Homebrew DnD 5e Campaign

Like I mentioned earlier, I'm thinking of playing a Human Wizard. What are your thoughts on the Lore Master subclass that was released in the Unearthed Arcana?

No rule saying there can't be two wizards. And with the whole multiclassing thing, I doubt our characters will be similar.

Well, that's two of the five CS that I need. And Nemo, can you please re send me your in PDF format, so I can save it on my computer?

I'm having second thoughts about playing a Wizard and considering playing a Fighter. What's everyone else playing right now?

Paladin, Nemo's plaing a Wizard, Noivian's playing a Cleric, and Kalin is playing a Bard/Warlock.

That's definitely a caster heavy party, so I think I'll be going over to a Fighter. Gotta have at least one more Front-liner :xFwink:

Especially in a world new to such things.

Just missing your character sheet then I can set up how things will begin.

As a frame of reference, except in Encounters I'll be managing this RP similar to a normal one, save for the rolls and turn orders. To ensure everything is fair, I want people to wait until everyone else has posted at least once before posting again, until we hit an encounter. (Then we roll for initiative etc etc.)

Think I'm actually going to have to drop, due to crazy life schedules and being overbooked RP-wise. Terribly sorry...

Not sure how familiar you are with Play by Post games, but this is actually a really bad idea. While it looks fair and reasonable on the surface, it can actually cause huge slowdowns in the game that can have the potential to kill it off due to everyone waiting on everyone else to post.

I do that mostly as if I don't, the RP will slowly boil down two the two most active players pretty much controlling the RP with how active they are, and everyone else either being left in the dust, or forced to go along with them in order to stay relevant.
If it becomes an issue then I'll remove the post limit. But only when it becomes an issue.

I can definitely understand that. As a compromise, would you accept a two day threshold on posting? Say if no one has posted within two days, anyone can post?

Hm... Fair enough, that's usually around the time I start asking if people are still interested anyway.
