Peggy was breathing evenly, on the verge of sleep again, when she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. She didn't wince, but she did look down at her stomach. She could see what could be causing the pain, so she reclined again. A few minutes later the pain came back. It was worse than before, and felt like she was actively being stabbed. Peggy squeezed her eyes shut and clenched her jaw, trying to absorb the pain instead of react to it. She didn't notice that her morphine drip had been disconnected, and with all the noise from the EKG, Peggy couldn't discern the IV beeping from the EKG.

"I... I thought I could take him..." Peggy whispered. "I didn't think it was so bad..." Peggy was pale but relaxed. "Until... I think... I think I passed out..." Peggy's heart rate monitor beep loudly twice before returning to normal. Peggy winced at the noise.

When he arrived, he, surprisingly saw Alexander. This was going to be fun. He sat at the table closest to Hamilton and tried getting his attention. Burr couldn't wait to screw with him.

"Yea, I'll just have an ice water..." Burr muttered. When Hamilton would turn away he would "change his mind." He did this about five times until he finally said. "No, I'll have an ice water, thanks." Burr grinned maliciously.
