Cam smiled as he watched Klaus grab onto the walls of the volcano. "You'll be safe there." He thought for a second. He made no intention of moving from the current course he was heading on. "You know I never thought that I would end up getting to field test my own creation... Seems fitting that I be the one to tell you if it's safe or not." He said smiling under the masks that he had created. He continued to fall into the lava. "5....4...3...2...1..." He counted down till he had hit the lava making a giant splash.

"You know. I gotta say, I can be a genius sometimes." He said cockily over the com system. "Come on, the waters fine!" He said surfacing in lava. He couldn't believe that the suit had worked. It took him a few seconds to reestablish the connection. The lava had given a small bug when it came to the frequency that only Cam could figure a way around.

Klaus smiled as he watched Cameron dive out of the Helicopter,however his smile quickly turned into a sound of despair as he watched Cameron dive head first into the lava. "CAMERON!!! CAMERON!!! ANSWER ME WHAT THE F*CK!!!?/?? CAMERONN!!!" he yelled over the intercom only to be greeted by silence. Klaus' heart was beating out of his chest until finally he heard Cameron bragging over the intercom . "You're such a fucking idiot." he mumbled jumping into the lava after him/ After oddly enough swimming through lava to get over to cam he immediately lifted both their masks and smashed their lips together. He didn't know if it was the lava or the passion but the kiss was absolutely on fire. After the putting the mask back on he spoke through the intercom. "Don't you ever scare me like that again,you fucking loser. Now lets go." Klaus dove deeper into the lava and swam down until he could hear the crackling of lightning. "Down here" he called out swimming into a crevice at the bottom of the Volcanoes center. When he emerged he was repulsed by what he saw. Crystal's heart plummeted with the indefinite answer from Jasmine and the nonexistent answer from Hikari, but she didn't let it bother her too much since that answer meant that it was still a possibility. She listened closely to her teammates planning, but honestly didn't understand at all. It was complicated mythology mumbo jumbo and their guesses as to where to get the feather were definitely better than hers. She kinda just stayed back and watched the exchange, trying not to brood about letting the two alone and become edgy Hades chosen No. 2092. That was on a top list of things she never wanted to become. She grinned at Jasmine's little cheesy bit, liking that part of her friend the most, though the idea of them being the three musketeers or her being 'Queen of the Underworld' also made her wince a little. She looked in wonder at Helios, awed by how colorful mythology could get without being blinding and annoying. I mean, there are only so many rainbows you should be able to put on something before it starts to look gaudy. She let out a small "Pff" at Hikari's question, jumping onto Helios without hesitation. "I fear absolutely nothing. Let's go get a feather of some Erote thing that sounds R-rated."

Crystal hung on tight to Jasmine, but all she got from the flight was a thrill. I've got to get me one of these! - This thought was a little downplayed since she actually could raise herself an undead mount once she grew her powers a bit more, but she definitely wanted her own flying steed. She was a little concerned about her friend, but she didn't really know how to console Jasmine and was too busy enjoying the flight and feeling in her arms to get focused on it. Before she knew it they landed, ending the trip much earlier than she had wanted. Obviously there would be a return trip to enjoy as well, but she had the feeling that her attempts to be positive were soon to whither away and that she wouldn't be able to enjoy the return trip. There was a dreadful divide in this group, after all. She got off Helios last, petting the stallion's white hide after she did. As a city girl, she didn't really have the opportunity to be this close to any animals. She let Jasmine's more than friendly actions with Hikari fly over her head, and she stole a glance at the statue she had a gut feeling was Hades. She didn't seem to have the best relationship with him, since he gave her no gifts and barely did anything for her except choose her. Apparently that didn't mean much since the other two Hades that had received more favor had appeared and disappeared in just a few days each. The edgy dude that she felt embarrassed sharing a god with, and the playboy she never met. Was it just because she was headstrong that she was still here?

She looked back down from the statue to Jasmine and Hikari, quickly catching up to them while feeling tight in the chest for so many reasons. It was a little too much for her to come up with something and speak, so she just stayed back as big three muscle and watched the other two with complex feelings. If she knew anything about Erotes maybe she could have talked strategy or something, but in truth she only knew the little Greek mythology that was obligatory for barely passing English.

Hikari was pulled out of his thoughts by Jasmine asking about his dad. "Yeah,that's my dad. I grew up here in olympus." Kari could see Crystal eyeing Hades out of the corner of his eye. "Alrighty, I guess it's time to head into the land of temptation. Hopefully there's an erote standing right there with a feather waiting for us huh?" he chuckled as they too their first steps into Aphrodite's domain.

Immediately Hikari could smell fresh sunflowers as they bloomed in the spring.. A light blush was immediately written on his cheeks as he ventured further in. He turned to his other two team mates who he knew must've also been experiencing this extremely intoxicating scent. "we should probably be very careful here. Zoe looked at the GPS on the submarine with skepticism. “How did your submarine know to do that?” She watched as all different types of fish were by us. On the way to bermuda was smooth sailing, at least for the time being. Zoe watched Gideon handle the controls and in just a few minutes she got the basics. She sat next to Gideon as co-pilot and felt like she was Chewbacca to Han Solo. What was cool about their relationship is that they didn’t HAVE to talk. Both of them were rather introverted and cared mainly about inventing things. She allowed her mind to wander to Sherri hoping her girlfriend was not blowing people up when- Zoe’s intuition kicked in. “Gideon go slow. I have a bad feeling.. Can you dim the lights? Go more to the left...” She watched the outside carefully. “Something big is sleeping around here.” She snapped her fingers twice and C4P1 had the seaweed ready for them. “Gideon hold your seaweed just in case. Keep it near you.” Zoe was speaking but her mind was on the outside. Whatever it was, she felt its presence.

Gideon couldn’t help but smile as Zoe marveled at his invention. It meant a lot to him that someone of her caliber was impressed by him and was even convinced that he would be the next Hephaestus. As Gideon made his way to the northern Atlantic the air grew still as the talking between them ceased. Which was fine from pragmatic standpoint. The less they talked the less oxygen they burned through and the less stress was put on the sub. Still Gideon wished in moments like these he could be a bit more social like Harmonia. When Zoe finally did break the silence it was to warn him about.. something. He didn’t get it, but he wasn’t about to argue with someone with magical senses. So Gideon silently pulled back on the throttle and the sub slowed to a crawl, using the ocean currents to move rather than to engine. With thier head lights off they were flying blind, but Gideon trusted Zoe so he would make sure to do his part. Ivan was actually a little surprised when Tera asked him to take the lead. Though he knew very little about Tera he had figured her for more of the A type always taking charge and charging off half cocked. It was a pleasant surprise that whether Ivan admitted it or not had an endearing affect on him. Perhaps he could find some common ground with her after all. When they reached the library Ivan began pulling books related to the old myths on the apple. He knew that it caused the Tojan war when thrown among the Goddesses Hera, Aphrodite, and Persephone. Beyond that was a blank unfortunately. Thankfully after about an hour of research Ivan stood up excited, “ I think I’ve got it!” This declaration was squashed by a chorus of shushing from other people in the library. Embarrassed Ivan got closer to Tera and whispered. “ The apple of Dicord is always depicted as a golden apple. The only other mention of Golden apples is from the apples of Hesperides. The wedding gift of Gaia to Hera I think. Anyway I’m fairly certain those apples are actually all apples of Discord.”

Argus was happy to see that between the three of them the majority was for Diplomacy. “ Then let’s see about finding the Romans and procuring some Celestial Bronze to trade. Though we should remember that the Romans were much more warlike than the Greeks. So things might still need to be settled with blood, however I’m confident we can minimize it to a duel or two. Rae too was all but fed up. He listened to Briana's worries and sighed. "Fine,let's just kill him then. If that'll make you happy i'll do it. I'll do whatever you want just stop being mad at me." Rae got up boldy walking to where Briana was."Like I don't get it,you begged me to do this stupid teaching job with you that I didn't even want to do and I'm trying my best but you're still angry. Hephaestus and I are connected. Period. There's not much that I can do to change that he's hopelessly in love with me and he's useful he can create anything. This building is his design!" Rae grabbed Briana pulling her in for a hug. "I know that thing's have been stressful,but Harmonia is safe and sound. No harm will ever come to her again not as long as i'm around. I need you to relax Okay?" Rae kissed Briana which always calmed her down probably because A kiss from Aphrodite doubled as a love filled tranquilizer dart. "Feel better?" he chuckled looking at her with those eyes of his that pierced right through the soul.

Briana thought deeply about the idea of killing Hephaestus but knew that would weaken them all and with all the kids here? It would put them in danger. Briana WAS jealous. She couldn't help it. She always wondered if being with Rae was a mistake. Not for her, never for her, but for HIM. Now that she was seeing Harmonia and Gideon, a future Aphrodite and Hephaestus, have such an amazing connection... She wondered if... If Rae ever had a chance with Hephaestus if they would be happy. Rae started to talk about Harmonia being safe as long as he was around. She looked up at Rae and sighed. Of course, he went in for one of his sneaky kisses of love doom. She couldn't help but NOT fall for him when he did that. Over and over again. "You sneaky bastard." She smiled at him and kissed him one more time. She started to feel better, her deepest darkest fears were still lingering though when she felt a ping in her head- from- of course- Hephaestus. She just didn't trust Hephaestus. She was tempted to bite her tongue and 'let it go' again for the 100,000th time but she just couldn't push it down AGAIN. Now, Hephaestus was putting their daughter in harm way. "Please, don't hate me. I have to do something and I would appreciate if you supported me." Briana bent her knees, flew up in mid-air up to 20 ft, and her beast caught her in the air, Briana landing on its back. They headed straight to Hephaestus's temple. The only way I will feel better is if I have a fight with him. She landed right in front of his temple and Hephaestus seemed like he was waiting for her.

Hephaestus had his arms crossed leaning his bad twisted leg on a wall behind him. "I knew this day would come." He uncrossed his arms and summoned his sword.

Briana didn't say a word. She summoned her own sword and made her stance that she was ready to fight. "Where are the students?" She finally said.

"Underground fighting my bull. They'll be down their for awhile." He didn't move. He waited. He had watched Briana fight MANY times for the day that he can prove himself to Rae. That HE was better. HE was the better CHOICE. That Rae had waisted his Gods years with HER but they could still have their mortal years together.

Briana felt his anger radiating off him. He never showed this side around Rae and they rarely spent time alone because of it. Briana's aura practically ate the anger and used it as her fuel. She smiled and started to piss him off some more so she can gain more energy. "Did you do it on purpose? Did you put the kids in danger on purpose?" Briana made the first move, getting closer until they banged swords. The nearest volcano started to create smoke as if it was ready to explode. "I never trusted you with Harmonia. I never trusted you with Rae. I never trusted you at all. Did you ever even like Harmonia?" Briana moved back, took her other sword out, and slashed a small piece of Hephaestus's skin on his leg. Briana smiled. She was playing with him. Getting him angry. FEED ME!

Hephaestus was shaking out of anger. The slash on his leg didn't help. He knew he had to be tactical though. He could not win Briana in a regular sword fight. He could win her with all of his machines. Hephaestus whistled and three robot monsters came out from the nearby bushes surrounding them.

Briana didn't move her eyes from Hephaestus as she heard the metal surrounding her. She already knew they were there. She created a portal and pushed one into it, making him disappear to who knows where. "Two more to go. That's all you got?" Braina 'cawed' out loud and her pet brought all its friends. Of course, HER bird was the leader of the others, the strongest, and the largest. They started to pirch ON the robots. "Call them away and your robots don't get destroyed."

Hephaestus scoffed. He was getting rather pissed off at Briana treating him lesser than a God. "How was Aphrodite ever with you." He growled and hurled himself at her. They fought, clashing, as the volcano around them, and about 3 other volcano's you can see in the distance that were dormant a few minutes ago, started to heat up and erupt.

Jasmine entered the domain after Hikari. She was rather afraid of what she was going to find. She started to walk in and in one step she was surrounded by blinding sunlight... The next step... She could see nothing but darkness. She stood still and didn't take another step when she was surrounded by light. This is what she wanted. This is what felt right. She suddenly heard Hikari say her name and Jasmine turned her head towards the voice. "What?" She looked and Hikari was there but... He was full on naked. Or SOMETHING was- she wasn't sure if it was him or an imagination of him. She stumbled, which made it completely dark again. She seemed to have bumped into someone. "Crystal?" She had NOOOOO idea what was going on.

Sherri sighed at Aphrodite's answer to her, feeling like life just wanted to screw her over on all of the levels today. Great, so I can't get my potion master's help, and it's probably gonna be a trip through hell to get this fucking thing. As if that wasn't pissing her off enough, some asshole went and touched her while her fuse was short and she was holding the staff she could shoot bolts of raw magic from chantlessly. Luckily, she kinda forgot that detail in her rage and stopped herself from chanting anything just in time. "Sherri, Hecate's chosen." The sheer murderous intent oozing from her voice might get her mistaken as a chosen of Enyo. "Unfortunately potions aren't really my thing, actually none of this is my thing since I was a mortal until a week ago, so we're going to have to go to Aphrodite's realm to look for the potion. It might be wise for us to split up in there, to cover more ground." This was one of the few times she couldn't criticize herself for trying her hardest, because currently the very fabric of reality was aimed at tripping her up. She'd even go as far as saying that she might have developed a bit of patience by now. She looked back at Aphrodite, giving a slight bow to remain as respectful as possible. "Would you please open us a portal to your realm? And if you'd be so kind, perhaps a hint?"

Rae was a little surprised at Sherri’ question. He hadn’t intended on making things this easy for the kids,even now he could feel one of the groups entering his domain. However,seeing as how Sherri was having a particularly difficult time Rae decided it wouldn’t hurt. Aqua was the first to step through the portal. Coming out on the other side he was in awe. As he expected Aphrodites domain was absolutely breath taking. Roses bloomed everywhere vibrantly and brilliantly with no sign of wilting. The air was thick with....the smell of the ocean? Aqua pondered why the air fo Aphrodite’s domain smelled of the sea,but before he could get too deep into thought a familiar voice called out to him. “Aqua,I’ve missed you.” Aqua looked up and was stunned immediately. “Zane!?” He croaked.

Sherri walked through the portal to Aphrodite's realm, glad that he took pity and made it a little easier on her. She was also grateful for his gift, feeling the bottle in her coat pocket (she doesn't have a bag). She mumbled a small "Thanks" to him, feeling like she was a little indebted now, and left before the Ares shark week incident started up. When she entered the realm, the temptations instantly appeared; Zoe, reading through shelves upon shelves of books that all felt mystical, as if they held the world's secrets. C4P1 whirred softly behind her, carrying a stack of books that were especially of interest. When Zoe looked up and saw her, she smiled brightly, pushing up her glasses and brushing away a loose strand of that beautiful red hair.

Sherri walked closer without a readable expression on her face, and when she got close enough to touch her, Sherri's hand flew out and grabbed the illusion's head. Ignoring the shocked expression on the fake's face, she mumbled "Oh fire, assume the form of a line that goes straight and hits true, concentrate your heat, burn through all you touch - «Firebolt Mod. 26 'Streak of Death'»" She watched with cold eyes as the fake's head instantly disappeared in white flame, and walked away apathetically, leaving Aqua and Nia behind with faith that they'd find a way out of their own temptations. "Next time don't do such a half-assed impression of my girlfriend, you bitch. She smells faintly of C4P1's oil, not flowers, and I absolutely love that about her. She never pushes up those nerdy glasses, and she has one more freckle on her left cheek that you missed. On top of all that, she is without a doubt going and grabbing her ingredient right now, so much better than the unreliable me that just wants to run away. You're pissing me off by even insinuating that she is less than the wonderful person she is." Every time an illusion popped up afterwards, she just burned it all to the ground. It would have been such a great stress reliever if it weren't for the fact that the illusions just kept pissing her off with how badly thought out they were. At this point, her very existence was burning, and she unconsciously cursed the very ground she walked on to become barren of life or warp beyond recognition. It was a godling's influence over a god's realm though, so the effects didn't last long at all.

She jogged off to her room and returned a minute later with her rifle slung over her shoulder. "Ok. I'm ready. Let's go get this show on the road." There was a pause. "I don't actually know how to get there."

Upon entering Aphrodite's realm, she was immediately hit with the smell of freshly baked sweets and bread. "ooh. I could get used to this." She commented with a smile. Nia's temptations weren't of the flesh of others. The girl had never gotten more than a crush on anyone. Matter of fact Nia's lust levels are so low, romance and sex are at the very back of her mind. Instead, Nia was presented with sweets, beautiful scenery, and relaxing music.

While Nia may behave like a little girl. She can be capable of more advanced thought. Why stay here, enjoying magic illusionary temptation cookies. When you could have real physical cookies made by hand and shared among all her friends? Nia's eyes followed Sherri. Those very same emerald eyes would then widen with horror as she inherited a fake version of Zoe. Nia's face became one of confusion. The girl walked quickly over to Sherri, more like a run disguised as a walk. "I'm surprised you know Zoe so well. However, you did just say all the imperfections that one you just laser beamed' had. So the next one will probably be more accurate." She cleared her throat. "I can see you're upset." While Sherri's very existence was burning, the very ground she walked on becoming destroyed and damaged. Nia's mere presence gave of a small degree of tranquility, and happiness. "I'd rather not have you run off into the land of temptation alone and pissed off. It will just adapt to your anger and cause you to get stuck here forever. The best counter to temptation is having others to snap you out of it." A floating chocolate chip cookie hovered around Nia "Shoo." She swatted at the object until it left. "So the way I see it, you have three options. One. Come back with me and Aqua, and we get the potion and leave. Two. You wander into the land of temptation alone and never come back to see the real Zoe again. Three. Hope you are very lucky and manage to get out by yourself. Which is basically impossible. In which case me and Aqua will be stuck here forever."

Camron had felt the passion when Klaus had pressed his lips against Cam's. Cam's heart fluttered a little with each passing second. What was he feeling? Was it love? Did he have feelings for Klaus? He was an Aphrodite and Cam was a Hephaestus. They were technically destined to be together, but Cam knew that Aphrodite was known to mess around with Ares. Just the thought of that alone had angered Cam. He didn't want Klaus to do anything like that. If Klaus did, Cam would kill him.

Cam shook his head. He needed to get his head back in the game. They were there on a mission. They needed to get the lightning for the potion. Cam had followed Klaus till they were near all the cyclops. They were all interesting to look at. He had known that one day, just one day, they were going to work for him. Crafting and creating so many interesting things. "So how are we going to do this?"

Tera was deep into looking into where to find the apples when Ivan had a discovery. When he got closer, Tera could feel his breath as he whispered to her. Tera's face started to get slightly red. What was happening to her? What was this? He was just talking about the item they were going to be getting, but with him so close she could feel his breath. What was happening to her? She liked Lena. As soon as he was done speaking she slid her seat a couple of feet back. "Uh.. Good job" She said punching him in the arm playfully. But she could feel the amount of power she put in her punch. It was a little bit too much, even if it was meant to be playful. she wasn't trying to use that much power it just came out. She was a little nervous.

"Oh gods.... I'm sorry! I didn't mean to punch so hard." She said looking away from Ivan and looking towards the books. "Guess I don't know my own strength. hehe...." She said trying to play it off nonchalantly. "Um... so we know what we're looking for, so where are they is the question?"

Casey was ready for his next attack when Serenity came running up behind him. She seemed to stop the Khalkotauroi from being able to use its flamethrower. But she didn't stop there either, she continued her attack on its legs and as it stumbled backwards, loosing its balance, Serenity shouted out to Casey. There wasn't a moment after he words that Casey didn't know what to do. He made his way around the bull to its hind legs. With one quick strike through both legs, Casey could see that Serenity was right. There was some sort of exposed wiring he had cut. The bull was still.
After a moment it toppled over.

"We got it!" This was Casey's first actual battle outside of personal training. Casey dropped his sword and ran towards Serenity. He opened his arm wide and gave her a giant hug. Very quickly he realized it was slightly uncomfortable and he let go. Casey gave Serenity an authentic smile and wiped sweat from his brow. He bent over to pick up his sword and stepped towards the beast. "You've got a pretty good eye." Casey knelt down in front of the bulls head inspecting the throwing knife that Serenity had clogged the flame with. "I probably would have kept berating it with full force until I tired myself out." Casey reached his hand into the mouth and ripped out Serenity's small blade.

As his hand pulled away from the downed creature its head flew towards him in an attempt to bite him, it wasn't dead yet. "I believe this belongs to you." He said as he handed Serenity the knife. Casey turned back to the bull, lifted his sword with the tip pointed down and slammed it into the bulls head. The blade traveled through the metal with much difficulty, but yet still made it all the way through and into the dirt ground. Casey raised his foot and set it on top of its metallic shoulder. "Now that this beast is out of the way, shall we look around for the spoon?" Casey looked off into the dark distance. "I wonder where Peck went."

The metal in Pecks beak was cold. He saw Casey and Serenity battling the bull but remembered his masters command -Safe- he inspected the battle further -Not safe-. The sound of metal crashing to the ground indicated the the bird that it must be safe now. Peck flew down to his master with his request in his beak. -Master- Peck landed on Casey's shoulder, -spoon-. Peck saw that Casey lifted his hand to his beak so Peck dropped the -spoon-. Peck was very proud of himself. -Good bird, good bird-.

"Well there is only one way to find out." Casey took his sword out of the bulls metallic skull. He figured the weakest part of its armor would probably be at the bottom when it was sealed together. Casey shoved his blade in to the belly of the beast and pried it open. Casey looked to Serenity with a 'Here goes nothing' look and stuck his hand into the hole. Feeling around, Casey could feel a lot of different types of mechanical parts from gears to pistons. Everything felt jagged and not like a spoon. His hand grazed a smooth surface briefly and it wasn't until Casey had moved his hand back that he found what he was looking for. With one swift movement he yanked his arm out of the machine to bring out the utensil.

As Casey held the spoon above his head a passage began to open in the nearest wall. Without hesitation he made for the exit and motioned for Serenity to follow. It turned out that the path that had opened took them to the bottom of the cliff that they had to climb to get to the temple. If they had only known this passage was there before.

As they strolled back into the classroom it seemed as though a few other students were also finishing up their tasks as well. Casey walked up to the cauldron and hovered his hand over the bubbling liquid. He didn't let go of the spoon, in fact, he lowered his hand and stepped away from the cauldron. He turned towards Serenity and held out the spoon. "Would you like to do the honors."

Kera put a finger to her chin. "Well, we should try to sneak past the beast. Though, he is still a dog, right? They can not resist a big lump of fresh meat, preferably not some of ours." She responded, slightly chuckling at the end before returning to a serious expression. "Alright, let's go see if we can't get Hermes to show us the way." Kera nodded before the two set off.

After meeting with the god, getting some meat and giving it to Alice, and finding access to the underworld, the pair were met with the loud snores of a slumbering hound at the entrance. Placing a finger over her mouth toward Alice, Kera began to sneak around the side of Cerberus's domain, doing her best to make as little noise as possible. Surely the beast was more interested in the souls tempted to escape, yet she wasn't about to take any chances.

It all seemed to be going well as they now creeped to the side of the massive three headed dog, still sound asleep, until... *BOOM!* *CRASH* *RUMBLE* The walls of the underworld began to shake viciously, small eruptions of molten rock exploding in the distance, rocks falling from the upper levels. Kera's eyes watched as a hawks as the beast began to shift uncomfortably. Time almost slowed as she watched one large rock dislodge from above, and fall toward Cerberus's head. Quickly, she attempt to draw her spear, but it was too late *THUD*. Cerberus shook his head, in confusion and anger, finally opening his eyes upon Kera and Alice, fury within them. "I'm... Guessing it is not our lucky day..." Kera sighed, still staring at the beast with her weapon drawn.

Penelope's ears flattened against her head when Elizabeth said she couldn't eat the apple. Her face twisted into a pout. What else was an apple for? For some reason, Penelope had this vision in her head of the three of them picnicing in the forest and eating a pie made from the apple they found. Knowing she couldn't eat it only made her want to eat it more. Was this apple so special? If it was gold, did that mean it was made of gold? Was it shiny? Was it worth a lot of money? Even if it wasn't made from something organic, Penelope could probably stomach it. She could actually eat just about anything from glass to paper plates to plastic cups and even styrofoam but that stuff usually gave her a tummy ache after a while.

"Aww, that's sad..." Penelope's eyes glistened like a puppies and seemed to grow three sizes. The miracle of cute animal magic. She turned the gaze on both of them, wringing her hands.

"If we can't eat that apple, can we eat other apples together when we're done? I know how to bake...."

Derrek frowned when Pen Pen looked sad. He didn't like to see her sad. He wanted to see her happy. Derrek had fed off the emotions around him. If they were happy then Derrek was happy, if someone was sad then Derrek was sad and wanted to change it. He hated being sad he wanted to laugh and have fun. He walked over and patted Pen Pen on the head. "Sure, we can have some pie when we're done. Huh, how's that sound?" He said smiling at her. "I promise that we will eat some pie when we're done! I'll even give you a hand while you're baking it. But I'm gonna warn you I'm not that great of a cook so I might get in your way." He said smiling at her.

He turned his attention to Elizabeth. "What do you say, wanna join us when we're done?" He said smiling at her. "It'll be fun! Plus I heard you're a pretty good cook from Cam. He said that your pancakes were to die for." He said trying to get her to join them. He turned back to Pen Pen. "Now can you stop looking so sad. I don't like it when you look sad. It makes me sad and it makes me wanna make you happy!" He said smiling at her.

Penelope’s puppy dog eyes weren’t affecting Elizabeth, because she was keeping her composure from reacting to that. ‘I know that Penelope is being cute right now, but I shouldn’t react to that. She is probably doing that, so I would feel bad for her and let her eat the apple of discord.’ thought Elizabeth. She would not let Penelope eat a dangerous apple, for it would cause a lot of problems for them if someone knew how to use it properly.

Elizabeth then turned her head to Derrek when he mentions about baking an apple pie for later on. “I would gladly join you guys with baking an apple pie,” said Elizabeth. “However, you guys must not eat the apple of discord for your own safety.” She would not let them eat the apple of discord since the name itself is already telling them it would be a bad idea to do that.

Kyle had briefly fallen asleep standing up. He certainly had a habit of that. Blinking awake he only heard the last bit of Harmonia's words. They needed to find a beaker. Lab classroom would have that. Though, where was the lab classroom? He looked to the fellow gods to be around him and opened his mouth, only for a yawn to come out. "Where is the lab classroom?" he asked and started looking around at the signs on the doors. His eyes caught one that matched the exact words they needed. He moved towards the lab classroom and opened the door.

The smell of something akin to a hospital hit his nose. It wrinkled in disgust and he moved forward. It was white everywhere, and chromium shelves and tables. It was about as blinding to a son of Hypnos than a McDonald's suddenly in the night. He shuffled around and looked through cabinets and drawers. Until he found what he was looking for. A beaker set. That would work well enough, he grabbed three of them and moved back into the hallway. Very glad to be out of that classroom. He moved to the others and held them up. "I found some." he felt one slip out of his and and shatter on the floor. "Minus one." he yawned.

Alaric looked between the two of his partners for this mission. He had been outvoted, diplomacy was what had been chosen. What even was diplomacy, Alaric wasn't very sure but he doubted he would like it. With a simple shrug he turned towards the gymnasium to get some time in with the bag. Regardless of how things were settled with the Roman's, he was determined not to fail. Even if the mission had been given to him by Aphrodite, his current least favorite God in the world at this moment, he refused to fail. He had never failed to accomplish his objective before, no matter how ruthless he had to be to achieve the desired results. If things didn't go as his two partners had planned he'd just go back to his plan. Bullets always seemed to solve his problems, he didn't see why it had to be any different this time around.

As he threw fist after leg after fist after elbow after leg after fist into the bag he began to grow restless. How long had it been since he had seen the familiar dust clouds of the desert, the sounds of automatic weapons firing erratically with the occasional explosion going off. Those had been the sounds and sights of his home, and as outlandish as it might sound to others, he actually missed them. What else was there to be expected from the guy who only knew war. He wasn't aware that his thoughts were wrong, that his way of thinking might be damaged. To him that was just how the world worked. Somebody told him to shoot somebody so he did, it was as simple as that.

Marina gently nodded agreeing with Harmonia that anything with the word venom was not good indeed. She was going to volunteer to go and collect the vyles for the venom but stopped from raising her hand when Harmonia volunteered the boys to go get them and asked for the girls to follower her to the bathroom. Marina gently shrugged and followed both Harmonia and Nicole. Mari leaned against the wall with a smile on her face as she quietly waited for Harmonia. Start a sisterhood? Mari was quite intrigued by the idea, she would be interested in joining. Though she never went to a normal school, being homed school her whole life, she had seen and read her share of girls and boys in school, especially in high school making groups. She really liked the idea of having “sisters” as she had been an only child. Overall the idea of a sisterhood was amazing to her. “I'm in, I love that idea!” he said happily and maybe a bit too into it as she jumped up clapping her hands together.

Camron watched as Klaus had done his thing. He wet out and a got the lightning. Cam was very shocked, to say the least. But when the volcano had started to shake violently. Cam ran to Klaus. He heard over the com system that the lightning had been dropped into the lava. "We're not failing." He had said before jumping into the crack and diving down into the lava. The lightning was a different density so it sank in the magma faster. Cam delve deeper and deeper trying to keep up with the lightning. "Our first time doing anything together isn't going to be a failure.... Not if I can help it." He thought.

The suit was definitely getting tested. It was getting pushed to limits that would start the system to short out. By the time Cam had reached the lightning, the air filtration system had started to slow down, causing the air quality to deteriorate. He clicked a few buttons on his wrist and started to slowly rise. Even with buoyancy system at full rise it still took a while before it had actually got him to the top. By that time Cam was bearly holding on to his consciousness. The air quality in his suit was bad, really bad. He was breathing in more carbon monoxide the oxygen. He was hiding it pretty well, but he needed to get out.

When he finally reached the top he put the lightning in the box. "Move." Was all he said, and should have to say to get them out of there. Cam knew his suit was shutting down. The internal cooling was also shutting down, which meant it was going to start getting really hot for Cam. They needed to get out and get out now.

But just being around Derrek seemed to make the goat girl happy. It wasn't something she thought much about, only knowing that it seemed to come naturally. In any case, Penelope was smiling again and her eyes widened.
"Wow! With the three of us working together, we're gonna make the best apple pie ever, huh?"

The thought of what came afterward was enough of a motivator for her. Penelope was practically bouncing up and down. "Let's find that un-eatable apple and then go find some eatable ones, okay?"

Being sad and angry, in Derrek's mind, would only lead down a path that one couldn't return. It's what his parents had gone down. Both of them were sad about where they were in their life. Derrek smiled as he drapped one of his arms around Pen Pen's shoulder. He enjoyed being around Pen Pen. She was so happy and jovial all the time. Did she understand a lot? Not really, when they were at the beach she was in the buff. But Derrek didn't mind that. She was always happy and smiling. It was almost like it gravitated around her. "Yeah, I guess we are." He said softly.

He looked at Elizabeth and nodded. "Well If we're gonna start then, we're going to need to know where we're going for this bodacious quest!" He said. "So that brings the question, do you know where we're going?" He said.

Tera was deep into looking into where to find the apples when Ivan had a discovery. When he got closer, Tera could feel his breath as he whispered to her. Tera's face started to get slightly red. What was happening to her? What was this? He was just talking about the item they were going to be getting, but with him so close she could feel his breath. What was happening to her? She liked Lena. As soon as he was done speaking she slid her seat a couple of feet back. "Uh.. Good job" She said punching him in the arm playfully. But she could feel the amount of power she put in her punch. It was a little bit too much, even if it was meant to be playful. she wasn't trying to use that much power it just came out. She was a little nervous.

"Oh gods.... I'm sorry! I didn't mean to punch so hard." She said looking away from Ivan and looking towards the books. "Guess I don't know my own strength. hehe...." She said trying to play it off nonchalantly. "Um... so we know what we're looking for, so where are they is the question?"

Ivan didn’t really notice that Tera’s face had become red as he spoke with her. Though he was quick to notice the strength behind that playful tap of a punch as it nearly knocked him over. He was slightly bewildered by Tera’s apologizing and that’s when he noticed her face. When did things get so awkward between the two of them? Ivan certainly didn’t fool himself into thinking it was him. “ Don’t worry about it...” Ivan said as he collected himself and got within whispering distance once more. “ I didn’t find any records of where the tree is currently but my best guess is that it would be on Olympus itself. Possibly with Demeter taking over its care.”

It took Argus well over an hour to procure what he thought was enough Celestial bronze to be considered a fair trade. Argus wheeled in the 5 bars of bronze on a dolly and stopped as he approached Alaric. “ it looks like we’ll be heading to Rome proper to meet with our Roman counterparts for the trade. Apparently they have a sense of macabre humor as the meet is set up in the coliseum. I trust your ready should something go wrong?”

Samantha Whitney
The feeling of being in the territory of the gods was nothing but strange for Sam. As she walked down the path, lined with the most beautiful trees she had ever seen, a building became visible just a short ways away from her. Everything about this place seemed so alive and happy. Sam couldn't help but picture how different this place would look like if she hadn't had control over her powers.

The building grew larger as she approached. The buildings exterior wall past her as she walked through the gates. The courtyard of the building was just as breathtaking as the building itself. Marble pillars lined the walls, and spectacular windows reflected the bright sun. The front door of the building, atop a staircase, had one door open. Standing just in front of the door stood a figure, a man, with a suit that fit him well, and a thick beard. The man was very handsome.

Samantha climbed the white steps and stood, staring at the man. She cleared her throat and said, "Hello there, my name is Sam." She broke eye contact with him and looked at the arches built into the building. "Is this Godling Academy?" She looked back at the man from the corner of her eye, still facing the arched stone.
