  • Reconfiguration

    During the Rebel War, many meisters of Three Star status were sent out on to the field in order to help take down the various array of threats that proved perilous for cities and nations of all sizes. However due to the amount of time it takes in becoming a experienced Three Star meister, not all Three Stars, could’ve been considered good Three Stars.

    Due to Renegade’s various hidden tricks, DWMA and AWF began facing problems the longer the war dragged out. Meisters and Demon weapons in EAT curriculum as well as apprentice mages that had proven themselves as skilled enough to handle a Witch of High Level would be promoted to higher ranks by their supervisors to ranks they weren’t entirely ready for.

    Without the information, without the background experience, without the knowledge or guide to help them or push them in the direction they needed to handle dire situations like the Raid on Wall Street or Ransack of Vegas, these professionals would completely prove unsuccessful in managing situations that required years of experience under one’s belt.

    The incremental introduction of Black Blood users now known as Society of Black Blood, brainwashed members of Nephilim, and various other projects Renegade had clandestinely hid would also prove to be one of the drawbacks meisters, Demon Weapons, and mages scantily prepared would have to handle as well.

    When the war was finally over and the number of losses had been tallied, Black★Star, Maka Albarn, Kilik Rung, Hero, and Ox Ford along with a few other members of former Crescent Moon squad, would work together with Kid the First to restructure the ranking system into what it is today.

Power Levels
Power levels refers to the general strength of an individual, based off their level of skill in not just their fighting capability but their skill in the efficiency of their unique superhuman, magical, or generally abnormal special abilities. Meisters, Weapons, Mages, Wiccan, Divinities, Kishin and more, all fall under this category.

The two core factors involved in determining one's power level, is their level of skill and efficiency, as well as their level of potential.

Author's Note: Power Levels won't be stated in ranks, rather the average for all four ranks will be given and the average for those strengths under each rank will be explained. These are what players will use to determine their character's strengths.

N1: APL (Average Power Level) for a rank does not mean your character will automatically fall within those limits. Different characters, different backgrounds, different skills and abilities, different strengths and weaknesses. If Chara A has a PL for Speed that exceeds his/her/their rank while Chara B has a PL for Strength and Efficiency that surpasses A, that doesn't mean his rank for Speed or Control will be as high as A's nor does it mean A's other stats will surpass all of B's and the rest. Power Levels for characters will vary. Keep that in mind as you read this as discussion with both Co-GM and GM determine how powerful your chara is.


Note: If necessary retconing will be done.

Positions


N2: Not all types will have the exact same levels of speed strength or other. These can vary. It is possible for Character A to have a Strength of Type II at Max and a speed of Type I at Mid. Types are just meant to give an idea of what a character is capable of, they are not meant to be define your character's abilities per rank, just give averages to what is possible.

  • General Information
    This will focus on the Power Levels of all meisters from Ranks 1 - 4 and will explain the expected averages for all ranks succinctly.

    Meisters on average for all ranks general range in the EN to G class. It is rare for meisters to range in the I to N.
    Super Soul Perception: Matches a Mythic's Low Rank in terms of Perceptionist senses.

    • 1.Strength
    • 2.Speed
    • 3.Durability
    • 4.Senses
    • 5.Efficiency

    Note: Wavelength classes apply to the control of the wavelength and its usage / efficiency either at minimum or full power. This varies depending on the Meister's own Spiritual / Soul Affinity.

    Soul Menace: Soul Menace or Soul Force has four levels.
    Levels of Soul Menace
    I. Low | II. Mid
    III. High | IV. Max​


    • One Star Rank
      One Star Ranks consist of Beta, Omega, Elite respectively, with Beta being the starter rank and Elite being the final rank in Rank 1.

      Wavelength Class: C to EN Class

      Type I: Range: C- to C+++; capable of surpassing humans and animals.

      Type II: Range: C+++ to PH++; have a stronger feel for their abilities; can perform Low Soul Menace.

      Type III: Range: PH+++ to EN++; Can perform Mid Level Soul Menace with their abilities.

      Strength | Speed | Durability | Senses | Efficiency
      - Beta level one star's are incapable of using their wavelengths for extensive periods of time without proper training.

      -A Beta Level Meister's range: C- to C++​

      - High Tiers range: C+++ to PH+​

      -Omega range: PH to PH+++

      - Omegas are capable of utilizing their wavelengths to increase their strength and speed without feeling the strains or efforts from doing so like Betas.​

      -Elite range: Type III

      -High Tiers: EN+++ to A; Soul Menace is more varied.​

      N1 Intense emotional fluctuations can cause a temporary rise in power and give access to the Enhanced Capabilities.

      Mixed Races: Are capable of achieving ranges between Types II - III with intense emotional fluctuations for temporary periods.

    True Mages on average tend to Range in any rank from C to K. Most ranks from LM to HM are rare.

    Note: Magical Skill classes refer to the level of magical capacity of a True mage and how they apply that magic. This effects Elemental Affinities. Skills vary based on efficiency and output.

      MS Class: C to B class

      Type I: Magic Level Range on Average: C- to C+. Skill varies in accomplishing tasks, at best they are capable of utilizing spells effectively enough to shorten the length but not utilize single word spells.

      Type II: Magic Level Range on Average: C+ to C++; Skill varies in accomplishing tasks, at best they are capable of effectively minimizing the drain spells or incantations have on them.

      Type III: Magic Level Range on Average: B- to B+++; Skill varies in accomplishing tasks, at best they are capable of minimizing spells to the point where single word usage is easier and the drain is marginally smaller.

      Output | Speed | Str. | Dur. | Eff.

      -Beta True Mages lack control in their magic capabilities and are susceptible to magic emotional outbursts if they emotion is strong enough and they lack the control.

      - Betas range: Type I​

      - High Tiers are in C++.​

      -Omega usually on average have better control of their output and enough efficiency to utilize their magic to their full potential.

      - Omegas range: C++ to B+​

      -High Tiers are B++​


      - Elites range: Type III

      - High Tiers range in: A- or A​


      Mixed Races: Are capable of achieving ranges between Types II - III with intense emotional fluctuations for temporary periods.

    Evil Humans have five levels that determine their power levels. These five levels are:

    I. Low
    II. Mid
    III. High
    IV. Max
    V. Extreme

    Low Class
    Low Class Evil Humans are humans who have recently changed on a magical level to become Evil Humans.

    They're power level ranges from: 3 to 25.


    Mid Class
    Mid Class Evil Humans surpass Low class in strength and speed.

    They're power level ranges from: 30 to 55.


    High Class
    High Class Evil Humans surpass Mid class in strength and speed.

    They're power level ranges from: 57 to 100.

    Max Class
    Max Class Evil Humans surpass High class in strength and speed.

    They're power level ranges from: 100 to 150.

    Extreme Class
    Extreme Class Evil Humans surpass Max class in strength and speed.

    They're power level ranges from: 149 to 200.

    Note:One Star Omegas and up hunt Evil Humans.

Mid Class Mythics surpass Low Class in terms of power.

They're power level ranges from: 615 to 675.

High Class
High Class Mythics surpass Mid class in strength and speed.

They're power level ranges from: 680 to 709.

Max Class
Max Class Mythics surpass High class in strength and speed.

They're power level ranges from: 710 to 765.

Extreme Class
Extreme Class Mythics surpass Max class in strength and speed.

They're power level ranges from: 770 to 830.
