Sorry it's taking so long for the Tovas and Lavitz posts. I'm working my last week at my current job before I start my new one Monday. Being nice and professional and giving my current employer my two weeks notice (two weeks ago), and not suddenly disappearing without a word like my past coworkers, bit me in my ass. This week they worked me far more than I agreed to (I give a "Can work ____ hours but not any more" due to school). Not to mention putting me at positions I'm not scheduled for that day and are the ones I happen to hate the most.


Longer rant cut short, calling in my official last day at work (THEY CAN FREAKING BIT ME!!) and eager to start at Amazon on Monday. Also as a heads up, my posts might become slower after starting at Amazon. But I'll post when I can.

Amazon is a good place. I remember an article about the CEO asking employees to e-mail him directly if they're facing workplace abuse. Also, Amazon bought Twitch and changed nothing about it, so that's pretty cool in my book.
