Brienne glances at Fenric with a smirk. "My apologies if this goes in and out." With a wink, she takes aim for the center of the Titanspawn's forehead and fires.

Beretta (Acc +, Dmg +3L, Range 20, Clip 14/15, Speed 4, Piercing)


Dexterity 3 + Marksmanship 3 + Aiming 3 + Accuracy 1 + Relic 2 = 12 (+1 success from Epic Dexterity)


...Gods that was a terrible roll. :P 3 successes.
 
Thomas trails in just behind Raven and Jing and holds back a little from the conversation. No need to pile onto the poor lady all at once, and from here he can watch bother reaction that of those around her for any signs of odd behaviour.
 
Raven, Jing, Thomas: The lady, upon a translation from Jing, nods as she quickly scribbles a room address on a piece of paper and hands it to Jing. "Two of the victims are still being treated in the ICU, but this one wasn't as bad so they moved her out. You can find her at this address."


Brianne, Koyomi, Fenric: The gunshot is dead on target, and the thief is actually surpised at the accurate shot as it hits his forehead.

Your attack was still good because his DV is technically 0 because he's being grappled. That said, what kind of gun is she using, so I can check for damage?
 
Once Jing offers a translation of what the nurse has to say and the note, she flashes her smile at the nurse once more. "Thank you, miss." To the others, she says, "So, unless you plan on sneaking into the ICU to see these patients, we can take our ride to see this other former resident of the hospital. I want to get to the bottom of these attacks before they claim any more victims." Find the Titanspawn responsible for these attacks and pop a cap in its ass.
 
Jing nodded in acknowledgement to her suggestion and caught a glimpse of her strange face after her last sentence, and asked, "What are you thinking right now?"
 
"Just about how much fun it will be to bring the Titanspawn behind these attacks down." She makes a gun with her finger and thumb and makes a shooting motion with a wicked smile.
 
Sorry for the delay; RL went OMNOM for a little while. ^^' She's using a Beretta; stat block is in the post with the dice roll

Fenric, Koyomi, Brianne: The shot is dead on, but the shot doesn't draw blood despite a clean shot. He's very angry now, though.


The bounty hunter, meanwhile, is already acting, pulling something out of his jacket: a black and gold belt. Throwing it around his waist, he then pulls out a white, black, and gold knuckle-like thing from his jacket as well, and slams it against his palm.


"READY!" it says.


"HENSHIN!" he replies, slamming it into the buckle.


"FIST ON!" At once, he transforms. Gone is his suit, but it is replaced with a suit of white armor with blue accenting, and his helmet has a gold cross on it that splits into a pair of red bug-like eyes. The titanspawn seems to recognize him, as he hisses in his general direction.

Raven, Jing, Thomas: The hospital, as you make your way through, has a kind of listless feel to it. Doctors and nurses are doing their work, but there's an air of almost sluggishness to it, like you're moving faster than everyone else. It's kind of strange, especially considering the kind of work ethic people in Japan value.
 
Well, that was unexpected. Koyomi was about to protest about the woman executing an imobolised prisoner (albeit a scary monster, but hey Koyomi didn't believe in double standards) but the thing survived the shot and just looked annoyed. And now, the weird "bounty hunter" had just pulled a henshin in front of her.


She felt the thing was close to escaping and prepared to strike should it escape the man's grip.


(delaying action)
 
Raven takes a deep breath, wondering if she is about to catch a sniff of some titanspawn lingering about the halls. "Am I mistaken, or is this hospital a little . . . off?" She lets her hand briefly caress the handle of her pistol. "I was expecting a bit more energy around here than what I'm seeing. This place feels like it's already dead."
 
Thomas scans the halls as they move through the hospital, paying particular attention to any potted plants he might need to use. "Or at least asleep. Either way, this isn't normal, you're right."
