Especially the armored vehicle seen in this photo, the ETs blew up all the army's vehicles because they were upset the cars and tanks weren't hello kitty brand.

I would say symptoms of their related power.
I.E. If Levia's hadn't awakened yet, she would have stinging static pulses course through her body every now and again.

Teva is gonna cough and later find out she's immune to all types of poisons

I see... so, would Fay had seen hallucinations, since he's got Illusion Manipulation? Maybe people would think he's a bit mental because of the hallucinations?
