Ruby sat on her bed, tears coming to her eyes. She began crying. "Perhaps he's right..." She mumbled to herself. She took off her crime fighting costume and changed back into her tank top and jeans. She took the the costume and tossed it into an empty metal trash bin and lit a match. She threw the match into the trash bin and the costume set fire.

"Yea. Come on." Alex said, following Lucien.

The man nodded and rasped, "Smoke..."


A moment later an explosion went off and smoke started billowing into the room behind the man.

CAP came down to apartment window once more after growing bored on the roof. He entered and looked around. Seeing no one, he looked into Rubies bedroom and saw here there crying.


''Hey, you ok?'' he opened the door and leant on the doorway. ''I'm assuming everyone is gone and you're not because of something, but why are you crying?''

CAP saw the burning uniform and quickly rushed towards it ''Shit, hot hot hot!'' he yelped as he hit the flames down ''We can't have you wearing any less into battle, now can we?'' he turned, holding the burnt costume in his hands.

Ace pushed the glass door open into the dealership. He look around, getting a good vibe for the cars around him. He walked over to a nice looking black lamborghini. He scratched his chin, looking at the price beside it. I'd be blowing almost all my money for this. Oh well, I can just rob another bank. A man in a sui walked over to him with a fake smile. "How can I help you today?" Ace nodded and backed up from the car. "I'll be buying that today." The man looked at him confusingly but gave him the car keys.


"Would you like a test drive?" Ace nodded jumping into the car. He started the engine and shut the doors before the man could get in. "See you later old man." Ace pressed hard on the petal and drove right through the glass windows which shattered into tons of pieces.

CAP wrapped Ruby in some of his mass and then, making his right arm sharp, sliced it off him.

Konrad was walking down the street, in front of The Dealership, right when someone driving a Lamborghini drove through the windows, straight at him. "Idiot," Konrad mumbled as he transformed into Tyrant in the blink of an eye. Tyrant grabbed the front of the Lamborghini with one hand, completely halting its forwards momentum and lifting the car's front end off the ground, his claws crushing the car's hood and front bumper.


"Watch where you're going."

Blake looked up and began to crawl away from the snake that was towering over him. Intense feelings of fear and excitement fought for control. Blake was sweating through his shirt, instantly telling anyone who was watching him about his phobia of snakes. As soon as the elevators door ran, Blake turned to the people who walked out, his face wet and pale. "Guy's! Help!"

Tyrant watched the man who had been driving the now destroyed car as the man ran away. "Fool," he growled, before transforming back to Konrad and walking away. "Now where are those superhumans?"

''Look, people told me once that I should be a villain and that my powers were more suited for that, but you know what? I tried to be a hero. I fought everything that tried to stop me. All that matters is that I make people safe. I could do many things, but I choose to do that. So what do you choose?''


He looked at her now in her new costume.

He put a hand on her shoulder. ''But my Mum once said: We fall so we can learn to get back up again. She was lovely, but wrong. We fall because we are pushed, and we get up to push back.'' CAP walked out her bedroom door. ''I hope to see you out there.'' And with that he left.

He smashed his fist on the counter and a glass cup fell and shattered. "I'm done with this. I'm going to kill everyone, then I'll be happy." He grabbed his mask and headed for his phone.
