City centre: This is the richest part of Sylane city. It is home to many corporation headquarters and rich businesses. It is recognize by its towering glass skyscrapers and generally rather beautiful appearance. Crime is very low here, partially due to the S.S.O.N Hq being extremely close.

It has a very high homeless population and crime rate, it is also deeply corrupt, only around 10% of police officers have not been accepting bribes, and only 5% of politicians.
