sadly i did not have mochi donuts but i did have a donut and i did put mochi into the donuts hole, and i did cover it in green tea chocolate of my own making...

the donut was with black currant jam inside, and the mochi was sakura cherry, so with green tea chocolate covering it all on one side, it made for a satisfying food if not at least tasty.
as black currant is tart and strong in flavor kinda sour at the start but sweet later, with the mochi being really spongy and sweet, and the green tea chocolate worked well as a pallet cleanser.
