She got on her knees and begged him.
Alexander felt like vomiting when she got on her knees. He stumbled back until he hit a wall. "Stop, stop it, don't do that." He whispered, sinking to the ground.

She got on her knees and begged him.
When Theo came back, she was pale and weak. She sat on the bed and waited, nervous. She looked sadly at Burr. "Hey... no matter what happens, I promise our baby will be fine." She said gently to him.
Alexander felt like vomiting when she got on her knees. He stumbled back until he hit a wall. "Stop, stop it, don't do that." He whispered, sinking to the ground.
Burr hesitated when she said this. His stomach churned. He felt as if he was going to puke. Finally, he nodded back grimly and frowned. "I love you." He murmured.
"Please." she said softly, begging.
Alexander shook his head. "Don't. Stop it. I'm okay."
"Please." she said helplessly.
"STOP IT!" he screamed, holding his hands over his ears. "You can't make me!" He was sobbing again.
She broke into sobs.
"I love you more." Theo whispered. The doctor came back in the room, looking somber. "Theodosia, I've got some bad news." The doctor began. Theodosia took Burr's hand tightly, she was terrified. She nodded to tell the doctor to continue. "You have stomach cancer."
Hale placed his front paws on Eliza's thigh and licked her face, confused.
That was the turning point for Aaron. That news wasn't fair. He had just met Theodosia a while back, and now they found out she had stomach cancer? Burr gripped Theodosias hand so hard, his knuckles turned white. "Okay..." Is all he could say. He couldn't describe the absolute sadness and anger he was feeling at the same time. He silently prayed that Theodosia would be okay.
Eliza just sobbed. She couldn't even save her boyfriend.
Theo paled. Then she started to cry. She gripped Aaron's hand tightly. "Oh god." She whispered. The doctor continued: "Theodosia, you have two options. You can either get chemotherapy, which will kill your baby. Or you can wait six months and hope it isn't too late to start treatment." Theodosia sobbed bitterly, she didn't know what to do."
Hale whimpered and licked her face helplessly. Alexander was in the corner of the room, crying his eyes out.
She hugged the puppy and cried. She was so tired and upset.
Alexander eventually stopped crying. Hale had slipping out of Eliza's arms and was dancing around, needing to go to the bathroom.
Eliza let the puppy out and sat outside, weeping.

Burrs eye twitched for a while, and then tears started streaming down his face like a river. He hugged Theodosia. He didn't know what to do either. This was an impossible situation. "What should we do?" He asked Theodosia sadly. He hated having to ask her that. That wasn't fair to her, but it was the only thing he could think to say.
Hale did his business before bolting down the street, having seen a bird and gotten distracted.
"Hale! Come back!" Eliza yelled, running after the puppy.
Hale yapped as he ran, happy and free. He was content to be himself.
Theo shook her head. She didn't know. She was devastated. "I... I want this child..." She sobbed. "But I don't want to die..."
"Hale!" Eliza cried. She hadn't eaten in a while and she was exhausted, she couldn't chase him, she just fell to her knees and broke down.
Hale heard Eliza sobbing and stopped, turning around. He pranced over to her and sat, panting happily.
She hugged the dog and cried. She felt like she had lost everything.
