Fandom Hamilton AU - Additional IC
James paused in his writing and looked up. "Jesus Christ, I hope not."

"He is.. That son of a bitch.." Thomas sat there, "Burr better be doing something right.."

(Wow. That was mean. You should apologize to Burr, sir.)
Alex nodded. "Washington? Can I go to the park? Burr wants to talk about the petition."
Washington looked at Alexander skeptically. "You can go to the park, but Martha expects you home in time for dinner. Not to mention you have homework you need to do for tomorrow."

"Sweet!" Alexander cheered, grabbing his backpack. "I'll be home by 5, I promise. Actually... I'll be home by 6."

(I'm tempted to have Lafayette run into him and be like: "Croissant, beret, Voltaire, baget, Eiffel tower.")

"Cutting it a little close there, son. Remember dinner is at 6:15 sharp. Don't be late." Washington reminded, heading into his home office. He loved his home, while it was a ways away from the school. He lived on the border of rural and suburban, where he had a lot of land but close enough to a city to get his family their necessities. Washington sat down at his desk and logged into his computer. Time to work on my lesson plan for tomorrow.

"I won't." Alexander said softly. He grabbed his notebook and a green pen. "I'll be back!" He shouted, leaving and jogging to the park. When he arrived, he didn't see Burr right away. @ChronosCoded

ChronosCoded said:
"Alexander Hamilton!" He said cheerfully. "So, tell me, what's up?" He tried the question again in a more cheerful tone.
"You wanted to talk about our petition." Alexander reminded him.

"Yes, I know. I meant how are you? How have you been?" He said the last parts sarcastically. "Anyway, let's sit and talk about this petition." He sat down at the bench he was sitting down at before. "I don't have any ideas right now, so I was wondering if you had any."

Alexander sighed. "We need to talk about why we need the music department. Think of all angles. Emotional wellbeing, social aspects, statistics, all of it." Alexander drew a star on a blank page, writing Emotions, Social, Academic, School Prestige, Other on each of the points. "Then we can organize the petition to encapsulate any points we have in those categories." Alexander glanced at Burr. "You get my drift?"

"Yes Hamilton, I get it. I'm not stupid." Burr rolled his eyes. "When're we doing this?" He hoped it would be right now at that moment, so he could get the information back to Thomas.

"When I think of something. But I haven't yet, this is all I have." Alexander snapped. "Just give me a minute."

Camilton said:
"How is the writing going James?" Thomas sat down next to James and looked at the papers.
@void santiago
James looked up, finishing his sentence and putting his pencil down. He stretched his hands, sighing. "It's going okay. Hard to get inspiration."

"We don't need to finish this all in one day, it would be rushed if we did." Thomas sighed, "I think I'm going to talk to Principal King tomorrow."

(Well shit, I just got your notification, I'll respond now!)

"Okay. Okay. I'll give you a minute. Jeez. Crabby pants." Burr responded. This wasn't going too well. If Hamilton didn't give up a few ideas his plan would turn bad. He hoped he had an idea in the next few minutes.

James nodded. "Sounds like a good idea. And I'm not trying to do it all in one day, I'm just getting a rough draft going."

Thomas got up and started pacing. "Burr left to go to Hamilton.. If he's double crossing us.." He rubbed his head. "It will not end well for anyone."

Alexander sighed heavily and stared at the paper. He then wrote down the title of every single award their band had won in the school history in the section of the star labeled School Prestige. Another sigh escaped him. "Um... academic..." He scratched his head. Then he wrote down that kids who play music usually have higher IQs and GPAs than kids who don't.
