Urrrrrgh... okay, so I have Final Fantasy A Realm Reborn and I really liked it and I stopped playing it but last December I bought Heavensward because it was on sale. So then like... at the beginning of March I paid for a subscription because YOU CAN'T PATCH WITHOUT IT. But I wanted to play anyway so it wasn't a big deal, until I couldn't patch it and evidently that has been a problem for like months now and they keep saying that they fixed it or are working on it or whatever and there are still people complaining that they can't patch it. Okay, so I wanted to go complain on the forums, but I can't because you have to have logged in within 14 days in order to post. I can't log in to the game because I can't patch it and I can't post on the forums because I can't log in to the game. and then I can't even complain and I finally was able to send an E-mail because I was so mad and I was reminded of how mad I am when they sent an E-mail saying that they were going to charge me again... for a game that I already paid for that I couldn't play because I can't patch it. lol so why does this make me extra mad? Because they sent an E-mail back to me. saying.they.couldn't.help.me.and.that.i.would.have.to.log.into.the.game.to.get.help. I have to log into the game to get help. A game I can't log into because I CAN'T PATCH IT!. xD oh, and they ALSO RECOMMENDED I POST ON THE FORUMS. lmfao when I state in my letter that I can't do either. I am going to write them a physical letter and send it to their headquarters. /endrant Katsuya
