Insanity Inducement:This belongs in a the same category as Fear Inducement. He uses this to scare the person so much that they go insane. He only uses this power if he wants to kill them himself but he doesn't use this as much as Fear Inducement
Superior Intellect:Like i said before Gary is smart he mostly uses this to find his victims. He also uses this to cover his tracks stopping most detectives from finding who actually killed the person
