This is my first role-play I,have created, so forgive me if it has major flaws(plus I am typing with a tablet, so that's REALLY helpful, lol)
Welcome to a world where life is cheap, rebuilt from the ashes of modern civilization, but with much more advanced weaponry! We will be in the city of New Capital(formerly Washington DC), which is now run by a power clan of mercenaries called the Blood Pact Alliance, who are ruthless and are dictators. We are resistance members who are trying to overthrow their dictatorship.
