"Well I guess to me you really seemed to always get in trouble....I guess you didn't always end up in detention." She said as they walked to their next class "but whatever this detention end up being...it will be better then having to transfigure those poor rats into usless cups..." she replied as they steped into their next class
"Agreed."
(You have an idea for there detention or are we skipping. I was also reading through past detentions and man some were dangerous....and if you refuse to do detention you could be expelled.....harsh)

Earl shrugged. "The teacher's am arse. We would have butt heads sooner or later anyway."
"Well you were crazy, but amazing that you two could stood up to him" Josh added
Earl shrugged. "Whatever." He said. "Transfiguration is a stupid school of magic anyway."
"I might not agree with some practices of Transfiguration magic it can come in handy..."Emily said.
"Yeah but not on animals." He said.
"Yes of course, they don't have any say on it and is cruel...they didn't ask to be made into objects.." she said agreeing with Earl as she finished her dinner.
He was twirling his wand arond a little bored conjuring water into shapes.
"Oh! I almost forgot.....I brought some of the instant chocolate for Emily to try" Josh said said pulling out a box from his bag. With what happened there first two weeks of school he had almost forgot he had brought this.
He looked at it. "Instant choco. You know we get amazing hot chocolate from the house elves. Basically whenever we want it."
"I know....and the elves hot chocolate is the best thing I have ever drank in my life!" Josh said "but.. Emily was curious about how most muggles had hot chocolate.." Josh added
"I guess." Earl said.
"I dont know,...." she said before coughing "...I think I prefer to drink my hot cocoa from a cup this is a bit too dry....and not as chocolaty as I expected.." Emily said having poured half of the hot chocolate pack into her mouth.
Earl snickered. "That's not how you do that."
Emily frowned looking away blushing from embarrassment. "Well how should I have known? It said instant......I figured you just draken it from the little packet...."
He pulled another one from the packet. "Here let me." He transfigured his goblet into a mug and filled with water. Then with a tap of his wand he brought the water to a boil. He took the packet it poured it in and stirred.
Josh laughed "I'm sorry Emily....why didn't you just wait...or read the instructions on the box?"
He slid the properly made Choco over to her.
Emily took the mug in her hands, leaning down she sniffed it before taking a drink. It wasn't completely vile, it was drinkable. But of course she had way better hot Coco before. There was no comparison to the one she was use to drinking back home. "Your right not the best....." she said lowering the mug "poor muggles..." she said
"It's meant to be convenient." He said with a shrug.
"Oh..." she said looking down at the Coco. " so can muggles make different hot coco?..." she asked
