Now welcome to Hell City why do we call it Hell you may ask? The worst thing about the city is the demon's walking in human form; The city is like a sickness turning any innocent woman, man or child into a bloodthirsty maniac. Hell City is one of the only cities within american borders to have no police force; instead the country is entirely run off by the several organizations and gangs that reside; The Mafia included have currently gained a strong grip on the City and rules most of it's drug trades etc..
The crime rate is at an all time high; Criminals who seek 'salvation' with the life they live often come here to risk their necks in making it to the big time.
However after recent events and occurrences despite their being no official authority in the city, many police force members often take it on as a high tasked mission to infiltrate and take control of these gangs; for a cop this is the most dangerous mission you could ask for ~ Most would call it suicide.
Now the decision is yours; Will you be a man of honor and seek to maintain the crime rate of Hell City or perhaps even bring the criminals there to justice? Will you join one of these gangs and rise up the ladder to the top? Or perhaps you're in it for your own personal needs or just another guy who belongs in the gutter.
~Rules~
- No godmodding
- No metagaming
- No Mary-sues or Gary-sues (You can make your character pretty OP or whatever but everyone has weaknesses)
- If you have any questions about what you want your character to be PM me
- Romance is allowed but 'fade to black' when/if necessary
- All and any questions should be directed to me through PM or using the OOC chat on this thread
- Try keep arguing at a friendly basis; If you have troubles with anyone here message me through PM
- Respect each other and seek to improve each other's Rp'ing skills (This is including lil ole' me ^-^)
- 3 Character limit (Sorry guys if you love making characters)
- Swearing is allowed however try not to abuse it
- Take into consideration that every character can and most likely will die
- This RP may/probably will involve a lot of graphic scenes (This is more of a warning)
- Have fun ^-^
