In that case~

1) You got any ideas for plot yet? (After all if there is no drive then it'll die prettttty quickly as it depends on holding the interest of all members)
2) One suggestion for finding a new rooster would be to tag people who got to the interest check late and tell them a spot has opened up.
3) Have you got in mind a start date? Should probably be extended now.

1) Currently not yet, although am trying to think of some (it would be helpful to have suggestions)

Hmmmm
Well about half are school aged and a few adults, thinking of a time we'd be focused on would help to plan how the plot develops. As not Many RPs would think of RPing the whole day. Also knowing locations that may be focused in on will help.
Alternatively rather than making the plot fit everyone, since we won't have all the characters immediately having access to the same locations, we could have two starts (School group / Adult group that weave together over the course of the rp. each having a subplot before the two groups get together)

We could have some locations and have everyone leading up to a certain event two days into the start of the rp or something (I've done that before and it's worked quite well, although it was on a site with multiple pages per thread).
I was trying to research some national holidays but the only one I could find in a week was coming of age day for 20 y/o japanese people. I'm not sure if we have any 20 y/os?

I meant in a weeks time (I wanna be roleplaying by then)
So we could potentially have a celebration on the 8th for Asahi (in rp, of course) and thats our first plot development.

Hey I was wondering about something do you think maybe you should make the God character less nice? Maybe I’m wrong but isn’t that where a lot of the conflict stems from cause with “God” being nice I don’t think it fits the full weight of the curse. Cause he affects the others and he basically controls the family.

That's right.... Hmm, well I can make him be nice at first, but then after a little while he gets more and more desperate for people visiting him, and with some of the cursed making meaningful human friends and the possibility of them finding out about the curse, which was something Yukio wanted to break himself, he gets sort-of jealous and childish and whatnot. Though I can do something else if you guys don't think that's enough to use for the rp
