It's fine, welcome to the site! (I only joined a few months ago as well).


Yeah if you want to make a character, just head to the tab saying 'Neutral characters' the Character sheet is already there, copy and paste the character sheet and fill out the info and you're done. Also if you can make sure to read the rules/mechanics and organizations page as well (That's if you're interested in being apart of a Gang/Organization)

Two questions:


1. Are races such as a Banshee allowed? If not, perhaps a Gifted Human with similar abilities?


2. Is it possible to create a somewhat neutral place? I was thinking a bar (or something similar) in which fighting, rivalries, and gang activity are completely prohibited (but probably still go on because...Hell City)

A1. Well right now only things on the lines of demon summoning is allowed in that sense. But yes you can make a gifted human with similar abilities, just remember you're limited to 3. (And make sure to add drawbacks to the abilities too if they don't already have them)


A2. Sure you can do that, just add it as an organization tab and if you can maybe find a picture of the inside or something so people know what their environment is and add some spots for employee's (If that's what you want to do)
