He smirked and looked down at his daughter "See... I told youu she wouldn't want to see you... Do you believe me now? We can go home and we won't have to worry about this again yes?" He asked her smiling some, "Come on sweetheart... I think we can sort out a hotel, I'll take her to the city for the week instead." He told him, heading out of the house and just waved down the street at Carmen, getting into the car and leaving with his daughter. Only then did she come back and go inside, shaking badly as she sat down on the first step "I understand that you thought you were doing the right thing but don't you dare, do anything like that ever again." She told him seriously.

Eddie smiled tiredly, "Mmm.... I'm taking advantage of the fact I can still lay on you for now... No more after you start showing." He mumbled, "I wanted to let you know by the way... I'm thinking of taking Aaron on the tour in May... Just for a couple weeks." He told her "He keeps asking about it and it would be a good time to get some one on one with him." He told her quietly.

Jamie frowned deeply as he listened to the man talk to the little girl. He looked at Carmen as she came inside and gave a small nod "I'm so sorry Carmen, I promise I will not." He said quietly before getting up and going over to her.

Max frowned deeply when he mentioned touring "A tour? Is it after school lets out? He cannot miss weeks of school Eddie." She told him seriously looking down at him. She frowned as he got uo trying to protest "Eddie I am not budging on this one. You better promise me to bring him home too, both of you come home."

He frowned. “Why would I not bring him home? It starts after school finishes yes. That’s why I made sure it started after that. I know you got a couple more weeks of work though so I was gonna suggest you join us soon as you’re done.” He pointed out

Carmen frowned and stared at the floor. I spent all that time high. He was stone coke sober the night we made her… he kept me under lock and key the whole time I was pregnant. Didn’t let me leave the house because I said I didn’t want it…. Soon as she was born he was supplying me with drugs again and he took her away soon after that…. I do not want that child. I don’t want that man knowing where I live either… and I wasn’t ready to tell you any of this:.. but you forced my hand.”

Max frowned some and gave a heavy sigh "I'm not sure if I could Eddie...I'd be atleast five months by that point." She explained before watching him "I just get worried is all. Worried he may like it more there and never come back." She said quietly

Jamie frowned deeply as he listened to her and gulped some "I.....I am so sorry Carmen." He whispered not knowing what else to say with this new knowledge.

He snorted a little and shook his head. “My love he is going to realise how fucking awful it is to live on a bus.” He told her quietly. “And we would get hotels if you joined us.” He promised.

Carmen just shook her head “ideally I’d like you to go stay at max and eddies…. But not when that fucker is in the country and knows my address.” She mumbled. “So please don’t go.” She told him quietly and leaned into him. “Jamie?”

Max gave a small nod and took a deep breath "Right..." she whispered before running a hand over her face. She watched him some and gave a small smile "How long is the tour?"

Jamie stayed quietly as she spoke. He looked down at her with tears streaming down his face "I never meant to hurt you. Not ever....and yet here I have yet again hurt you.." he whispered before taking a small shaky breath "I am so deeply sorry Carmen. I will make sure he leaves, and when he does I will pack my things."

She frowned and shook her head. “I know you meant well babe.” She mumbled leaning back against the stairs before getting up and heading back upstairs to lay down again.

Eddie smiled tiredly and watched her “couple months then I’m here for a long while so we can welcome the baby,” he smiled excitedly about it. “I want a girl. I can spoil her rotten.” He grinned.

Max smiled some at him and gave a nod "Oh you sure would." She said giving a small laugh "I would like a little girl too." She murmured before kissing him lovingly

Jamie gave her a small nod before she went off. He went to the kitchen and made some food for himself just thinking over everything he had just done.

He smiled and finally sat up now the aspirin had kicked in. “You think Aaron is gonna be happy about this?” He asked a little worriedly.

Carmen watched him come into their room later on and frowned some. “I don’t feel so good.” She told him quietly when he was bringing her some water.

Max gave a small nod and rubbed at her flat stomach "I think so..." she murmured softly to him....The tour came quicker than she had anticipated. She had been worried sick calling everyday even to check on the two of them. She smiled widely when she saw the bus pull up in Indy running quickly to Aaron and hugging him as close as her five month baby bump would allow her "Oh my baby boy! I have missed you so much!" She said before kissing all over his face.

Jamie sat on the bus holding Carmen close to him. Their lives had been rocky since the whole daughter thing. He'd convinced her to come with them and things finally seemed to be on the mend. He kissed the top of her head happily "You ready to see Max?"

Eddie was just getting up, rubbing at his face a little and not feeling great. Aaron had managed to wrangle his girlfriend coming on the trip as well and he needed to have a serious talk with him tonight about it but he perked up hearing maxs voice outside and went to see her. “Look who finally graced us with her presence.” He smiled, walking down the steps and pulled her in close.

She shrugged a little and rest her head on his shoulder. She was happy with him and she wasn’t exactly holding it against him but she knew he still felt bad. And it was taking some time for him to stop walking on eggshells around her. “I’m mostly looking forward to sleeping on an actual bed tonight.” She mumbled, playing with his fingers some.

Max gave a small frown when she saw Chelsey get off the bus as well but masked it quickly. She had finally met a few weeks after Christmas and while she had been happy for her, she also did not like the girl. Especially after what Eddie had been saying to her, but she wouldn't stick her nose in it, that was Eddie's conversation to have. She smiled widely when she saw Eddie come off the bus and made her way over to him immediately "Mmm you better be lucky your daughter is cooperating right now." She murmured before kissing him lovingly.

Jamie chuckled quietly and gave a nod "Yeah that will definitely be lovely." He murmured before kissing her gently before he nuzzled his face in her neck "I love you." He whispered to her before giving a small yawn. He was tired that was for sure, more than he normally would be on tour. Though being sober amd having two teenagers on the bus could definitely be the culprit.

She smiled and leaned back watching him. “Go lay down babe. You look exhausted.” She murmured, worried about him a little.

Eddie smiled and kissed her gently. “Mmm how is my little munchkin?” He murmured rubbing her bump slowly. “You wanna go get checked into the hotel? Everyone’s just chilling, having a lazy morning. Show was a little crazy last night and the drive was long… I need to have a long talk with Aaron tonight.” He sighed a little.

Jamie gave a small nod and went to go into the hotel.

Max smiled happily as he rubbed her bump "She is good, sleeping right now." She murmured before nodding some "Yes to getting into the room. Whats wrong with him? Is everything okay?" She asked softly

She got them booked in for their room and went up with him, going straight in to lay down with him and curled up close, “look at all this space.” She smiled tiredly, kissing his nose. “Get some rest love.” She murmured, kissing him happily, “I’ll wake you up before sound check.” She promised

Eddie got them sorted with their room, sighing as he heard Chelsey complaining to Aaron that they didn’t have a room and would still be sleeping on the bus with a couple of the roadies. “No because budget didn’t cover extra rooms this time.” He called over to her frowning.

Jamie smiled happily and kissed her gently "Alright beautiful." He murmured before closing his eyes and falling asleep quickly

Max frowned deeply at her remark and sighed heavily "I wouldn't allow them to share a room anyways." She muttered before taking the room key and making her way up with Eddie "Oh...ouch..really little one? Right on the bladder?" She murmured as their daughter started to kick at her bladder

She smiled and watched him worrying a little about him at the minute but she left him to it and went to take a shower, wanting to get cleaned up.

Eddie frowned “yeah I know…. Let’s get you settled then we can go from there.” He told her quietly helping her into the room, holding her close. “Mmmmm I love you.” He murmured happily. “Missed you,”

Max smiled happily at him and gave him a quick kiss "I love and missed you too." She murmured softly...The day progressed at a moderate pace, letting everyone feel well rested before the start of the show. She stood side stage with Aaron smiling happily as they watched the opening band finish up.

Jamie woke up in time for sound check but he was still worn down. He had been running himself rampid lately, with this tour, his solo work, the daily battle to stay sober, and to also make things right with Carmen even when she insisted they were okay. He sighed heavily as he sat at the venue sipping an energy drink while they waited to go on "I'll be alright love." He said softly to Carmen when he noticed her staring at him

She shook her head and sighed a little. He’d been shaking since he’d got up from his nap and she was worried sick about him. “Just take it easy.” She told him seriously.

Eddie frowned keeping an eye on Chelsey who was sat chatting to gareth and clearly getting on his nerves.

Jamie nodded and gave her a small smile "Of course." He said happily before the other band got off stage and their roadies made their way onstage to set up with Aaron.

Max smiled widely as she watched Aaron start to help set up "Has he been liking the set up aspect of it all?" She asked Eddie as he came over to her.

He nodded. “He’s picked it up pretty quick too.” He told her quietly, swaying with her and kissed her head. “Mmm I’m gonna have a chat with him after the show so you can head back to the hotel whenever you’re ready.. I’m gonna be late.” He told her quietly.

She frowned some when he almost fell over the moment he stood up, catching his arm to steady him. “Jamie… surely you should have your stand in play instead.” She suggested frowning as she watched him, worrying more and more.

Max placed her hands over his and gave a small nod "Just keep a close eye on him okay?" She murmured kissing his cheek gently "Knock em dead yeah?" She said happily as they brought his guitar over to him to take.

Jamie got up and stumbled some shaking his head some "Just stood up too fast love." He murmured before going to grab his guitar once they started the entrance music.

She frowned but got up and kissed his cheek. “I love you. Take it easy.” She told him quickly, frowning but went to stand with max and the kids anyway. “I’m so worried about him.” She muttered.

Eddie smiled and gave her a salute, kissing her head and took his guitar, heading out onto the stage, starting to play.

Max gave a small nod as she kept an eye on Jamie as well "Yeah...he isn't looking too good." She said quietly. She smiled happily watching them get about five songs into the set when she heard the lead guitar start to mess up. She frowned deeply and watched as Jamie stumbled before eventually collapsing on the stage. She went wide eyed and held Aaron back as he tried to run out "Stay here." She said sternly.

Jamie was doing alright for the first few songs. He was giving as much as he could but when they started into the fifth song he felt woozy. His vision was going blurry as he looked down at the guitar trying to play the correct notes. Next thing he knew he was on the ground hearing Carmen's voice over him but he couldn't register anything else.

She had been keeping an eye the whole time until she saw him start to sway, heading straight over there by the time he was on the floor, “Jamie!” She frowned shaking her head seeing he was getting a nose bleed as well, getting the guitar off of him with a little help from gareth, calling the medics over and followed them as they got him off the stage quickly.

Eddie frowned hearing Jamie screwing up and figured it was on purpose until he turned around to see him on the floor and quickly stopped the show, going out with everyone to see if he was okay. “Shit,,. Carmen go with him…. Alright… shows over.” He muttered, glancing at max and went to make the announcement on stage, making his apologies repeatedly then headed out. “Come on… max you should go back to the hotel babe, Aaron and Chelsey I’ll walk with you guys back to the bus. Come on.” He sighed letting Patrick go with max.
