"Woah.  I don't think that could be it.  Maybe.  Just maybe.  The people that are watching me are the target.  Hmm?  Maybe that's it.  It would make sense.  But I do apologize if this was my fault."


A sudden switch


"Maybe we trespassed.  Maybe he was the guardian of this territory and it just now realized.  Hmm.  This is very.  Weird. "


He goes into the forest to gather the wood that was cut by poltergeist

"That would be funny. 'Ehhh I can take a break no one has been here for 300 years.' Comes back. 'OH FUCK! THE ROACHES ARE BACK!' Oh okay see you later"


Jasper watched him leave and shrugged, walking over the remaining trash and going to join Lilly and Rose

Rose was curious about this Lilly girl she was so up beat and hyper she admired that about her,"just follow me and I'll show you where we need to go." Rose said as she guided Lilly and Jasper to the South West building. When they all entered the building Rose decided to give them a slight tour of the building," So guys this is what the South West building is like on the inside this is the entryway/ living room, I don't know much about up stairs so we'll have to check that out some other time." then they got to the lower levels and made they're way through the gym and into the armory.


Jacob grouped up with Decimus and Jade, he only took one step before our of nowhere a nearly unbearable pain surged through his back and shoulders. The pain was so great it brought Jacob to his knees, it felt as if something strong was trying to rip it's way out of his back. Strangely as quick as the pain came it vanished without a trace this was now another time that this had happened to him, he was confused and slightly afraid at the same time. Jacob then stood up and continued with the others towards the gate where he could see I the distance even more new people entering the camp," looks like we got more company guys."

Decimus and Jade took a step back from Jacob to give him some air. But.. he shrugged off his pain like it was nothing. They started to ignore him and demand he at least rest, the crash probably did more damage than he thought, but company was a bit too distracting

Decimus was first to look around the corner with Jade at his heel. He saw two young men, relatively the same age as them, a young girl, possibly their age too, and... what appeared to be metal sort of growing out of the grown. Raising and looking at it a bit more and he noticed it was some sort of.. metallic shell. With his body like structure it must have been a suit of armor. Nice 


Jade smiled and waved to the three. No use being secretive now. She was discovered anyways. "Hey guys! More survivors it seems. Come on in and rest up we have plenty of space." "And we could use the hands" "Decimus!""What?!"


"That's so rude! At least introduce yourself" "Sorry. My name is Decimus Nogaletta. Welcome to Camp Rebirth. Please, like my friend Jade suggested, do come in and rest and freshen up. You are home now. And we could use the hands.  Jacob here is leading us to gather some wood from the cut trees. We're building a forge inside if you'd like to help there. With your suit of armor there maybe you can help break apart the monster we defeated. Someone inside can tell you more about it"

So he continued to make his way out into the woods, however he couldn't help but glance once more at this new girl before leaving.


Derek saw that new people began to enter in the camp he thought that it would be good to head to them and introduce himself.

Hunter pauses and then continues into the forest in the direction the trees were cut.  He notices the space is right next to the cave.  The space is smaller than expected so hunter continues to chop.  80 to 90 trees into small pieces. Some big for projects.  If he had to.  He could always get more wood.  He then starts to explore the cave.  Seeing how deep the cavern goes.  


"It's very dark.  Maybe I should come back when it's day time."


He spends the whole time bring wood back to the camp. 


Leaving the whole pieces in the forest for his projects.

Jasper and Lilly were both keeping a mental list, checking them off as she went. "Rose... what's a pike?"


"Not pike, stupid. Spike." He held up a piece of glass to demonstrate. "Like this" Jasper tossed the glass unsafely over his shoulder without looking and winced when it shattered. "Sorry"


Lilly sighed and shook her head looking around the room for their materials. She opened various drawers on a workbench and came across a circular mallet. This could work. "Got the circular one!"


Jasper rummaged the armory and ooood whenever he came across something interesting. I nice pair of spiked twin blades... he might have to come back in here. Well if he kept search around the sword rack hed never find the hammers. He was stuck finding the flat faced hammer or a hammer with a spike. He found a small chisel. Maybe that could be the spike? He tossed it back where he founded and kept looking. Square hammers were difficult to come by. After awhile he was starting to think it was a prank

Not too far behind was the resource gathering party. Decimus noticed Hunter and called out to him. He picked up the pace to help him carry some of the cut chunks of wood he saw around, causing Jade to hop on as well

Snow: Her eyes caught Jacobs and she quickly looked back down, falling in line behind Sebastian and Alex. She peeked up around at all the people and bit her lip nervously. Her skin itched as the chemicals started to react, everyone glowing with potential. "I..I um.." She went to Sebastian, her eyes darting side to side. Entering the Camp, Snow felt a bit more at ease. Her skin itches, but not as badly. Her energy is more orderly while she is in the Camp, even if it did still break out from time to time. Maybe if a water source were developed for her to fully mature her power...


Sebastian nodded and smiled back. "Don't worry I'll be sure to stop them, just in case."


Alex's suit clicked and reattached itself to him once more. That was a sensation he wasn't sure he'd ever get used to. He stood up and clenched his fists. It seems the Tachyon overcharge has subsided. Probably burned itself out. "Everything's a goooood to go!" Alex pointed straight and lead them into the camp. First thing he noticed was the giant husk of a robot laying on the floor, its top half blown off and into twisted at its ends. It was at least 12-15ft long. 


The second thing he noticed was the giant of light blue fire burning powerfully in the center of the camp. That, he had questions about. 


Finally, there was some sort of building collapse. Piecing it together Alex concluded this robot must have attacked, but they defended themselves well. He wondered how they made the top half twist and bend like that. Probably some fire magic from the pit, who knows what the heck is going on.


"Him there. He's the only one outside. Maybe he has some answers." Sebastian was referring to Derek since everyone else was gone for a different task. Sebastian walked a bit in front of Snow to kind of naturally enforce a safe distance between her and others. Alex, however, stayed behind and admired the metallic contraption trying to see if he could guess its material while the Suit worked on analyzing and returning an answer

Hunter jumps in the air cutting the top of a tree.  Pushing it over and standing on the tall trunk that's left.

Sebastian spoke with Derek for a while to get an understanding of what had happen, what was going on, and where everything was headed. From Derek he learned they were indeed in Camp Rebirth. He wasn't sure where everyone had been coming for either, but when a certain amount of inhabitants showed up that's when this metallic monstrosity burst in. Derek accounted for the events of the beasts demise as well. Hunter did well to distract it while Jasper, Jacob, and finally Derek delivered the final attacks. They were making best of a lost building due to the fight and using its parts to build a forge in order to turn the beast into some nice new weapons. It was very hard to damage, he reminded them, so it's metal could be very useful for defense.  


Sebastian was in awe. That truly did sound like a catastrophe. He wondered if they would have done better or worse with his and Snow's help. He took a glance at her to rediscover what her take on all of this was, but Alex caught the corner of his eye. His eyes venture over and wided when he saw Alex's armor swing down. He was curious and watched the man. Guess Alex decided to help them immediately 


Alex walked up and down the length of the metal husk amazed. It took some paces, and that along is amazing. "Alright In done guessing. What is it?"


The metal body is composed of a Lunar Zephyrglitter Admantium compound


"Wha- you know? I'm going to accept it. Is it useful?"


Yes. It can be melted at extremely high temperatures and redrafted. The metal is extremely malleable once its been liquidized. Similar to... have you ever had Jello, Alex James? If so, imagine jello that can be molded into any shape, but retains it form while doing so. The tick is keeping the metal at that temperature while working. It cools very rapidly and tries to retain its form. Even cool air will begin to harden it


"In that case... let's cut it for them. We'll work on the melting part later. Equip the blade, please." Alex rose his hand above his body and his photon-ion blade's hilt molded from the metal of the right hand of the suit. From there, the blue energy shot out, then hardened. Alex dropped the blade against the creatures hip with an audible cry of metal coming in contact. He held it there, pushing down


Alex looked over to Sebastian and Snow and waved with his free arm. "Sometimes it takes a moment" He assured them. He twisted his lips and pushed harder against the metal. How hard ARE you?! 


36.7x more solid than carbon steel and a 14.8x higher heat capacity than titanium


Jeez... how did they kill this thing alone?


Alex focused and put both hands on the hilt, pressing down with all his might. A few more eternal moments passed, and he felt a looseness. Excited and filled with a new wave of determination, Alex pushed the blade down harder on the hip. Slowly, it started to hiss in heat and pass through the metal. The more resistance the blade felt, the more and more it self conducted until the resistance is melted or burned out of the way. Alex smiled and nodded proudly as he found it easier and easier to just saw the metal in half. After that he would cut the legs from the hips, the thighs from the knees, the shins from the feet, and put those pieces with the twisted chest and arms that had been blown left and right. He'd put them in a pile when he was all done

Hunter runs at his top speed that he can withstand going in a direction opposite of the camp.  He notices 2 beings.  He slices at the smaller one and punches the other one.  


"Stop pretending to be my kind and leave me alone.  I have a journey with Jasper that awaits and you keep postponing it"


He runs back to the place where the trees are cut.  


"This place needs a name.  Ooo how about the conquered land.  CL for short.  I like that.  Makes us seem like kings conquering land. "


He watches the surrounding to see if anything is hiding.  Bushes move and a growl could be heard.  A canine approaches at it growls deeply.  


"Well hello there!!! "


Hunter is instantly in love with the wolf.  


"LOOK DECIMUS! I DIDNT KNOW WE HAD WOLVES OUT HERE!! "

Snow: "Alex look how excited you are." She laughs softly and her wings flutter. Gasping she turned behind her to see that they had appeared again. But they were at rest for now. "Wow..." She grinned a bit and turned back to Alex. "What are you going to do with the metal?" She asked curiously.

"That's up to them honestly." Alex had moved between the legs and was severing them from the hip and chest pieces. "I kind of just wanted to cut it just to be honest. Besides, it's made of Lunar Zephyrglitter Admantium. I'm sure they'd eventually figure out SOMETHING to cut it with, but if I can help why not?" Alex switched over to the left leg and sawed through that with more ease. The more he cut this foreign material the hotter his blade needed to become, so the easier the overall process was becoming

Far at the end of the forest....


Far north in the forest, the ground rumbled ferociously. The earth's plates shifted and collided with vigor. The plates dragged against one another to cause the quake. There were no aftershocks. The land was peaceful for a moment, until the stomps of the troops replaced the silence 





A small army was growing. Their forces kept rising in supply. It would take them awhile, but they were going to find and exterminate the horsemen

Hunter felt a little rumble.  But not a lot.  Enough to grow suspicisuspicion.

"I was going to ask myself. Probably earthquake somewhere. But with events before, it might be something else" Decimus carried a couple stacks of wood and pushed the other door of the wooden gate open with his back. He thought if we open the entry as wide as possible we can throw the wood into a relatively together pile and save time carrying them. He stopped about halfway and watched Alex for a moment. "Lada dee lada doo lada dum" Decimus had wondered how they planed to cut the beast... the answer was very satisfactory to him. He pushed the door the rest of the way and tossed the wood near the almost finished pile of limbs. He waved hello again to the three before walking back to the pile of the remaining wood. "I think we've almost got all the tees, and far near enough wood. Thank you for cutting the trees that saved us a lot of time. Let's get this pile inside and we're done"

Hunter sticks a piece of wood at the gate to keep it open.  Wide as can be.  


"This will probably help Decimus."


He continues to throw the wood into the pile Decimus made.  


"Are we even ready for another beast?  I don't think we are.  Shall I go scout it? "


He throws a bunch of wood in as fast as he could so he could go see what was making so much noise.  The anticipation was killing him. Not literally.  


"I wonder if this monster is cool looking.  Yeah sure the other one was but I want something better.  Like.  It looks godly cool"


He sits and just tosses


"Do you know much about the world?  I'm starting to get homesick.  This is nothing that I've seen.  Well.  It is.  But the beast and everything.  This camp.  The forest is bring nostalgia back.  I wanna learn Decimus.  I wanna know about you and jasper.  And.  Sorta Derek.  He peeked my interest with his knowledge but not a lot.  I'm sure he is a fascinating being. "


Hunters eyes starts to bleed.  


He goes over to a tree north of the camp.  And slashes it leaving a mark.

Decimus chuckled and tossed wood with him. He kept a simple rhythm going, he wasn't very competitive. He pondered Hunter's question. "I'm not sure if we are now. But if we hurry on the forge we might stand a better chance. Yeah go check and see what we're up against. But don't get caught. And report back if it's cool and dangerous or just an earthquake." Decimus silently tossed wood one after the other.


He took Hunters remark as a compliment, but sadly he had no information to provide. "I... don't remember much. I'm sorry. You probably could tell me more. I'm sure Derek is fascinating as well"


"You can speak to trees?" 


Decimus shrugged it off and threw in the last couple of logs then dusted his hands. 


"Guess I'll go round up the others then"

"Not really speaking to Trees. I can feel their emotions.  All the emotions come from this area.  You see opposite of this.  It's all calm.  That's how I can tell its this way.  


Ill go check.  Don't worry.  I'm sure its nothing big.  After that beast.  I'm sure its nothing of the sort.  "


He dashes in the direction after he is done throwing his pieces of wood.  He is farther than expected from where the source is.  He occasionally stops to see if the direction has changed.  But it hasn't.  So he continues his way.  


Once he gets half way he gets attacked by chase.  


"Thought you could leave huh?? Not on my watch.  The only way to leave is once you die!!! "


Chase raises his sword that is surrounded by black mist.  And stabs straight down.  


But he misses as Hunter punches him in the face to get off.  Hunter takes poltergeist cutting chases cheek.  Leaving it to bleed. 


Hunter runs towards the source again. 


"Hopefully if it's a monster it'll catch both of us.  Ill sneak out and it will only get Chase"


"Yo bro.  Bet you can't catch me."


Poltergeist makes copies of hunter. 


Basically a big "F U" to chase.


He ran until he couldn't anymore.  In front of him.  Was a massive,  at least to him,  army.  


"I'm pretty sure they saw me"


He jumped over chase who was coming at him, following him.  And ran to the camp as fast as he could

Rose looked at what Lilly found and just replied with," if you think it'll be useful grab it, all I care about is getting what I said to get other than that it'll be extra and maybe useful but we'll just have to see what Derek does with it." she then continued to search for what was needed, after some time of searching she found the large flat faced hammer as well as the large wooden hammer." How you doing over there Jasper?" 


As Derek told Sebastian about the camp he was in his mind getting a read on him, trying to figure out just what kind of a person he was and from what Derek could see of him so far he thought that he was an at least somewhat good person, Derek also saw Snow tend to hide behind Sebastian which would entail the fact that he is trustworthy to an extent." So where are all of you guys from and how did you find out about this place?"


Jacob had gone to gather wood deeper into the woods and hoped to find other things that could be useful for everyone. He felt the rumbling and after it had stopped he heard a loud scream in the distance, Jacob dropped what he had gathered so far and sprinted as fast as he could to where the screams were coming from. When he came upon the source it was a man and his limbs were pinned under a couple large trees and wasn't able to get out,"Please help me I think my bones are broken, I can't move at all!" the man pleaded to Jacob," alright just hang in there I'm gonna get you out I promise." he then tried to lift the tree's off of the man but they wouldn't budge, Jacob attempted to lift it once more and managed to rise it up a bit, but the minute he did the man began to scream even more in pain." hey man I know it hurts buts it's gonna get worse before it gets better so I need you to bear with me now, Come on I know you can do it just fight through the pain." Jacob said expressing concern in his voice, he then used all the strength he could muster Jacob picked up the tree enough to move it off and away from the man's body," alright your doing really good man just a few more and I can get you somewhere safe." One after another Jacob lifted each of the trees that had been crushing the man, Jacob then picked up the man and rushed as fast as he could. In an exhausted voice the only words the man could mutter out were,"...thank........you..."
