Fandom Hamilton AU - Additional IC

Alexander grinned. "I'd like to see you fucking try." He challenged Burr. he then went down to the wrestling room to find Peggy punching a bag with all her might as tears streamed down her face. Alexander sighed and put on a pair of gloves. "Peggy, wanna spar?" He asked. Peggy turned around to see Alexander. She narrowed her eyes. "I want to beat you to a pulp." Peggy replied. "You made Eliza cry."

Thomas immediately stopped playing, "What did you do..?" He asked, standing up and walking over to Burr. "If it's about the election.. then I have no idea what to say."

"I told Alex about Theodosia, lots of other stuff happened, Alex got angry, insulted me, I got angry and then I challenged him to a fight. Which is in two days." Burr said quickly. "Did you catch any of that?" He asked. "Dear God what if one of us gets sent to the hospital?"

"Yes I got it, but calm down Burr.." Thomas paused, to take in what Burr just said. "WAIT YOU CHALLENGED HAMILTON TO A FIGHT?!" He shouted. "Don't think about the after, think about the now. Hamilton might just beat you to a pulp.. Unless, he has a change of heart." he mumbled.

"Im not worried about him beating me into a pulp. He hasn't seen me fight. None of you have seen me fight. I'll kick his ass. Im just worried that I'll hurt him..." Burr replied. He had no doubts that he was going to win this fight. Hamilton had no chance at all. "Should I tell people that we're getting into a fight?" He was mainly talking about Theodosia. If he got hospitalized he didn't want her to find out at the last minute.

"I'm not trying to doubt you or anything, but you? A fighter? Aren't you the the one who says "Talk less. Smile more." If it's a fight, aren't you suppose to hurt each other, if you didn't want to hurt him, then you shouldn't of challenged him." He said, going back to playing until he heard, "Should I tell people that we're getting into a fight?"  "No. We have the sit-in tomorrow if you run around telling people there's a fight inside the group, that could ruin us." He paused and started thinking, "This is enough of Hamilton.. He's breaking us up into fractions.."

Burr sighed. "People have emotions. That's a metaphor for happiness. Just because I'm happy doesn't mean I can't grind Hamilton into a fucking pulp." Burr replied, his words getting more spiteful as he said them. "Well I wasn't going to go around and announce the fight. I just had one person in particular that I wanted to tell." Burr muttered. "What should we do about Hamilton, then-" Burr paused. "I guess this is how it ends then. With me on the sidelines as always. I'll participate in the sit in, but I'm not helping directly. I don't want to cause any fighting. I'm sorry. I ruined everything. I shouldn't have let my emotions control me..." Burrs expression became mopey.

"Your not sitting out anymore Burr. Let's tell Hamilton what we know." Thomas said, and pulled out his notebook. "Read that." and opened it to a certain page. It was full of notes about Hamilton, his meetings with Reynolds, including payments. "Your not ruining anything, if Hamilton thinks this is the best way to deal with Reynolds he has another thing coming. Burr, let's let him know what we know." Thomas said and reached out his hand. Was this the best thing the day before the sit-in? No. Was it needed to defend his friend, Yes.

"I hate Washington, I hate my dad, I hate this dumb fucking sit in! I hate it all!" Peggy then took off her gloves and threw them on the ground. She needed Lafayette. He would help her feel better. On the way to her class, she bumped into Maria. "Watch it!" Peggy growled at her.

Burr read the page quickly. "Thomas... Are you sure about this...?" He asked. He wanted revenge on Hamilton but this might've been going a little too far. "If you really think we should do this... I'm with you. Every step of the way." He said. "I'm all for it. Any second thought?" In truth, he was a little bit jittery, but Hamilton deserved it. Right?

Thomas nodded. "I'm sure, we find him after school and confront him." He said, a smirk forming. "I'm not stopping now. Hamilton has gone too far, and he needs to know that someone will not let it slide."

"You're a great friend, Thomas. Thank you." Burr muttered. "Now, like I said before, I'm not going to go prancing around and telling everyone about the fight, but can I at least tell Theodosia? I trust her. She won't tell anyone if I ask her not to..." Burr began. "So, what do you say? Can I tell her or do you think it's too risky?"

Maria frowned. "I think you sound cool. And I'm constantly abused by my brother. When I try to be a good girl I'm ignored, when I try to act out I'm called a whore and teased."
 
Peggy frowned. "I'll beat him up for you." Peggy offered. She truly meant it. She felt a strange connection to this girl. "I'm Peggy. What's your name?"

"Right back at you Burr." He replied. "You can tell Theodosia, I don't care as long as it's not anyone else." Thomas started playing again. He had an evil smile on his face, he couldn't wait to see what Hamilton's reaction was going to be. 
 
"Thanks man!" Burr sprinted out into the hallway and pulled out his phone. Hey, Theodosia, can we talk? Meet me at the park. Burr sent. He sprinted as fast as he could to the park. 


He got to the park before she did and she hadn't even texted back yet, so he waited for a response to his text. Or anything, really.
