Snow: She nodded and went down the hall to the left. She rubbed her arms and blinked slowly. She laughed shakily, trying to bring back the positive atmosphere as she gazed at the kitchen. "It's lovely in here as well." She ran her fingers across the counter tops and smiled softly. "I've never been inside a house before. Are they all this lovely?" She gazed up at him with a childlike wonder, hope tugging at the corners of her lips.

"Im not sure myself. This is the first house I've been inside of in... eternity." Sebastian's memory banks returned him to a pristine white high marble abode. He too had a smile break the corner of his mouth and he stared into Snows eyes. "Maybe this will be the last house you'll ever need to reside. I hate packing" Sebastian chuckled and tilted his head back to the kitchen. "So what builds your palette? What does Snow have a hankering for today? I want to say... water with a side of freezing temperatures and maybe some drizzle as an appetizer?"

Snow: She grinned widely and laughed. As she laughed it felt like some of her worries left her and she shook her head, grinning ear to ear. Her eyes twinkled a bit and she relaxed against the counter. "I can eat anything. Its enjoyable to taste different flavors. I just don't have too as often as normal people."

((I just haven't been satisfied with the kitchens I've seen when I get in a mood I'll also post the whole house layout in the Rooms tab))

Sebastian noted her choice and rummaged the cabinets. "How often do you need to eat? The occasional meal once or twice a week or so? I need to plan out when how often I'm going to be cooking and what I'll make" The only things that seemed appealing was the canned corn he pulled out, a box of instant mashed potatoes, and some string beans. He nodded at his selection and moved over to the fridge and checked out all he could in there. In the freezer he found a few packages of different meats: pot roast, steak, ground beef, pork chops, bacon, so on. "Whats your favorite meat dearest Snow?"

Snow: "You can cook as often as you would like I um... honestly I just need to eat once every couple of weeks. But I can eat more then that. It just feels uncomfortable, like you're too full." She shrugs her shoulders and looked up at him blushing as he called her dearest Snow... her skin pricked and she yelped as her wings suddenly appeared and fluttered excitedly. She pushed away from the counter and him. She quickly dashed around the counter and down the hall, calling out. "Um anything, I have to go." She walked outside and let the cool air hit her skin. She felt the chemicals in her skin flaring. They wanted to bask in the affection of his words and give him power in return. But she shouldn't let herself grow attached. Oh god how selfish am I? She thought to herself, wiping tears from her eyes. He was just being nice and she was finally happy when her stupid powers acted up again. She had handled that all wrong... he knew not touch her. But she had been afraid. She should go back in... but now she was embarrassed of her behavior.

That kind of made sense to him. His stomach growled at the selection and he chuckled and rubbed his stomach with his free hand. He hadn't noticed Snow's wings returned, but when he closed the freezer.. she was gone.

He heard her call from down the hall. "Oh... okay then.." He assumed she must've needed a restroom. He looked around the kitchen to see how it connected to the rest of the house. There was another turn back at the end, but it must have led to the dining room. So yeah maybe she was on the right track. There was a pull in him to go to her, to make sure she was okay, but he shook it away. As he was cooking he was also muttering to himself. "She can find the restroom on her own, Sebastian-" Running warm water over a wrapped package of steak slices. Enough for 10. "You don't need to be by her side every moment of every day." Shuffling under the cabinets to find pots large enough to make more vegetables and mashed potatoes. "Maybe she needs a moment alone" He added water to the necessary pots, moving them to the stove. That thought stayed on him for a second longer than he liked, but he thought of reasons why. He stopped whisper aloud and his thoughts were contained within his mind. They kept him a bit distracted while he got the necessary spices and seasons out as well. He occasionally found himself looking back to the hallway and chuckled to himself each time. "Now I kind of wonder how far the restroom is from the kitchen, and the rest of the house actually. Maybe I should explore while the meat defrosts.."

Jasper looked at the quality of his blade while Alex slid along the dirt. There was a small noticable size difference where their blades had collided and slid down, practically shapening the one side of the Rapier. Jasper looked over to Alex, his sword no longer hummed and steamed vapors off, the blade itself darkening back to its royal blue. "Interesting... I have a different game we can play if you're interested."

Alex shook his head and flicked the blade back down to his side. "Absolutely not. You're just mad I've got the upper hand."

"Ahhh ya got me" Jasper shrugged. Vainglory wasn't really his forte. "I forfeit. You win round one. How about round two?" Jasper picked up the matching orange sheath and gently slid the blade back in. He rested it on the stone bench and he turned to Alex. "You know what... not yet. But that was still amazing, so congratulations!"

Jasper walked over to Alex to shake his hand, and Alex extended courteously and shook vigorously. "Thank you thank you. It means a lot" Alex felt an unnerving sensation from the camp entrance. He looked over to it and squinted causing the visor of his suit to zoom in on the door. There was nothing there, so he shrugged it off and he looked back to Jasper.

"Know what? Let's find you somewhere to stay. My cabin has a few locked rooms, maybe one will open for you."

"Oh that sounds awesome sure"

Jasper and Alex grabbed their few things and made their way around the arc of the white flames to the SouthEastern building. They waved to Snow and continued on around until Jasper remembered something: he gave schematics to Derek for a blade he was tinkering on in his mind. He wondered how it turned out. He guided himself and Alex back to where Derek had posted up the forge. It's been a few days since it's completion. He wanted to admire their hard work anyways

Snow: She shivered in the cold wind and her wings fluttered excitedly in response to Alex and Jasper passing. She gave a small shy wave and looked at her toes until they passed. She looked back up and breathed out relieved. Opening the door she headed back into the house. Sebastian had probably started to notice she was gone for too long. But her eyes caught the staircase and her curiosity got the best of her. She wasn't ready to see him again just yet. She started walking up the stairway, her mind still somewhere else...and missed a step. She gave a loud short shriek of surprise and fell forward. But she never hit the marble. Instead she landed with a splash... she had turned into water. The water trickled down the steps...well she was the water so she was spilling down the steps. Oh god...

((I wonder..))

The swish sound of water pouring out of the faucet became rather dreary. I wonder where she went off to... It does give me a chance to look around. He looked into what he could of the dining room from the kitchen, but it seemed best to save that curiosity for later. Sebastian turned back down the hallway when he heard a piercing shriek that immediately sent him into alert. He ran back into the small entryway and didn't see Snow. He looked to the open door and the stairs and immediately assumed the worse. He bolted up the steps. His first step came in contact with the wood foundation. But in his hurry Sebastian skipped one too many steps, coming in contact with a step covered in- His foot slid from under him quicker than his mind could process the step had any substance on it. He was coming into contact with the stairs rapidly. His reflexes caught him and his hands flew forward to catch him. He got up quickly when he realized it was water. Sebastian shook his hands and continued to run upstairs, but much more safely now. Once he got closer to the top he noticed something... off about the friction he now experienced. He stopped on the second to last step and looked up the rest of the way. It was dry. There was no water coming from the top steps. He looked back to the pool, his hands, and back to the pool, eyes widening with fear. What had he just done? He gulped audibly and stood there almost...frozen

Snow: Her face appeared in the water and she tried to call for Sebastian but yelped as he landed in the water. She reformed and blinked, her face now in all the different droplets that he had spread. She tried to turn back but when the water would start collecting she would loose her strength and just become formless again. She focused on the water droplets on Sebatian's hands and her face reflected in them. She needed help... oh god how did she get back to normal? Would she just have to wait? She focused more and suddenly felt all the water travelling up the steps to the water on his hands, pooling around his feet. But she didn't have control of her powers, so she still didn't know how to turn back solid.

Sebastian blinked back to Snow and twitched back when she cascaded back in a splash of water. He didn't know what to do! He started to make his way back down the steps, but she was making her way back up. He looked down to his hands as she had. Could she need the water back that had collected on him? It would make sense... he reach down slowly and put his hands in the pool of Snow praying he was doing more help than harm

Snow: The water swirled up and formed her shape, his hands on her shoulders as she looked up at him gasping, her eyes wide. She looked at his hands on her bare skin and she yelped backing up. But her skin had already tingled around his touch in excitement. "Oh god no no no no."

"Alright no more resting let's go" Jesse picked back up and stepped to his journey. Another few hours went by and he pushed around a tree to see a small little hut built out of one of the trees. It had steps made from what he assumed were other smaller tree stumps leading up to the little gated doorway. The cute white stock red hatted mushroom that decorated the hut's roof had to be as tall as Jesse was and that made him chuckle. It added character. He wondered who lived in the little home and so he hopped up the steps and peered inside.

His eyes weren't the quickest to adjust, but he did see faint little blue lights scattered on the ground. When his eyes adjusted he saw little tree people! "Aww aren't you guys so" They lunged at Jesse. They squealed and clicked in a sound he couldn't understand. They were tiny and frail, but their numbers worked against him. He didn't know how so many could fit in this little house! They pushed him to the ground and let his skull crack on the hard wood ground, blacking him out

Sebastian was amazed as the water swirled and rose. He didn't fight, didn't pull away from its pool, and just rose as gently as it did. They only guided him so high until they smoothed and solidified under his hands. Warmth rushed to his hands from the softness of her skin. He almost forgot about Snow's condition but she quickly reminded him when she yelped back. His body lunged for her, his right hand on her left bicep just where the clothes contacted her skin, his left hand going around her back and holding her up. He pulled her closer onto a step then took a step up. His hands felt as though they were on fire. As if he grabbed a poisoned cactus and the prickles reverberated through his nervous system. It wasn't a bad sensation at all, and it seemed to prickle and itch more now that Snow were no longer under his touch. He nervously scratched his hands, but that only made them itch and crave more. He continued the cycle, scratching his cupped hands and kind of avoiding making eye contact as well. He was concerned for her safety and wondered if he had done more to endanger it. "Are you okay, Snow? I'm so sorry I had no idea... you appear back to normal.. do you need a cup of water..? Replenishment? I'm sure a lot of your.. you I guess soaked into my hands and clothes." He was scratching too hard and caught the pain. He winced and looked. His left palm was red and irritated and slightly bleeding. He closed it quickly, not wanting to worry her, and smiled to hide his concern. Oh no...

Everyone scattered away again. The sparring match was interesting, but she was a bit disappointed in the results. "Man..  now what do I do?" Lilly shuffled the dirt a bit with her feet, kind of making her way back to her room. She ended up kicking what she assumed was a rock a pretty distance and continued on nonchalantly. She decided yeah let's go back inside. She stared at the doorway to the South Eastern building for quite a moment. She felt a cold shudder from the building. She didn't want to go back in, not yet. She went back down the steps and decided to find and join the others that were still outside. She cursed herself for not joining Jade when she left with Decimus, and now it was biting her a bit. Coming from the trees in the camp was some noise earlier. She figured she should go check it out.

Snow: She nodded slightly and bit her lip as she looked up at him with het big blue eyes. "Are you okay? You touched me..." She saw him hide his hands and reached for them concefned but stopped and pulled her hands back to her chest. "I would love some water." She whispered, trying to smile as well up at him. Oh please let him be unaffected.

"C-cool..." Sebastian let out a nervous chuckle and reached forward. "Af-after you..." He was so tongue tied it was embarrassing. Get it together Sebastian! The tingle in his hands spread up his arms and made his blood boil. They cried so hard for they practically began to sweat for Snow. He felt so... tense. His arms were locking and the only thing that relieve the tension was the thought of allowing them to reach for their beloved Snow. He blinked quickly at the words in his head. Could this be what she was talking about? I need to distract myself with ANYTHING! When they reached the bottom Sebastian turned the corner of the stairs along Snow's side quickly. He was so focused on just getting back to the kitchen that he didn't notice the trick his arms played: When he swung around they relaxed and his pinkie grazed hers. A jolt of euphoria shot through him and he quickly took a step from her. He didn't want her to feel.. pushed away by his step, he was her guardian. He retracted the step and closed the distance between them, but this couldn't have been better. His heart beat stronger like it wanted to break out of his rib cage being even a few steps from her. He steadied himself and felt his lips grow into a smile. "Sorry about that.. that cup of water coming right up" He thumbed over his pinkie as he walked backwards a few paces and spun around back into the kitchen. He went over to the cabinets and opened each one to find cups. He accidentally went to the spices again, boxed foods, then plates, then coffee mugs and tea cups. Each cabinet filled him with disappointment and irritation. Where was the perfect cup for her? Not too tall, but not a mug. He went around the island to another set of cabinets: bingo. He grabbed a decently sized cup, held probably 16 or so floz, and twisted over to the fridge. He glided along the tile and pushed the cup into the electronic water button. The cup filled about four fifths of its maximum and Sebastian moved over to the sink. He pressed the meats, still partially frozen. He slowly grazed his hands over the cold meat. He felt a pressure rising in his chest but he pushed it away and rushed back to Snow with her drink. "I hope it's to your liking. I can add ice if you'd like."

Snow: She jumped back from him as he touched her piny and her eyes met his. She bit her lip and went to stand on the other side of the counter from him as handed her the drink. She smiled softly at him and picked it up when he set it down. She closed her eyes and took a long sip before setting it down. "Thank you for the water."

Sebastian leaned on the island opposite from her and watched her drink. The gentle bump of her trachea moving to let the water slide down.. Get out of your head Sebastian. Get her out of your head. Come on. "No problem, it was my pleasure.." He ran his hands down his face and sighed a bit. Slowly he opened his eyes and it were like he had seen heavens gates all over again once they captured Snow. He was sure his heart might develop a permanent murmur if he kept starring at her.. Yikes! How long had he been staring? Was she weirded out? He scratched the back of his head nervously and looked to the running water, mainly out the window. It felt so comfortable, so natural not too long ago. But now... this couldn't be what she was referring to. I don't feel any power surging through me- just... just..... He looked back to her once more and his body warmed up with glee. Each time he looked away and looked back it were like a child on Christmas, and he was slowly becoming afraid of that. He knew it was getting weird.. it had to be, quickly he moved over to the sink once more. The tingling moved through his entire body now, and now his back felt like his spine were going to rip from its position if he didn't turn and face her. The sensation went from a tingle to a slight heat that radiated through his whole form. He could feel it from the tip of his hairs down to the curvature of his toes. The sound of running water drowned his mind, but the cold of the meat only made him think of one thing: snowy mountain tops. The softness of the meat that had defrosted reminded him of Snow returning from her puddle form, the softness of her skin under his hands... he looked down to them, letting the hot water burn his hands. There were turning a crimson red, but he still didn't move them. The heat did little to sedate the fire that burned just under his skin. He turned the water off and looked back to Snow. He stoned himself to force himself to reply, but her gentle blue eyes melted his resolve immediately. He had fallen from the sky, crashed into the water, and found himself washed to shore, yet somehow she tipped him over and made him fall in a completely unique way. He need some excuse, any excuse to touch her. Moments passed but couldn't keep going like this, he had to instead uphold his promise: no one would touch her, not even himself. Those few seconds that felt like eternity were broken when Sebastian closed eyes once more. If he didn't take a step back, If she didn't take a step forward, he might just take the risk. Quickly he pushed the thoughts out and forced himself to calm down. He got a grip over the burning and settled it to a dull hum. It didn't change his feelings, and when he opened his eyes they flared once more, but he was her guardian and he needed to act like such. Strong, unbreakable. He couldn't let her know she had him cracked like a broken windshield and one ounce of pressure could cause him to shatter and fall at her feet. His eyes looked down to their feet and he nodded to himself, chuckling. He shrugged lightly and finally found his voice. "The steaks are almost defrosted.. would you like to help me marinate and cook them?"

He found himself reaching for the glass in her hands before he realized what he was doing. Yet.. a part of him didn't want to stop, and that part of him took hold. His finger tips gentle rested on hers and lingered a moment while his palms wrapped around the other side of the cup. He hadn't actually taken it from her grasp her, he waited for her to let go, but part of him didn't want her to, a deep part of him prayed she didn't step away. Moments passed but he couldn't uphold his prayers, he had to instead uphold his promise: no one would touch her, not even himself. Those few seconds that felt like eternity were broken when Sebastian lifted his fingertips from hers, but he didn't move his hands away from the cup in case she would like him to take to take it from her. His fingers begged for him to curl back down, instead of a burning they felt frozen, and she was the only source of warmth. He had to consciously force them not to bend back at the knuckles and rest happily where they once were

Snow: Her heart shattered as she saw the symptoms in him of her skin. She set down the cup and closed her eyes as she tried to calm down her burning skin. The chemicals on her finhertips roared to life when he lightly touched her and she sighed happily at the contact. She shook her head and stepped back from him. "Sebastian... I'm so sorry. I dont know how to make it better... This is why I shouldnt be here. I only hurt those I care about."

A knot twisted in his stomach when she stepped away from him that he couldn't ignore. That's what rejection must feel like.. he didn't like it, but he appreciated it, he needed to get used to it and quickly. "Snow, please.. it's fine. It's my fault for having slipped in you. It will pass Im sure. You haven't hurt me at all. None of the others have experienced this, and all of their reactions passed. It will pass out of my system too." Sebastian spoke confidently, but the pain on vibrated through him with each syllable. He saw his suffering brought her some sadness, so he knew what he needed to do: sober up quickly. Maybe the food would do the trick. He hasn't eaten in awhile. He stepped around her and preheated the oven to 350. Now he turned on all the fires that had pots of water sitting and waiting on them. He turned them to low-medium so they boiled relatively slowly. He moved back to the island and pulled out a pan that could hold the slabs of meat, two once he realized one might be too small. "Would you mind opening the cans I've left on the counter for me? The can opener is... somewhere." This is what he needed. Distracted activity and it was working. It was feeling almost natural again. He looked over to her whenever he thought he could sneak a glance, and a smile teased the corners of his lips every time. He could hopefully get used to this

Snow: She bit her lip and nodded slightly. "Okay..." A small smile spread on her lips as she headed over and started opening drawers looking for the can opener. When she finally found it her wings fluttered in excitement and she grinned. Turning back to the cans she began trying to twist the knob on the side as she slowly started opening them. She sucked on her bottom lip as she concentrated and put her arm into it, rising up on her tip toes. She blew up at a piece of hair in her face but was overall happy that things were normal again. She didn't want to force affection on anyone...and that was what her skin did. It gave until you gorged to death.

Sebastian felt myteriously happy. The vegetables warmed nicely. The steaks were cooking well. The mashed potatoes were forming. Snow was as adorable as ever when she was focused. He was smiling brightly and felt proud of it. He had gotten to enjoy the sunset and now admired the scattered white flakes across a black sky. The center fire pit however was never luminous while white. It helped brighten the kitchen so they still didn't need to turn on the lights. Some parts of the edge of the kitchen were dark but they weren't really working in those areas. Sebastian then thought about asking: how... does everyone like their steaks? He turned on the oven light and examined. He hoped they liked medium. Probably medium-rare. He pulled the slabs of meat out and left them on the free eyes of the stove to cool and turned off all the flames. "I'll go get everyone, can you set up the plates, Snow?"

Snow: She nodded and thought of cooking again but needing to be safe how to hide her skin more... and suddenly it was like the air around her shimmered (her glamour but she didn't know how to use it or what it was) and poof she was in a long sleeved shirt with an apron and some shorts. The shorts were paired though with thigh high socks that covered almost all of her legs. She laughed a little as she touched her head and saw her bandanna to keep her hair back that had been annoying her. She tied the apron and smiled at Sebastian as he asked her to set the dinner plates. "Yep, no problem." She hummed and went to the cabinets, pushing up on her tip toes to reach them as she pulled them down one by one so as not to drop them.
