Max gave a small nod kissing his hand gently "Yeah that might be a good idea to look into." She said softly before squeezing his hand "Nashville huh? Well that sounds like fun." She said quietly trying to not sound upset about it.

Jamie got into the cab with her after it was done and sighed heavily "My mother adores you though, which is what I care about. My father....he only sees me as a disappointment for my addictions. He thought the same of Mary as well." He explained quietly

He nodded and smiled. “I’ll get you a cowboy hat.” He winked at her, enjoying the rest of their evening without responsibilities until he asked for the bill and just played with her hand gently. “Mmm I love you… I can’t believe you let me get the second dessert though.” He chuckled, “I’m almost as pregnant as you now.” He teased her gently, oblivious to how upset she was getting, completely unaware she had been expecting him to propose.

She nodded and watched him. “How did… how did you start on the drugs in the first place?” She asked him curiously, resting her head back and watching him, holding his hand gently.

Max smiled happily and gave a small laugh. As the dinner went on she started to get more and more upset. For months now she had hoped maybe he would propose. She'd been dropping hints, thinking it was quite obvious, but then again Eddie was oblivious at some points. She sat back some as the end of the meal came giving a nod "You're not going to be that big babe." She murmured

Jamie gave a heavy sigh as he squeezed her hand gently "I'd smoked a few times in highschool and outside of it. Wasn't until the band that I started on the harder stuff....the parties were crazy, Eddie had hookups from his past and while everyone else was able to get off I couldn't stop." He explained

She frowned and nodded. “Did Mary help you stop? Or even try?” She asked him frowning. She was never angry with Jamie for getting her back on it. He had his own addictions and she had let it happen but what was important now was that they helped each other stay off it.

Eddie nodded and paid the bill, helping her up and took her out to the car, smiling some. “I can’t wait to meet our little one. Aaron is getting excited too.” He murmured, frowning when she didn’t answer and he just drove home in silence, starting to notice the tension but he wasn’t going to say anything right now. He thanked gareth and chatted with him for a minute and finally headed up to bed with her once he’d locked up. “You okay?”

Jamie frowned more and shook his head some "She complained about them...but never took the steps to actually try to help me." He explained squeezing her hand gently "I married her because I was young...thought it was the thing to do. I know thats a terroble reason but I thought I loved her...but there was always something missing."

Max stayed quiet for the rest of the ride home and went straight to their room once they got there. She was in the restroom taking her makeup off when he made it up giving a heavy sigh "Yeah Ed I'm fine.." she murmured before going to her side of the bed and started dressing into her night clothes.

She nodded and just leaned into him, kissing his hand. “I love you.” She murmured, giving his hand a squeeze.

Eddie sighed but left her to it and just lay down to get some sleep, managing until around two in the morning when they both got woken up by the sound of Aaron being sick

Max got up and waddled to the bathroom when she heard Aaron getting sick. She was half asleep while she pulled his hair back for him like she always did for Eddie when he would drink too much and put some water out for him.

Jamie smiled softly at her "I love you too beautiful, more than I can express into words." He murmured before paying the cab once they arrived at the lawyers office

Eddie got up as well to go write in the diary they were keeping for him that he hadn’t kept the food down, going up to help him out, sighing a little. “Go back to bed.” He told max quietly seeing if she stayed she was gonna start throwing up as well. “I got him.” He promised, sitting on the edge of the tub and trying to soothe him until he seemed to be done for now. “You ready to go back to bed?”

Carmen walked with him and just ran a hand through her hair. “You think we’ll have any kids?” She asked him curiously while they sat in the waiting room.

Aaron frowned softly as his mom left to go back to bed. He looked at his dad once he finished and nodded some "Yeah....Dad? When will this go back to normal?" He asked quietly as he helped him up.

Jamie shrugged softly as they waited "Dunno love, do you want them? I'm good with having them, but if you'd rather not then I'm okay with it too." He said kissing her cheek gently

He frowned and shook his head. “I don’t know kid. Doctor said hopefully only a few more weeks but we got a check up for you in a couple weeks anyway. See if we can’t get more answers then… your mom and I were talking last night about maybe you home schooling for a little bit this year? Or even like part time until you’re feeling better?” He suggested.

She smiled and watched him. “I think it would be nice. Once we’re married and settled.” She murmured, kissing his cheek. “Mmm England gets a deal of approval from me so far.” She told him happily but looked up when someone came to collect him for his meeting with the lawyer

Aaron frowned deeply as he walked back giving a heavy sigh "No...no Dad I can't do homeschool. They'll have no mercy on me." He muttered moving to lay down again. "Dad? Can...can I change my last name to Munson?"

Jamie smiled happily "I'm glad you're liking it. I wanna take you to more places next time we come out." He said before getting up once someone came to get them.

He sighed a little and nodded. “Alright but we’re gonna have to talk about school here soon it starts in a couple weeks bud.” He pointed out, helping him get back in bed and got him a bucket just in case plus some water. “You ready to do that?” He smiled watching him happily, leaning down and kissing his head. “Alright. We can get started on that soon bud okay?” He promised and left him to it, going back to bed smiling some.

Carmen nodded and followed him, going to sit down and just listened, staying out of the whole thing, only there for support while she read her book.

Max looked over at Eddie as he came back in reaching for him "He okay?" She asked softly pulling him to her as he layed down and placed his hand on her bump "She has decided its time to wake up and kick me."

Jamie sighed heavily as he explained everything to the lawyers. He was thankful when they said they would be able to help them out with the situation and they were sure it wouldn't an official court hearing.

He smiled and nodded, kissing her head. “Yeah he’s uh… he doesn’t wanna do homeschool… but… he said he wants us to let him have the Munson name now.” He told her, over the moon with that news while he rubbed her bump soothingly.

She spent most of the time reading her book until they were able to leave and go back to the hotel, fiddling with his hand gently in the taxi cab, frowning as she felt him start twitching. “You okay?”

Max gave a small nod and sighed softly "Well we can talk more about that later." She said softly before frowning softly at the mention of changing Aaron's last name "I think we'd all like to have the Munson name." She murmured

Jamie got into the cab with her afterwards and nodded some "Yeah.....just a lot of information to take in." He explained before taking a deep breath trying to calm himself

He shrugged a little. “Yeah and he’s my kid::: it’s exciting that he finally feels like he wants it.” He told her happily, “you’ve wanted the Munson name for a long time.” He smiled.

She frowned but nodded. “Alright. We should get some rest. Get dinner then we have a free day tomorrow. I know I said I wanted to do the museum but if you need to chill… we can just chill.” She told him.

Max frowned more and nodded some "Yeah...a very long time." She whispered before pulling the covers over her more trying to get him to take a hint.

Jamie nodded softly giving her a small smile "No we can go...I want to take you to the one place you asked to go to." He said seriously to her

She nodded and watched him until they got back to the hotel and they headed up to take a nap, worrying about Jamie seeing how much he was withdrawing again and it was concerning her that this whole situation was getting to be too stressful. She fell asleep curled up to him but woke up to an empty room, not seeing him in the bathroom either and no note left for her, starting to get worried.

Eddie frowned and held her to him. “Is this why you’ve been pissy with me since dinner?” He questioned her frowning.

Max frowned more and finally turned over to look at him "Yes Eddie." She said plainly before sighing heavily "I've been hinting for months and thought maybe tonight you'd propose." She admits before looking down "Listen if you don't want marriage it's fine, I won't leave. I want you to tell me know though so I don't continue to get my hopes up."

Jamie roamed the streets having left for a cigarette. He took a shaky breath when he ended up in his old neck of the woods. He came back to the room about an hour later knocking on the door looking at Carmen with a dazed look "Car.....Carmen...."

He frowned and watched her shaking his head. “Babe… I’m sorry.” He murmured, taking her hand gently. “You wanna get married? Let’s go get married. I was just happy having you as a partner. I never really thought about marriage.” He told her. “But I’d love to marry you.” He told her seriously.

She opened the door and frowned, tugging him into the room and held him tightly. “You scared me half to death Jamie!” She scolded gently and frowned, getting him to sit down. “What did you take? I’m not mad I just want to help.” She promised, feeling her heart sink seeing him shaking and just tried to soothe him.

Max frowned softly but gave a small laugh "I always wanted to be your wife." She murmured before kissing him lovingly "Then we can all be The Munsons.."

Jamie got in and sat down shaking some "Her....heroine..." he muttered looking at her with tears falling down his face "Just....just wanted to relax.." he whimpered

She frowned and nodded. “Okay… okay… let’s get you out of this suit first yeah?” She coaxed, helping him get changed into comfy clothes then got him to sit in the bathroom with her, ready for him to come down, “Hou take anything else with it? How much?” She asked him, smoothing his hair back frowning some, not angry just worried

He smiled and kissed her head. “You know you could have always asked me to do it… I love you, get some sleep love, if he gets up again I’ve got him alright?” He murmured, kissing her head and turned their lights back out.

Max woke up the next morning giggling when she felt Kas licking at her face. She opened her eyes and smiled happily seeing Eddie sitting there with him "You actually let him in bed with us?" She teased knowing he always said he wouldn't do it.

Jamie shook his head some as he got into comfier clothes with her help "Nothing else..." he mumbled sitting down with her and crying quietly "I am so sorry....Im so sorry." He whispered to her

She shook her head and held him tightly to her. “Shh Shh it’s okay, you’re gonna be okay, we’re gonna get you back on track.” She promised him, running her fingers through his hair soothingly, “I love you, it’s gonna be okay.” She murmured

Eddie shrugged a little and watched her. “I’ve been up and down with Aaron since the first time and he snuck in whike I was helping him… I thought I’d leave him to it… I think the drive from the city back home has pushed Aaron back a couple steps.” He told her quietly “He’s not feeling good at all.”

Max frowned deeply as she listened to him and shook her head some "Shit.." she muttered before sitting up some "Does he need anything? Do we need to call someone?" She asked starting to get worried.

Jamie gave a small nod and took a shaky breath before he hunched over the toilet and got sick finally coming down from the high. He woke up the next morning in bed with Carmen in his arms. He frowned deeply as he remembered the events of the night prior and pulled her closer to him.
