I Put A Spell On You

"That depends if you actually want to continue your training for today." He yawned, "I was going to show you a special way to sleep so that no one will ever be able to kill you or harm you whilst you do so. It's a trick I learned a few years ago."

"Quite the spell... "She said eager to learn but was also curious of what the spell told about its practitioner."Quite the life you need to requre a spell like that. Cant imagine living a life like that sounds like well... living in fear."

Hillin had her lay down on her bed and he said, "when you sleep, you will appear to have your eyes closed. Yet you will be able to see through your eyelids. Yet you'll still get the nourishment from sleep you need."

"Uh, i think i can go without that particular spell for the moment."She said pitying Hillin slightly for having to resort to such a spell. " I enjoy my sleep if and how much i get of it from here on out. What else do you have."

"We've barely begun, my dear." He smirked, "firstly, your name. You must either alter the spelling or adopt a new one." He sat down, "it is a requirement."

"Good but another name..."She went to complain but he stepped it with the requirement card. She exhaled and thought of it for a moment."Fine, i guess i always liked the name Minerva."

"Minerva... it's a very powerful name." He took her weapon and then his eyes glowed a sickly green, red flames flicking around the edges. He whispered a spell, the wand flowing for a second. Soon the flames flickered and he returned to normal. He smiled, "there. Now only you and I may wield this weapon. Anyone else will be unable to wield it. Before you ask, yes, it will still change shape if you wish."

"Thank you i guess." She said taking out her weapon and tried her force spell again light to test it. It was strange to think she would be learning things like this." Before for we continue if you can indulge a simple question: Why me?"

Hillin Sat down and he smiled, "there is an aura to every magical being. You cannot see yours. You see mine because I am allowing you to. Your aura is unique. I cannot explain in words how so. Quite simply, you're the most powerful."

"Ow, i see. Funny, powerful aura of magic and i never believed in it before." She said thoughtfully surprised by a few short days, everything she knew about the world changed. He shook her head before looking back at Hillin." Ok, I think i can go for one more spell."

Hillin smiled, "Alright." He took her outside to a small training area. The courtyard was closed off, with the night sky hanging above. Hillin discarded his long cloak to show an athletic but extremly thin body covered by slightly tight trousers and shirt. He pointed to some arrows, then to a target, "Hit that tartget with an arrow without touching it."

Minerva nodded slightly embarrassed at the sight of a disrobed Hillin before trying to shake the feeling off." Ok, i will try." She concentrated trying to let the magic flow through her arm and manipulate it to be not just push but a form telekinesis. However as many times she tried only managed to just to push them. "I can do i just need...Damn it."

Hillin blinked and he sat down beside her, "Do you think of the arrow as a thing, or a simple... object?" He raised his hand and the entire bucket, minus one arrow, hit the target. Dead on, "Focus on the arrow. Think of it like one big arm. Lift it."

"Ok, Ok... I will try again..." She said concentrating again this time focusing on the arrow instead of the energy flowing through her. She began to manage lifting the arrow before trying fired it at the target. She missed but managing to fire the arrow was achieving the object throw.

Hillin pulled her into the castle gain, smiling. He brought her to her quaters, "From now on, you will awaken at seven every morning, when the sun hits the dot on the wall." He pointed at the small dot on the wall. He smirked, "Also... you are going to be nocturnal. We train at night, we do everything at night. You will sleep during the day. Also, you will wear these robes." He handed her tight yet form fitting robes, three shades of blue, purple and black, "Are you ready to become more powerful than you ever knew?"

"Eh, you dont have a sound based alarm, i will never wake up with the sundial." She pointed out slightly annoyed by being dragged into the castle inside. She tried on the robes and didn't appreciate the tightness either."Now you just making fun." She frowned before signing."Yep, of course, that why i am here."

Hillin smirked and he sat down, "Now, do you know anything about me?" He bent down, then his foot caught on the edge of her night stand, his sleeve on his right arm rolling up for a second. A cresent moon was shining on it, silver against the pale skin. He yanked it down the milisecond after it showed, "Anyways, here." He conjured an alarm system for her.

"What was that? Let me guess you are some sort of vampire, going to burn up in natural light?" She asked before accepting the Alarm and placing it on her nightstand. He sat next to him for a moment,"You know that wouldnt suprise me know?"

"Dear, I'm nocturnal. I can go out in the sunlight as well as you can. Unless you want to be turned into a vampire, which in that case, I can arrange." He held out his hand, the tips of his fingers glowing... pale blue.

"No, No thank you. Your scary enough for me."She said instantly putting her hand on his glowing arm to stop him, shaking her."If you do I swear i will feed you garlic and i have my own tricks to do that."

Hillin laughed, "I'm not a vampire, dear. If I was, I'd already have taken your blood." He smirked, "I wasn't planning on that, after all, it'd be impossible for you to even train you if you were in that form." He saw the sun arising, "It is time for sleep, my dear."

"Well good, i am glad you have some common sense?" He said uncertain what tell him about being a vampire. She finally noted the sun raising in the outside window and it was strange to hear she had to go to sleep know like he had a bed time. "Yeah... I guess.. Eh Good morning?"

"Yes, good morning Minerva." Going over to his own chambers, he enchanted his spell so he woudln't be assinated in his sleep, then fell asleep, still aware of everything around him. He was asleep in minutes, already completely out for the day.

((Are you enjoying this rp? I have a ton of stuff planned))

(Yeah, no problem hoping if i am not adding much to it, not used to playing follower character though it is interesting.)

She nodded and lay in her new bed trying to sleep and failing miserably at that. Everything that happened last night and the light shinning on her eyes, prevented her from sleeping. She felt a sense of indecision for what to do, one hand both this place and Hellin cheeped her out to no end and the plans he had but she felt tempted by the magic and what she could do. She didnt know anything about all this that was the problem, she was not in control and all that was what bothered her the most.

Once the daytime was over, Hillin slowly stepped out onto a small balcony, looking up at the moon. He pulled down his sleeve, letting the moonlight bathe the small cresent moon. Instantly, his magic recharged, causing him to inhale deeply. Just as it was, he pulled his sleeve down and walked back inside, a look of regret on his face.

He walked over to Minerva's quaters and knocked, "It's twenty minutes past when I asked you to awaken, please do so." He held his staff, waiting on her.
