(Um....a part of me just want her to say that it's her father you know. But I don't know if it woukd go along with how utterly terrified she is of her father that she would lie and say that she has no clue....that could be what makes Earl angry with her as you said earlier it's his turn....but then I'm not sure)

(I'm working on it^-^....but I think maybe go with her not saying anything?....like she is only like 12, completely terrified of her father. If he could do this to Earl imagine what he could do if she tells on him)

Emily looked over to Earl on the stretcher as the wizards leave with him and then back up at the wizard looking down at her. She wanted to tell them that she was not very sure but she really believed it was her father. But the young Slytherin was worried. What woukd happen to her father? What would happened to her if he found out she said something, would Earl be hurt more or even worse die if she did say something. She was scared, no compeley and utterly terrified to say anything. She looked up at the man and gently shook her head "I'm sorry sir I don't know who did this."

Emily told them what had happened, what Madam Pomfrey had told her that Earl had been cursed by some very strong and very dark magic. "I know Earl is in a great place right now, the wizards at St. Mungo's can help him get better....but I'm scared as well, he will be okay right?" she asked looking over at Josh and Alyssa, but mostly over towards Alyssa for reinsurance.

Alyssa said nothing. "Realistically his chances are 50-50 at St. Mungo's. They're good but they aren't miracle workers." She said.

Emily felt more horrible than before, hearing that realistically he only had a 50/50 chance. And Alyssa was never one to sugarcoat things, but how she wished Alyssa could have just reinsured her at Earl would be okay. Emily hugged herself she felt like throwing up from the worry she was feeling and at the same time the guilt. Emily blankly stared down at the table What if Earl didn't make it? this would be all her fault, her father is the one who had done this to him and she was just sitting here keeping it all to herself.
"come on Alyssa, Earl is crazy tough...I know he can pull through this he just has too" Josh commented trying to keep positive that EArl would be alright.

"See I know that Earl will make it we can't loose hope...." Josh said with confidence "Emily...he will be okay...come on ....its not like you were the one that going him like this" Josh said with a smile trying to get Emily's hopes up but just made her feel worse.

"They did argue....and my father wasn't at all happy with the interaction....then I got angry with Earl because I thought my father.... that he was going to pull me out of Hogwarts due to the argument....I....I just wouldn't think he...no he just couldn't do that" she shook her head

"Wait?!...he dosnt know about me dose he!?" Josh asked Emiky extremely worried
"I don't think so?.....im hope not...my father really dislikes mudbloods" Emily said unsure. "I'm sorry for using that word Josh..." she said before looking over to Alyssa "I'm not even sure how he found out about Earl....he only ever asked if I made friends and I only said yes and with our family staff if they asked I kept if very vague.." she replied
