as he admired a snake that had joined his party. Similar to the other times he explored the forest, his presence lured various snakes to follow him. This one was quite interesting, different from the others, and Jesse could tell. Jesse didn't know every snake species, or even 10 of them for that matter, off of the top of his head, but the snake had a rattle on it's tail. That alone indicated it was some rattler variation. He was squatted down petting the all white creature. He had never seen an albino snake before, so when Leviathan spoke to him, he wasn't ready to comprehend his whispers
I am innncompleeete. There are twoo placessss you must go.

"Incomplete? Well... that is a problem. Where must I go then?"
The laaaand and the skyyy
Jesse stopped walking again and blinked a few times blandly. "Very descriptive... okay assuming I find your land and sky thirds, how am I supposed to take care of the sky part? Land I'm always on due to gravity, but I can't fly, and I doubt you can. How am I supposed to handle this?"
Conqueeer the land and ussse the land and ssssea to besssst, the skyyyy

"You sound live you've thought about this for eternity. Did you last vessel not help you acquire all of parts?"
Continue ssstraight ahead. There issss a way to luure me out. We will need the sssstaff
"I guess that was a no. Alright I'll trust your guidance but know if I die now you will too. Or.. your sea form. So no funny business."

Snow: She shook her head and bit her a lip a little. "I um... Have never needed to fight in any of my other lives. My power protecte me... I was different in my other life." A blush stained her ears and cheeks as she glanced awah. Twirling the knife a bit, distracted by its beauty. "But now i cant control my powers..." She sighed a little laughing. "Pretty useless huh?"

Jasper could only find the will to shake his head disapprovingly and grab his new Rapier. It was much lighter than he predicted. So much so that he had almost gouged himself out picking it up with such force and so improperly. After his near brush with death, Jasper held handle the blade tip upwards and admired the handiwork. The bottom of the handle just above his waistline and the tip of the blade was a few inches above his head. Decimus had found a truly nice piece. And it was orange, like his ring! He had to use it as his right handed weapon now. His satchel took care of the left now it seemed.
"That's a really neat rapier, Jasper."
"Thank you. Maybe we can have a quick sparring session now that I have a blade"
Alex laughed and shook his head. "Maybe another time. Did you not see me slice up all of that metal? Did you know it's not hollow in most places. The fucker was SOLID metal."
"So your blade conducts with friction, I just wont clash with you."
"Resistance, It heats from resistance."
"So I won't try to cut it. Get in your suit let's do this."
"Jasper I'm warning you-"
"Now"
"At least let me not wear it. It's an unfair advant-"
"Nooow"
"Jasper I'm trying to-"
"NOOOOOW!" Jasper was behind Alex and pushing him forward.
"Alright alright I'm going!" The two walked around the ring of fire and to Alex's suit. He grumbled the entire time, but was happy to see it was still standing open where he left it. He had made eye contact with Sebastian as an indication of thank you for watching over the suit for him, he really did appreciate it. Alex stepped backwards inside of the suit and winced when it reattached itself to his body, piercing into the holes in his arms to reconnect, closing the suit and encasing him inside. it had been awhile since he last wore it, so it had to reopen the wounds. The suit whirled back to life and left sleep mode

Welcome back Alex James: Armor Raider

"So a rapi-"
"A rapier is a quick jab weapon, I know. So we'll fence. I'll be going to poke you, you try to stop me. If you disarm me, I lose. Seem fair?"
"Sure I g"
"GO!" Jasper lunged the blade forward powerfully, aimed right for Alex's chest. Alex reacted quicker than the suit had been able to finish informing him of incoming danger and slid to the side, but Jasper was just as quick. When he missed, Jasper immediatelly pulled the blade out and restabbed. Alex had to quickly move from his twisted position and doge once more, kicking and using the Tachyon particles to propel himself farther back than he naturally could have, giving himself some space.
"Damn you're quick on your toes. Alright let's get started." Alex held his hand down and from the metal of his suit, a handle poked out and formed. It separated and once it did, blue energy shot out from the top, forming a solid blue bar.

Jasper smirked and positioned himself. His right ring was faintly glowing, but he hadn't noticed. "Now we're cooking" With a laugh, Jasper was back on the offensive

"Far from useless. Lack of control is still far better than lack of power, wouldn't you agree. Anyone could learn control, not anyone could learn power. I'm sure your past forms also had to master their powers, just like you do. I'm not sure if they had any help, but you do Snow, so don't feel useless. I will do my best to help you and in doing so maybe you'll help me." Sebastian thought back to the woman's words before he awoke in the ocean. "You will do great things. I know it, baby Mommy loves you. Don't forget that Okay? I be thinking of you everyday. And every night. Not a minute will go by that I won't miss you, baby. Goodbye baby..." The last words he heard from his mother. It was odd how now that he was awake he could no longer remember what she even looked like. He didn't truly remember it was his mother's voice, just that the voice sounded familiar, as if he had heard it for many many years.

Sebastian noted that he was completely gone from reality for a moment and hoped Snow didn't ask him a question while he was spaced out. He shook his head ever so slightly and closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath to steady himself once more. He held up the blades edge away from his face then opened his eyes.
"You would begin by making sure you have a strong grip on your handles. You don't want someone to just swat them out of your hands." He gently used his blades to tap one of hers but with enough force to show her what he meant by her loose grip without actually knocking it from her hands. "Then it's about becoming comfortable with the weight and speed of your weapons. Strike mine." He held his right sword out for her to use as a target. He knew blades contacting against each other dulled them quickly, but he was sure they could just sharpen them later. The practice is all that mattered

" You're not useless, you just lack proper training. No one here is useless we all have power deep inside of us and I believe that we can become great once again. Rose here told me there was an army coming here which means we need to get stronger, we need to learn our powers." Jacob said as he walked towards everyone with Rose at his side," If you feel weak, good use it as fuel to get stronger. If you feel powerful, good you're gonna need that confidence to push even further than before and reach new limits. And always remember to protect those who cannot protect themselves." Rose said hoping to motivate the others.

Derek had after a long period of time finally finished both the smelter and the forge. He had them set just a little ways away from the South West building, Derek then made his way over to the remains of the beast and took one of the arms and one of the legs. While he was grabbing them he heard Rose and Jacob's words,"They're right it's what we all need to do, as I said earlier an army is coming and by the feel of it they seem to be growing more and more with each day so time is of the essence." Derek then made his way back to the forge to continue his work.

'Where...am...I...all...is...cold. how...did I get here, that guy...he brought me here. I can feel my bones...they're shifting...such pain...but...I can't move. Am I...asleep? I don't know anymore...if so then someone...please..please...wake me up...please.' the man pleaded in his mind, though no one could hear him, even though his body was asleep his mind wasn't and he could feel the camps powers healing him, which meant he could feel each and every one of his broken bones moving slowly back into place powerless to do anything to stop the pain.

The trees close to Snow and Sebastian ruffled a bit so he looked over his shoulder to see who it was. Jacob and Rose had decided to follow them it seemed. He brought them here so Snow would be out of the way and possibly more comfortable and thus more equip to learn if there weren't others making her shy. But after hearing what they wanted to say, he thought maybe they could help after all "Thank you for the vote of confidence." Derek's voice entered the tree group as well. It seemed everyone had heard Snow and wanted to help, or at least that some people seemed to be listening to her, and that was a warming thought to Sebastian.

Snow: She bit her lip and nodded as Sebastian wandered off into his own mind. She looked away, strangely it felt like she was intruding on something personal. When he spoke to her again she met his eyes with her own. She held her twin blades tight and nodded, shaking a little in nerves. But before she could attack the sound of someones voice cut through her and she spun around, stepping away from whoever it was.

Snow: "I can't protect anyone Rose.. Even when controlled, my powers aren't meant to help anyone." She looks away and shied away, afraid of them getting too close now. Her skin prickled as the chemicals started up, sensing new people. She tried to rub at her arms but it wasn't like she could rub them away. Looking up at Derek she bit her lip. A huge army? She wanted to help so bad. She wanted to apart of this team they had.. Looking at Jacob she tried to smile a little. "I will try, it's not fair for me to be here and hold everyone back so I will try... but maybe its best if I just don't use my powers. I think they will only ever cause trouble."

He gets close to the army and sees the enormous size.  Obviously it had grown since the last time.  But how?

Uh oh.  I should probably report this back to the guys.  And.... Girls.  They need to know.  But hey.  No big guy right??  Hahaha

He makes way back to camp to warn the others before its too late

" Don't be scared of your powers, they are a gift. You were given them for a reason if you fear them you will never learn to master them, and that fear will turn into resentment towards them and eventually you'll be ashamed of them. But this place is here for that reason, we're all here to learn what makes us special, to take back control of our abilities. The road to learning them may be challenging and full of danger, but I have faith that we can do this and rise above the limits that bind us. Trust me your powers are a blessing, no matter how dangerous they are." Jacob said expressing his true feelings on the subject. He couldn't help but feel like this girl needed to hear these words for he understood what it is like to fear ones own strength.

Suddenly out of nowhere Jacob felt the pain in his back once again, this time the pain had escalated and became so great it caused his eyes to change to their bright white form and even brought him to his knees in pain. As he fell to his knees his hand slightly touched Snow, Jacob then felt a small surge through his body which blocked out the pain for a moment before returning. It felt as if something was trying to get itself out of his back, clawing and ripping away at his muscles attempting to get out. This pain even lasted longer than the other times but soon after the pain hit it's peak slowly but surely the pain had vanished. However, not without leaving Jacob breathless and nearly exhausted.

Snow: She gasped and fell to her knees, looking at Jacob as he panted in pain. He stopped when he touched her but she couldn't risk touching him again. "Jacob! Jacob oh my god!" She gasped, her eyes wide in worry, her wings sprung out from her back in wisps of water and fluttered in nerves.

Jacob was slowly regaining his strength," It's...like...I said...we all have...powers we just need to...learn about them and learn to control them." Jacob said as he was panting heavily, he had mustered enough strength to bring his head up so that he could see the others. The one that had caught his eyes the most was Snow, he gazed at her wings and how glorious they were. Jacob was in awe at the sight of them,"Beautiful" this was the only thing that Jacob could think, say, and feel in this moment.

@Jennete

Rose was shocked at how much pain Jacob was in, so sudden and out of nowhere she wanted to help him but knew she couldn't do anything to help him. " he's right all of us have powers that could do a lot damage, but they can also be used for the good of others, for the people we care about and want to keep safe. This is why we will fight back and beat this army for the sake of those people."

Snow: She blushed and her skin prickled as her cheeks flushed pink. She stood, looking away and tried to make her wings vanish. They were made of water and caught the light, making rainbows dance around her. They were too flashy. She knew they were meant to draw in those who treasured beauty and art, made to be their muse and entice them to stay with her as she let their natural abilities grow till they were empty shells of themselves. "I...um I'm glad you are okay." She whispered and looked at Rose, nodding before she walked away from the group, holding herself. This was a bad idea. She should have stayed in the water...

"Snow wait up!" Sebastian looked at Rose then Jacob on the ground. He didn't offer him a hand or anything to help him up, only looked at him for a moment. Accepting an accident, Sebastian left the two and hurried after Snow. He hopped that Rose and Jacob would help but they only served to be a nuisance. It was a shame really. But progress would be made in time, he just had to be patient with her, and maybe then she'll be more open to others as well.

Sebastian didn't say anything when he caught up. He figured she might wanna walk in the silences and be in her own thoughts, but he didn't want her to be alone; that seemed worse than surrounding her

Stepping out of the small tree patch, Snow and Sebastian had a front row view to Alex and Jasper's spar. From a last minute observation it seemed like they were trying much harder to kill each other than spar. They didn't know it yet but that's just how Jasper was

"My you're quick." Jasper jabbed rapidly at Alex with the tip of his Rapier. "But I'm faster" Each thrust Alex would be forced to take a step back and dodge. Sometimes he would catch Jasper and their blades would collide, but Jasper's nimble speed, and Alex's refusal to go all out, were all working against Alex's favor

"We'll see about-" Alex barely noticed Jasper jab straight for his left eye. He reacted with grace nonetheless and quickly swiped his photon-ion blade against Jasper's Rapier knocking it off course. But that didn't stop Jasper. He let Alex knock the blade to the left and let go of the handle and quickly grabbed it with his left hand, using the momentum of the sideways blade to push it forward and into Alex's neck. Jasper was going to try to kill Alex and force him to fight harder. He figured if he didn't let up Alex would be forced to survive rather than spar: Survival was a better fight enhancer than practice.

Alex could tell Jasper was a bit.. off. The glow from his right ring faded, but the left didn't glow. Alex went back to quickly dodging, but Jasper's left hand was much quicker than his right. He lunged at Alex with almost twice as much speed and accuracy though Alex was sure if he was struck he would have felt a decline in the force applied when he had switched hands, but it wasn't a risk he was willing to take.

You seem to be struggling, Alex James: Armor Raider. Would you like me to turn the Tachyon Particles to hypertension?

Hype.. they're on?

They're never off

Huh... who would have guessed.....

Jasper kicked backwards and put distance between him and Alex, holding the blade towards him. "This is where you lose, Alex."

"You sure? You seem tired over there old man. Maybe you need a rest." Alex held the blade sideways, both hands on the handle.

"Bring it on!" Alex smirked and kicked the ground with some force. With a whistle that was drowned out by the chime of their metal clashing Alex was inches from Jasper now, their blades collided. Alex pushed with all his might to push Jasper back, and Jasper pushed with all his might to slide from Alex. Alex's blade was humming and starting to lighten. With maniacal evil in his voice, Alex sneered at Jasper's predicament. Struggling, Jasper pushed with all his might and used the angle of the blades to slide and clash down, swinging Alex's blade around then kicking him in the chest and pushing him back.

@Jennete

Sebastian was slightly amazed by their spar. It could go back and forth for awhile with those two. Alex fit in well here, and that made Sebastian happy. He had hopped he and Snow would fit in as well, but it seemed to be off to a rough start still. He also wondered if Jesse were okay, if he would make it to the camp. He thought about going to find him but figured leaving Snow would still be a bad idea and asking her to come might be worse. He looked to her and smiled a bit. "Those two are having fun. Would you like to grab something to eat, maybe watch them and wind down?"

Snow: She looked at Sebastian and gave a small smile. Looking at Alex and Jasper though, her breath was taken away. They fought so confidently... It was like a dance. She watched them intently and then was startled when Sebastian spoke. She smiled guiltily at him and nodded. "I could eat." She went to say something, maube apologize for her behavior... But there was really nothing she could say to make it better. She was burdan on Sebastian. If she were a better person she would tell him to go connect with the other people... But she wasnt a better person and selfishly wanted someone around her. Her heart craved friendship. It was in her whole body to love... But her love was posion.

"How far are we?" Jesse was rewarded with silence. "Hellooooo!" Nothing. He'd been walking for a very very long time and his body was aching. There was nothing for eternity but trees and the critters that lived within them. There wasn't much water to rehydrate, but there was plenty of shade to cool off. He took what he could and rested against a tree. Sighing and closing his eyes he relaxed against the warm bark. "This is nice." He was a bit surprised voice didn't gripe him to continue moving. His reptilian companions slithered over his legs and each other. He watched them do their thing. They climbed up, went over, and just went into the mesh of so many snakes from climbing over and getting bumped into where to go to finish the cycle. He chuckled and leaned back, sighing deeply

"I was hoping you'd say that." The closest building was the North Eastern cabin. He graciously and carefully pointed forward with the hilt of his blade. Large problem: he didn't have sheaths. But he was making due. Sebastian walked up the steps to the cabin and opened the door for Snow, stepping back and revealing the grand entrance to her.

The entry was more humble than the other cabins. Comfortably straight ahead against a wall filled with blank frames and on a floor of freshly waxed marble ties twisted right to the second floor. The room was split into two long hallways that connected to this entry room. On the left and right of the second floor was a walkway to farther back into the cabin. Under the walkways were hallways that went to the dining room left and kitchen right. Centered on the floor was a square patterned rug, and above that was a delicate crystalline chandelier. The room was decorated with white furniture to match the pure white of the walls, the burgundy of the rug and the trim of the chairs matching the rosewood colored trim of the stairway and upstairs handrail

Sebastian entered after Snow and closed the door behind them. Sebastian looked around for a moment but his focus was guided to the beautiful chandelier. It's warm little lights refracting on the crystal details really did fill him with glee. "I wonder where the kitchen is in this place."

Sebastian entered after Snow and closed the door behind them. Sebastian looked around for a moment but his focus was guided to the beautiful chandelier. It's warm little lights refracting on the crystal details really did fill him with glee. "I wonder where the kitchen is in this place."

Snow: She nodded and looked at the detail in the cabin. "Oh wow..." She whispered. Her wings fluttered a bit and she smiled happily for the first time in a while. She shrugged and pointed to the left and right. "One of these ways I guess." She looked at him and smiled softly, her wings watching the light of the chandelier befire the vanished in a trinkle of water on the floor before that too disappeared. "I dont know why they come and go..." She mumbles, her ever present sad expression taking over her eyes.

Sebastian nodded and peered over left, there were too many chairs, then right, a counter- bingo. "Hey I fou-" Sebastian turned back and felt an immense pain from Snow. "Are you..." The pool of water at her feet just.. vanished. Her wings had disappeared. "I don't know why they come and go..." Sebastian looked up to the chandelier and back down to Snow. The light must have upset them. Her eyes were so sad it almost overwhelmed him. "Maybe they know you're indoors somewhere safe and didn't want to strain you unnecessarily"

Snow: She nodded and went down the hall to the left. She rubbed her arms and blinked slowly. She laughed shakily, trying to bring back the positive atmosphere as she gazed at the kitchen. "It's lovely in here as well." She ran her fingers across the counter tops and smiled softly. "I've never been inside a house before. Are they all this lovely?" She gazed up at him with a childlike wonder, hope tugging at the corners of her lips.
