They do exist, but most of them are entirely for the privileged. Education is completely without ties to religion, but the influence is rather obvious.

He's considerably clean and tidy! He puts back every tome and text in their correct place after reading and researching them~ It'd might be pretty one sided conversation for Franny but Altair will enjoy the time that he can use bigger words to talk to someone like Franny~
