Alexander shook his head. "I... I'm moving... to Michigan... in a month or two..."
Eliza looked at him in shock and tears began to fall. "N-No…you can't…" she whispered.
"I can't stop it. I'm sorry." Alexander looked away from her, ashamed.
"Please…" she begged helplessly. "You can't leave!" she wailed, tears streaming nonstop. She sobbed bitterly.
Alexander wiped away her tears, guilt gripping him tightly. "I am so sorry." Alexander whispered. "I did everything I could."
"I can't do this without you…" she wept, her heart breaking.
"I"m so sorry." Alexander whispered again. "I've done everything in my power to stop it."
Eliza just sobbed. She felt like she was losing everything. She was crying so hard that it was getting hard to breathe.
Alexander hugged her gently. "Eliza, you need to breathe." He whispered.
"What's the point anymore?" she said bitterly. "My dad hates me, my sister hates me, you're leaving, Angelica is going to go to college soon. I'll be alone."
"No, no, I'm moving, not leaving. I'm still yours. All yours. I'll never leave you. I'll call every day, I'll come back every chance I get, I might be moving but I'm not leaving." Alexander whispered, wiping away her tears.
"Alexander you can't do that. You'll have to move on. Besides, I'm sure you'll find someone better than me there and you'll be much happier."
"No! I won't do that!" Alexander protested. "I'll never leave you. Never ever ever. You are the only person for me."
"That's not true Alexander."
