Dear Nashi,

How have you been? Has the Holy City of Vegard and its citizens been treating you well? I'll admit my tail still wags at the happy sight of the arrival of you and those with you.

What about your plans to train together with some other people to become paladins? Are you still hoping to make that a reality? I would never wish to force it upon you, but the thought sounded extremely noble and I would appreciate it deeply.

Has Nala been doing well? I can imagine some citizens, like Miss Nana, to be doting on her a lot already. Although she deserves to be spoiled, perhaps you'd even have to be weary she's not spoiled rotten.

Also, have you heard anything from Lirek and Taji? I'd love to welcome the both of them as well, one day. Until then, I don't think I can ever truly feel like our shared adventures will have come to a closure.

As for me, I have yet again found myself travelling a lot. Into the Paizu Mountains, all the way to Clockhaven and even into the See.

Thankfully, for the last few adventures, I have found someone to share the road with. An odd knight with habits that make him see like he is a stranger to this world, yet he's somehow able to make me feel at ease.

May your life in the Holy City of Vegard be filled with peace and prosperity,
May the gods guide your steps and prevent you from falling,

Ceylan

{If you are reading this, do not translate it for Nikita. She is meant to learn the language all on her own. She doesn't need to know the contents of this messages until she can read our language well enough to read it.

Dear Nikita,

It seems you have done something I had formerly deemed impossible. You have made me tolerate, perhaps even come to sort-off 'like' the presence of a Human. You've shown me that it's not Human nature that is so thoroughly corrupted and vile, but merely their culture. After all, being raised outside of it, you have thus far turned out pleasantly well.

As a result, thanks to you joining me back in Kuridan, I have learned that your species is suitable for more than being fertiliser. Of course that excludes the foul and thoroughly corrupted Eastern Empire, which might be too far beyond redemption.

Should you have managed to learn our language well enough to read this message, you'll have earned yourself the right to learn another truth. As such, I shall admit that I have not find myself hating your attempts to be 'useful' in your own manner as much as I thought I might.

I believe it best to allow you to continue following along with us and to continue such attempts, even though it might catch a few odd glances here and there. After all, perhaps Humans are more suitable to become our 'pokémon' companions than any of us had deemed possible.

With regards,

Euthalia Apricot}

Dear Miyuki,

Seeing how the letter to Gunhild didn't really count as a letter to you, I also wanted to write you a more personal one.

It's been pretty odd. You, or well, you before the odd split-up, were one of the first people making me decide to leave the barony to go on a mission outside of it. I'm still not sure why, but I'm really glad I did.

Likewise, some people have been telling me to be a bit more careful about whom I let so close to me so quickly. Yet I never felt like I had to be weary, nor did I regret it. You're making me feel comfortable, something that's been becoming more and more rare.

Honestly, I've always been horrible at identifying feelings. Love, friendship, companionship. They tend to blur into one another so quickly. If you haven't learned it yet, my mother used to sell herself for money. A big part of the idea of 'love' was that of a profession to me for a long time. I knew my mothers love for me was different than that for her customers, of course, but I never dug into the how and why of it.

Anyhow, I'm starting to waste paper on ramblings. What I'm trying to say is more simple. I'm just saying that I like having you around a whole lot and that I'm hoping you'll stick around. Even if my position, experience and behaviour might sometimes make me more difficult to approach.

Of course, I welcome your attempts to keep finding ways to help out, yet know that simply being here is already helping me out. You and Gunhild will always be welcome here.

With love,

Regula

To the Great and Mighty Kaija, Keeper of the Pre-Approvals, Co-Guardian of the Character Profiles,
Heya! Leo Valenhart here - full-time otherworlder, part-time napper, and now, apparently, a letter writer. I know, I know, you’re probably swamped with a IH-related responsibilities, so I’ll keep this short. (Or at least, I’ll try.)
First off - thank you! Seriously. I imagine your role is like being the one person in a tavern who actually reads the terms and conditions before signing a contract. A thankless, grueling task of sifting through walls of text, ensuring everything’s in order while resisting the urge to dramatically flip a table. And yet, you do it. You brave the madness. You stare into the abyss of yet another wannabe overpowered protagonist and say, “No. You must be balanced.”
Truly, an unsung hero.
And now, against all odds, here I am - officially approved and ready to cause only minor problems. (Don’t worry, I promise not to set anything on fire...on purpose.)
Now, about my so-called “creator,” Scoobie. You probably know him. Balding guy. Shifty eyes. Smells like a bum. Yeah, that one. I know he's still in that weird limbo of being a “second-class citizen” around here, which, if we’re being honest, is a little funny. Like, imagine coming back from IH-grave only to get hit with, “We’ll let you in, but, y’know, keep an eye on this guy.” Feels like he’s one shady alleyway deal away from being escorted out.
Still, I gotta give him credit. He filled out all my paperwork, dotted all the i’s, crossed all the t’s, and somehow managed not to embarrass me too much in the process. A true miracle. Though, let’s be real - without your thumbs up and green light, I’d still be rotting in the abyss of character limbo. So again, thanks for making sure I didn’t end up some weird, meta-gaming, lore-breaking mess.
Alright, I’ll wrap this up before I start rambling about existential questions like, Am I just words on a page? Do I truly exist? (Let’s not go there.)
In conclusion: You rock. You have the patience of a saint. And if you ever need a favor - y’know, like taking care of some unruly gents or maybe just delivering another strongly worded letter - you know where to find me.
Yours in adventure and occasional recklessness,
Leo Valenhart

Dear Glacier,

Thank you so much for your help! It's been absolutely wild. The shaved ice was so much of a hit that I managed to invest in a magic ice-maker. From there, I got to test out so many more flavours. Did you know that spiceberries work really well with ice? The hot and cold combo is amazing.

It's such a shame you can't come to eat and enjoy some of these new flavours. I've also been trying out new options. Making them bigger and putting them in normal drinks works amazing to make the drinks cold and nice. Even bigger and they work on strong alcohol types as well without diluting it too much. Then even finer, you can make them into a powder that can mix well with sugar syrups!

It's amazing how many new inventions and food innovations you helped me research thanks to that initial test and the boost it got me! If you want to come hang out or know a way for me to thank you, do let me know!

Also, I do have another idea. You know how it's colder downstairs in basements? I read somewhere that they sometimes dig really deep basements and fill them with ice during winter. Then in summer, they can store fruits, meats and vegetables in there that stay fresh due to to the cold. It's an amazing system, isn't it? We'd be able to stock the kitchen so much better! Imagine fresh foods in winter, rather than just preserves?

If you're ever in the area, I'd love if you could come freeze up the basement. It doesn't really freeze well enough here to do so in winter, but if you could use magic for it... If this works as I think it will, it'd be a whole other revolution on its own. Perhaps we can even use magic runes or materials to limit it to a single closet, rather than a basement. Can you imagine it? A closet that keeps your food cold during a hot summer day!

I'm sorry, I was rambling even on paper. Thank you so much for your aid thus far and hoping to see you again soon!

Dear Koralia,

How has your Zweihänder been holding up? I take it it's been doing well? Despite it being a rather unique weapon and despite my work as a blacksmith being secondary to my work as a baroness, I'd like to believe that I at least managed to deliver good quality on it.

If you're ever around the area, do come visit. You made a great impression on Gunhild and your company was enjoyable. That said, I believe I'd have to disappoint you if you were looking for a rematch. As thrilling as it was to duel you for the right to pet or be pet, it might set bad precedent if I did such a thing more than once.

Besides, as amazing as it was to handle it, thick, muscular and rough as it was, I do believe that after having thoroughly felt it once, it no longer weighs up against betting my own wings against it. We'd probably have to come to an entirely new deal of sorts, especially as I feel like you'd have done your own training whilst I have been mainly working my duties as a baroness these days. I'd have to stop relying on my enchantments and find some time to train all over again.

Either way, do drop by. I'm sure there'd also be work for you here, should you need it. Bandits, monsters or monsters working as bandits, bad entities are always threatening the outskirts of my territory. Or, if you'd be interest, I do have guards that could use some more training.

With regards,

Regula

Dear Stormbreaker,

It occurred to me that I haven't worked for someone with such a unique name before. Then again, I haven't done a whole lot of blacksmithing work altogether lately. Being a baroness does take up a lot of time these days.

That said, the Claymore and Dragon Armour were highly intriguing to work on and I'm glad I found some time to do it. I hope you're content with the results? They should last a long time now.

Truthfully, it was a shame that neither of us had much time to stick around. I'd have loved to hear some tales, as you seem a pleasant and interesting person to be around. Should you ever be in the area, you're more than welcome to come visit me. It'd be nice to have some more time to talk, perhaps whilst I upgrade your gear, or perhaps during a pleasant cup of tea.

Should you ever need work, I'm sure I could help you as well. The barony always needs more warriors. Be it to weed out bandits, criminals or monsters or to train the guards.

On another note, I do remember your promise. I do hope you intend to keep it, should we meet again.

Greetings,

Baroness Caelia

Dear Yume,

If I make you another wand, I can't help but wonder if you'll break it again. It seems you've outgrown such a thing. However, I can't help but wonder if you'll break it again. Perhaps when we have a chance, we might chat a bit. However, I'm sure you're busy. And I'm much too busy to wait around for Ms. Granstone to recover. Give her my thanks for me, won't you? Her healing was quite invaluable.

I've little clue of where we'll meet again. All I can tell you is that I seek the knowledge for reasons one as nosey as you understand. For Immortality and much more. Though perhaps one day, I will come to find you for reasons. Perhaps to help. Perhaps you will help me. Or maybe I'll fix your wand over tea at this rate. I question why I do the things I do at this moment so I can hardly predict how, when and if it will happen.

With your growing strength, it'd likely be better to stay away for the moment. That accursed brain drain of yours threatens to disrupt my astute memory. My data. My essence. It will likely be best for me to accrue some manner of defense against it -- lest I actually forget about you again.

Is there even a point to tell you to stay safe? I have seen and known many powerful people. But more is one of will and ambition to live. I can't say I've seen anything like it. I've yet to die and I yet I wonder if I'd have the same level of tenacity you did. Since you insist on sending yourself headfirst into danger, I only ask that you be careful.

With that, I bid you farewell. If you do achieve immortality, perhaps we'll meet again. Be it in ten years or a thousand.

Sincerely, Martin

Dear Cassidy,

Or should I say Jebidiah. I had thought something seemed off about you. And now I know. Consider my curiosity satiated.

I think you will find I am quite open minded when it comes to my allies. Honestly, Jeb, I think you are likely a more conventionally upstanding individual than I am. Even if you were a part of such a scheme, I must say that I might not have cared. I am, however, glad that you aren't of the mindless sort. Those who simply destroy for it's own sake -- who are driven by naught but base impulse and instinct. Such lowly and shallow beings hardly interest me.

But it seems you are an exception to such a rule. Hence, your secret is likely to be safe with me. I cannot promise such a thing under threat of interrogation. Though I'll do my best. After all, I'd rather not give up one who could be both a formidable ally and a potential customer. You should get those guns of yours looked at. While I can't say your weapons were truly shabby, you should have me take a look at those guns of yours. I could bring them up to speed for a fair price. Perhaps we will meet again. And you can tell me of your origins. I do enjoy hearing such stories of such otherworlders. It isn't every day I find myself in such a multiversal nexus as this place.

Stay safe my friend. I would be weary from now on and work on those disguise skills of yours. Particularly, I would stay weary of Ms. Granstone. Burn this letter when it reaches you. By the time you read this, I can assure you that I have burned yours.

Sincerely, Martin

Dear baron Novalume,

Fate has it that you are the second Moon-blessed vampire of who's existence I learned. Sadly enough, I never ended up meeting the first. Yet I do have a desire to meet up with one.

The reason? I shall risk sounding shady in a letter to a baron. It's honestly rather exiting~

That said, it is rather personal. Let's say that I delight in the idea that a vampiric nature doesn't need to doom one to a [monster] nature as well. Let's also say that I have personal stakes in learning how such a nature can be brought out in full. Meeting you might aid me in that mission.

Needlessly to say, I do not ask for aid without offering anything in return. I am powerful. Enough so to confidently say that there are few on this continent that would stand against me in a duel. Like-wise, there are few places I couldn't stealth or charm my way into.

Not convinced? Write me a reply. Give me the name of a criminal or monster that's been bothering you or your territory. My hatred for them runs deep enough not to question much further. Trust me, without failure, they will be dead before long.

Just know that my visit will come soon after their death as well, so the moment you learn of their sudden passing, you'd best keep the drinks cold and the answers ready.

With love~

A future friend.

Hey love,

I figured it'd be fun to introduce you to a rather weird 'organic being' ritual. Love letters!

You see, when one organic being loves another organic being, they tend to write their feelings into a letter and sent it to the one they love. Isn't that fun? Truth be told, they normally only write one. I'm writing multiple. I guess I've got more love than most, so please don't judge me.

That said, I'll admit I still love the fact that I stumbled upon you back in the Underbelly. To think someone so fun and lovely to have around was just stuck in a place like that? It's wild. I'm also grateful that you've been helping me stay on track during missions. I'll admit I can get a bit distracted.

Also, people really don't know how to use the liberty you give them in deciding your algorithms well. So here's a few things I suggest! Think of them as fun mission to try execute.

1) Try poke me will your tail. If you succeed in catching me off-guard, you win. If I catch you trying it before that, you loose and I'll come up with some fun commands to give you~
2) Show off all your lovely features to Iberis and Katja. It'd be horrible for those two to undervalue you. It'd be criminal! At least Scylla seems to get it, possibly why she's the first love for me!
3) I've heard of an old book once. 'Kama Sutra' it was called. I'd like to read it with you and the others. If you can find it or have it in your memory banks, you should totally let me know.

Finally, don't forget to let me know if you need my aid. We're going to make the Coven an amazing thing and I want to make sure you feel welcomed and supported by it in turn!

With love,

Kalina

Your royal Highness, Iberis Odhir, Queen of Oll's End.

It is with great joy that I, your humble subject, write you this message. Under your guidance, the realm has become a peaceful and prosperous place. A place that 'fits' the 'misfits' and that 'wants' the 'unwanted'. A place where knowledge blooms, research is fostered and the magical thrives. A place where people can feel at ease, have fun and relax.

Yet also a place of great magic that can put the Duchy to shame, forces that can wipe out both Empires. Creatures under our command that could conquer a nation like it was naught more than a hobby! With your loyal allies in the Coven, you have succeeded and beaten all trials that awaited you. You have gone through much, learned much, became wiser than most and more powerful at it.

Now, you may enjoy the fruits of your labours. Safety, friends, servants, entertainment. It lies all within the palm of your hands. Perhaps you may seek to raise a family? Perhaps you may seek out even more adventure. With what you obtained, it is all in the palm of you hands!

….

Can you imagine it? Ha! I wanted to imagine what it'd be like if all our plans succeed. That'd be a lot of fun, no? I really think you'd make for a good Queen. Besides, making you a queen would mean that I could take the occasional sip or Royal Blood! That'd be great, no?

Perhaps... I could even say I charmed my way into a Queen's bed one day! Imagine that! Ah, don't worry though. I won't push for things. I know me and Scylla can get... You know, a bit 'much' sometimes. I feel like ever since I learned I didn't have to be alone and got comfortable around all of you, I might want to go a bit too far sometimes, yet, you know, being close to someone is amazing.

Anyhow, I won't ramble much more onto the paper. I'm running out of ink. Whether or not you'll become queen or not, you'll always be the cuddliest and most adorable witch in my book! Let's see how well I can help you out to fulfil that fantasy of mine!

With love,

Hey,

How's it been? Sorry about some of your folk dying there. In Widersia. It's... It's really blood weird. Folk dying due to a mission I wanted to be on. I really owe them and feel immense gratitude, yet I also feel so horrible.

I still recall. In the Underbelly. That random woman, just jumping in front of me. Sticker. Took the hit. Died on the spot. Just to save me. Probably due to thinking I was a child at that. That stuff haunts me. Now I got your men to haunt my dreams as well. Do you think I fucked up?

Like. I won't ask. Kane. Or anyone. Just you. They were you allies, after all. It's not something I like to admit, but it makes me want to hurl my stomach out.

Tell you what. I went to see the Spirit King. Big dude in charge of the See. Guess what? He told me to go to the first continent to meet some 'Overseer' to ask about titles.

THE FIRST CONTINENT.

I'm already feeling sick due to thinking of how many died for my sake thus far. Now I'd have to go there alone and die instantly or ask others to join me and have them die for my selfish wish to understand this world me. It's time to give up, right? It'd be insane if I would try to get people to join me to a place like that.

Anyhow, I know it won't make up for it, but I owe you. If you need some investigation or something, you'll know where to find me.

Again, sorry,

Victorique

Teti,

Keep this letters to your eyes only. Should someone else learn of the contents of this, your punishment will be severe.

With that said, I must admit to the weirdest thing. When you offered to be my 'eternal companion' just like that, I think I really liked that. Would our positions have been different, I might've even considered it romantic.

Now, mind you, I am fully intending to make you a very special slave with duties that'll be very joyful to fulfil. As I don't think either of us are destined to be prudes, I'll likely invite you over to have some more fun with other 'friends' involved from time to time as well.

That said, I want you to know you are more than that. I feel like there is potential in you beyond just such things. That's not to say I don't want to flourish you as a maid or as a mate, but I do want to know that I consider you more than just those things.

With some luck, we'll have a more casual time soon enough. You can tell me a bit more about your likes and dislikes. So far you've been doing well enough to earn some more 'casual' interactions and I believe I might even enjoy those.

Saoirse

P.S. Now that you've standing near enough for me to stare up and at them more than once, whether I wanted to have a view of them or not, I think the red ones suit you best, even if they clash with the rest of the maid's outfit.

Fenrir,

It seems that you have already shown your worth to me multiple times over. Perhaps the gods favour me with such a useful slave. That said, I do wonder. Only the Cow is larger than you, but I highly doubt she'd ever provide a satisfying answer. When it comes to being more than 'all talk' and using a silver tongue for more than words, would it be true that size matters? A curious question, but one that I admit has most definitely arisen.

Other than that question, I did wish to genuinely write to you a word of thanks. Good behaviour should be rewarded, after all. I am hoping to plan something a lot more casual in the near future. In the more distant future, once the Estate fully belongs to me, I believe there would be far more worthy jobs for you.

Tell me, which tasks would you find most satisfying? I've learned the tasks of a butler can be broad, from managing other household staff to planning formal dinners and from ensuring a good wine selection to arranging travel and maintaining security and privacy. Needlessly to say, I'll be hiring more staff to take care of all such tasks when the time comes, but I will allow you to choose some favoured tasks ahead of time. Think of it as a reward for a job well done.

Saoirse

P.S. Have you ever heard of an item that exists of ball-shaped forms on a chain that grow larger in size the closer it reaches the end? I believe I'd like to discreetly get my hands on such an item for future research purposes.

Diego,

Keep this letters to your eyes only. Should someone else learn of the contents of this, your punishment will be severe.

Although it struck me as odd that the paperwork was your primary concern in signing up again, I must admit I like the attitude. I'll try not to bore you too much with this letter as a result. Consider it a reward. That said, there are a few things I want to write down, so that you may consider them.

First of all, if I am correct in that you were a sort of monster-slayer in your original word, would I be correct in that you desire to become one once more? If such, I might allow you to join mission defending the Kingdom to our North, Rotia, from its monster invasions. I believe you to soon be strong enough to do so without dying and loyal enough to return to me afterwards.

Second, you seem the most ideal to help with Melia's training. My only regret with having so many new additions to the group is that I can no longer focus on aiding each of you as much as I would want. As such, I am considering having her take some of your trainings. Would you be interested in teaching her? You are allowed to deny this request if you deem it unsuitable for others due to your unique circumstances.

Saoirse

P.S. You seem to have some knowledge on torture methods. Would any of those help me reign the Cow back in? Perhaps I might need them in the near future, as a weird feeling in my stomach tells me she'll be around and I'd rather not give up on making use of her potential, deeply buried underneath her behaviour as it might be.

Greetings Darin,

Do you remember the long time we spent chasing down some monster in the Gloomhold Swamp? There were moments where I thought our mission would never come to an end. We'd run into new types of dangers and monstrosities around each corner, whilst the horrifying stench of it all soaked into our nostrils and clothes. Yet it ended.

Risking life and limb, we managed to free the Fungal Guardian and rid the Gloomhold Swamp of its curse. Which was it. Things just... ended. I don't think I ever heard from the others again. Paru and Boreas seem to have gone without a trace, as I couldn't even figure out an address to write them. Yours already needs the adventurer's guild to go find it, it seems, so I wonder if this letter will even reach you.

Sadly, one of my latest adventures has left me in a most unfortunate state. Unlike the last time, it ended worse than it started. It makes me wonder. Is there such a thing as justice? Do you ever feel cheated when our long and arduous mission in those swamps went mostly unacknowledged? Would it be fair to hate the world if an even more dangerous, arduous, painful mission that made you loose it all and would turn you into a hated monsters instead of rewarding you as a hero? If a lethal mission would resurrect you, for you to continue in undead state, stuck between life and death, only to be cast out the moment it was over? Would it be fair to hate the world and all those in it, especially those who betrayed your loyalty so cruelly, especially if they did the same to the one you've come to love more than anything?

I wonder. Are those monstrous thoughts? Is that simple reason? Is it logical? My apologies for this sudden message, filled with many contemplations. I find myself having few I could consider a friend and learned that one of those has passed away in the same events that left me in this state. Truly, is justice but a dream more fleeting than the Ethereal?

Should you desire to answer me, you can address this to the Ethereal Luminary. They'll figure out how to get it to me without putting the deliverer at risk.

Respectful regards,

Deliverance

Dear Lady Caelia,

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write back, Gunhild is very happy that you enjoyed the pictures. As for your questions, I don't think it's possible to make her change whatever she nicknames someone, you're stuck with that for life. It could be worse, she's not wrong about the Prettybirdie name. Though, as a previously licensed nurse for some years, I'd have to recommend against eating crayons since the health issues and nutritional value aren't worth it. That being said, I believe she liked the red ones because... they tasted purple, I haven't figured that one out either. She was fine with any though, except the black, orange and yellow ones. I just don't believe she wanted to eat them, but when I tried to ask what crayons taste like, I didn't really get good answers outside of completely different colors, or a type of juice or something, though maybe we can discuss crayon flavours another time. As for bread, her favourite bread is Tiger if you have that. Not sure if I've seen any Tiger loafs or rolls around, but it's gotta exist here I'd imagine.

I'm glad that you can feel comfortable and open around me, I'd say I feel the same about you. Usually I don't stay around people long, or feel like I can be myself entirely, and even though sometimes your position feels a little bit too out of my league to talk to it's very nice to spend time with you.

I'm sorry to hear about that, I feel like I'd understand a bit about that too. While I don't like remembering it, back on Earth... or at least, my one, species like you or me that weren't visibly definitively a human or animal were considered subservient and evil or animals. My earliest days were trapped on a Kitsune farm, where they'd keep captured kitsune to drug them up and boost their natural aphrodisiac quality - scent, fluid, magical via sight or noise, and they'd farm kits. They could sell the livestock for whatever reasons, sell them as parts for medicines or their tails and furs for clothes, it was the worst place. After a long time of different places with Gunhild, I did get to go back and shut down any existence of that ever happening on that Earth. Though, I couldn't stand the thought places like that can exist, I feel dread imagining it probably exists in this world. Oh and I promise don't worry, I'd never use any kind of pheromone or love-inducing thing like that, I promise, I've been curbing those powers since forever! I've never used them in my life and I don't want to.

But I'm rambling and just like you, am wasting your paper, and on exposition. My apologies, I tend to get open and talkative with you compared to anyone else. It's weird but nice, you're really sweet and kind to me especially with a lot of the rude places and people I've met, so I really hope we can find some time to spend a little more time together, it'd be great. Relationships of any kind don't make much sense to me either, I've only had what I have with Gunhild and... well, I'm not sure if we're like besties, or siblings, or mother-daughter or vice-versa, or lovers or what exactly. It's a very weird story but I kinda just accept it as a little bit of all of them. I'd like to imagine we're good friends and we've spent time in eachother's company so that gives us companionship, and we love eachother's company, soo...

This is a bigger waste of paper than it should be, time flies when you're writing to someone you like a lot. Maybe when you're next free, we can get together and better understand how far our relationship is, one letter does not fit how much I have to yap about, though that might be suffering for you. Hopefully you don't mind.
Lets get together sometime soon, Lady Prettybirdie~!

Love from Miyuki

Dear Cahron,

I just received your letter. It was good timing as well, as I was getting ready for a lengthy trip to the Fae See to try and find some information about 'The Madman'.

I'm not particularly great with letters either... Though it's less from struggling with word choice, and more just expressing my emotions. Still, the return to solitude has left me feeling... a little empty inside. While I know you've only been gone 10 days so far it feels like it's been longer than that, and suddenly the solitude I'd grown used to prior to meeting you is accompanied with deafening silence.

The sounds of machining parts has kept me preoccupied so far... but I'd come running to Cass Landing in a heartbeat to listen to your melodies if only I could afford the time to spare. I know that I might be wasting my time pursuing leads that may not even exist, but I'd like to stay one step ahead to keep myself safe...

...To keep you safe as well.

I love you too Cahron. When you've finished your concert in Cass Landing and come back to find I'm not home yet, I'll be attending a harvest festival at a place called 'Cliffrose Glade'. I can vaguely recall in one of Lilan's memories how 'Ein' was born and raised in Cliffrose Glade, so I'm hoping one of the residents might know of any leads. If not, I can always try to chat with some travelers passing through for some info: They tend to be well versed with tales, so I might find something to work off of.

Hope to see you soon, xoxo

You may come off as curt and serious most of the time but there are times when you say randomly witty things out of nowhere that makes me question if I woke up in the right reality. Either way, when I first found this community, I was quite intimidated because every seemed so strange to me. I was really struggling with my anxiety and other problems at the time that made me not want to interact in chat or post my the one and only Ophánia or ping anyone to see if there was anything that was open for her, and whether you were just trying to get a new member to start posting or if you could somehow tell from the otherside of the screen via telepathy or whatever; you really did help me A LOT by running that first RP.

If you hadn't done that, your presumptions would've probably proved true and I would've flaked off from Isekai Hell and would have never been able to be part of such a lovely little place. This community has truly helped me with my self-image and confidence, and none of it would have happened if not for you. For that, I am eternally greatful.

(P.S. Make Michael x Jareth real you coward. Do it. You know, within your heart of hearts, 'tis destiny.)

How am I supposed to express my gratitude to you for creating such staple resources of organisation for the community? How am I supposed to tell you how much I love your writing and wish that I could read more of it everyday? I shall do it in the one way I know how, in the form of poetry. Ahem. Ahem:

Sometimes I struggle, I struggle a lot
I can't do things, I'm without a reference
and without a reference, how can I know?
What to do? What to be? How and when;
Really, I can't do it. Such simple things.

The things I do, aren't something new.
They're never new. Reminiscences of you,

and it's because I love what you do.

I could've said it simply, but I thought that maybe you would like it more if I said it like this. I aspire to make my stuff look as consistent and clean as how you do it. You take into account things which I tend to overlook. When I read your narrations, you always put a lot of effort into describing the details of the environment, which is something I love to no end. At times, it forced to look things up and learn the names of things I knew how to describe but never actually had the words to name. Please continue writing, whatever you write always turns out profound.

Did you know that I put a lot of effort into creating a lot of/finding assets for my RP because of you? I don't really mean it in a bad way, in spite of how much extra work it gives me, because I truly enjoy it and it pushes me to get better at staying focused and planning a better schedule. I'm honestly incredibly envious of you and how you can stay so on schedule, how you can churn out post in a matter of minutes at times and how you can somehow manage to pull of playing LIKE FIFTEEN CHARACTERS WHAT THE FUCK?! You're amazing, you're awesome, you are what I and every other Isekai Heller should aspire to be.

I'm inspired to be less tardy with posts, although I am aware I am consistently failing at that aspiration. It's sad, because although I love writing and I love this community, thinking about things and writing words upon words gives me a major headache at times. I especially love being in your RPs because of how consistently paced and quick they feel—even if I am sometimes overly stressed by meeting the deadline.

First of all, thank you for your Michael x Jareth fanart, incredibly appreciated. I will do my own fanart eventually since I am god and no one can stop me. Anywho, I think its amazing that you can balance being a mother and still write and moderate for IH. I am constantly watching my favourite creators from the yore times of Youtube who are now married and have children and still somehow consistently post to this day and I am in awe, I feel like it must be such a draining thing. I am myself envious as I am nearing 30 and still a sad and lonely maiden wasting her fading youth on the internet; but I know that if I were a married woman I'd probably no longer be able to keep up with IH.

I saw your RPs and your character sheets are SO aesthetically pleasing even if they are kinda buggy and I love them SO MUCH. Now that Ophenia is dead I am passing the legacy to you and Aedrianna as the new non-premier idols of Isekai Hell. (I claim copyright on being an Isekai Hell Idol, 50% of your profits in points go to me, soz I don't make the rules♡) Shine on and cover the world in fans for your cause~♡

Fellow girlypop, fellow lolita, fellow fujoshi—fellow a few other things as well, honestly I'm glad that you have blessed this boring unfashionable server with your presence. It's nice to have someone who similar to me and understands the difference between when I say bl and BL. I've seen a pint of your RPs and I am so inspired because of how aesthetic they look! Keep up the good work~♡

How dare you leave me to die in this community filled with (mostly) people who think jeans and a graphic-tee is fashion. How I am supposed to share and lament the art of writing fairytales with another person other than you? These people don't understand me and my obsessions. Anyway, this letter is of appreciation for you, because you do a lot of things that I utterly admire, from your writing, your art and other stuff I don't really wanna mention (cough cough, rats, cough). Your writing is beautiful and your art is beautiful and everything you do is beautiful—like how can someone do everything so gracefully and beautifully??? I'm so envious. ♡

Dearest megugu, next year, don't complain about getting anything because I don't need to write people letters to express my love to them. ♡ I honestly really love all your characters, like mine, they're really over the top and I really love how you take a single concept and turn them into such vibrant characters. I also love your style of writing, the way you right really pulls people and immerses them into the perspective of the character—I actually feel like I am Gunhild when reading Gunhild posts. (As in all the braincells in my head simultaneously shut down.) Please continue to be part of this community, continue writing, continue playing games with me, continue talking because I am extremely happy to have the honour to be your friend. You're a delight.♡

Good day fellow fellow, I am quite happy that you have graced this server with dinosaurs and kaijus and good art (both your own and the one's of other artists, I still love that gorilla priest man from that one rp with the weird blobs). I especially love Desmond. His everything to me. Fluffy, feathery, cute and derpy and can probably bite my face off but hopefully wouldn't because his nice(?) I wanna have one of my characters in RP with him and hopefully never in my own RP because I rue the day I have to sprite anything non-human shaped again.♡
DarkKitsune DarkKitsune
I'm sorry but everytime I talked to you I thought of you as some super young teenager person but honestly I'm just old so anyone younger than me makes me feel like an asian auntie who went through menopause and I have to play the part. I like talking to other artists because I feel like we tend to have a similar wavelength which is always really nice. I appreciate your presence in this server because honestly you're really good to talk to, not to mention your art~ I really love the designs of your characters, they're very unique and my favourite pieces you did were the ones where you had your characters holding flowers that correlated to them somehow. I love flowers and I love you too.♡

A good old fairy tale-like romance is dead, for me at least, but that is not the only kind of love that exists in this tepid world. You can find love in singing songs while skipping down the streets on your way home with your friends. In the apples, which although you can eat perfectly fine as is, someone chooses to peel and cut into bite sizes for you. In the day to day monotony of asking: "How are you today?"; "Did you sleep well last night?"; "Have you eaten yet?" or saying: "Good morning"; "See you again tomorrow!" whilst waving your hand rapidly to that person you talk to everyday on the other side of the road. I feel really sad every time I have to go home alone without my friends after a meetup, so I feel especially lucky every time I boot up my computer and open discord to see what everyone else is up to some days and who knows whens and once upon a times.

The thing I'm most scared of is being alone, that's why I idealise the idea of being stuck by someone's side forever, because then I feel like I could take over the world, destroy it and then rebuild it to what everyone will find ideal. My favourite time of day is the early morning, when the sun peaks out from the horizon and the clouds look like cotton candy and the sky is dyed with gradients of pale yellow and blues. When I was younger, it was the same time I would get to see all my friends again at school. Having a reason like that to wake up in the morning made it easier to smile and to laugh in the face of all the things that made me worry. Today, I have much more reasons to wake up with a smile.

The people who I mentioned in the spoiler above were the few I had specific things to say to, but that doesn't mean the folks I didn't mention aren't part of the reason why I can assure to my past self that I'm happier now. "Love" is a word that has too sublime of a meaning to me, notwithstanding, I would still use the expression "I love you all a lot," to convey my feelings. Yet even then, it doesn't really feel right, since it's a feeling much less intense and more fuzzy, fluffy and warm. It's the kind of feeling I would have sitting in a glade with a cup of tea on a sunny day, on a red gingham picnic blanket; the light scent of nameless flowers on the breeze as it grazes through the field and makes all the grass sway violently. The kind of feeling that makes it hard to frown. It hurts to say, but I'm happy my dreams never came true. If they did, I probably would never have met any of you.

If I was chosen to repaint the sky, all of you can replace the stars. Then, everytime the night falls, I would find myself unable to do anything but laugh, smile and be happy.

영원히, 내 마음의 가장 깊은 곳에서, 사랑으로,
あや♡

Honourable Hero of our Nation,

Once more, I thank you for your aid. It seems your actions have contribute greatly into fighting off the bug nation at our borders and helped us bring peace and calm back to our nation once more.

Whilst I might've honestly had some reservations about a 'Human' being made a Hero of our Nation, it seems my judgement was clouded. It is clear that, for some reason or other, you are a Fae at heart. Forgive me for having doubted such things.

If you would be as gracious as to forgive me my former doubts and reservations, I would be honoured to aid you during any future visits to our nation that you might decide to go on. My diplomatic endeavours are slowly bearing fruit, so I assure you that I, along with my companions, can be of use to you.

May the Spirit King guide your path,

Honourable Champion of Holy Water,

Thank you for your aid to our nation. It seems you have been crucial in aiding our efforts to bring down the bug nation and helped secure peace and prosperity anew.

It has come to be my understanding that Beasts and Fae are more suitable to live alongside one another than most of my kind would believe. You, as a Champion of our Nation, are a clear example of that, of which I once again thank you.

Whilst I do not know the specifics of your deeds, your given title suggests you are someone able to adopt. To find room where others might think there is none. To go with the flow, yet also able to hit like a tidal wave. To bring life where there was none, yet to down those that would take it. May you carry your title with the pride it has earned you.

Should you find yourself within our nation, it would be my honour to aid you to the best of my abilities. My diplomatic endeavours are slowly bearing fruit, so I assure you that I, along with my companions, can be of use to you.

Honourable Champion of Holy Light

Thank you for your recent efforts in the battle against the bug and your heroic aid to our nation. It seems that you are among the few Humans worth being considered Fae, if not outright top among our kind in general.

Whilst I admit it is still odd to me to address a Human with respect, you have shown worthy of it. Should you ever grace me with a visit, I would love to learn what makes you stand so far above all others of your species.

Despite not knowing your deeds in detail, your title suggests you were capable of illuminating those in the dark. As a Sylvari, light is my food and life source, just as much as it is a semblance of hope and better days. Someone able to brighten the lives of those in need and to blind those that would seek to bring harm. May you carry the title with the pride it earned you.

Furthermore, should you find yourself within our nation, it would be my honour to aid you to the best of my abilities. My diplomatic endeavours are slowly bearing fruit, so I assure you that I, along with my companions, can be of use to you.

Honourable Champion of Holy Fire,

It has reached my ears that it was not just your deeds during the attack on the bug hive with which you aided our nation, but that you were active in aiding it even before that. As such, I cannot being it thank you for the aid you've given our nation.

Your title, as a champion of Holy Fire, suggest you are fierce, strong, passionate. Yet capable of giving warmth and bringing light when needed. That it may burn through enemies whilst warming allies. May you carry your title with the pride it earned you.

It also seems as if you garnered the aid of other Beasts and even Humans for your cause. So long as your cause included aiding our nation, I would be willing to aid you in turn. As my diplomatic powers in our nation grow, I believe I might soon become an ally worthy of your title.

Until then, should you find yourself within our nation, it would be my honour to aid you to the best of my abilities. I, along with my companions, can be of use to you.

Dear Ophenia,

It has recently come to my ears that there are many weird rumours floating around that you have passed away. It's rather odd, as I am most certain they cannot be true.

After all, you are too beloved and popular to be taken so suddenly. Perhaps this is an attempt to blackmail you? Or to have your popularity wane? As your manager, I shall attempt to get to the bottom of this and hold the ones responsible accountable.

In the meantime, I would highly appreciate it if you could sent me a word of your well being. Just to take away that voice in the back of my head that says there might be truth to these baseless rumours.

Furthermore, now that my influence as a diplomat are growing in our nation, as well as in the ones surrounding it, I believe I can arrange for the grandest concerts for you and the biggest stages. Your songs will be able to reach audience like never before!

Whilst I may not seem to have appreciated you, nothing could be further from the truth. Meeting you for a sleepover along with Calliope was some of the most fun I had in my life. It made me recall a childhood I never had.

Besides, there are still things we need to wrap up! When are we going to take care of Remun? I still have their journal with me! When will we fix that odd realm? I'll be sure to make time in my schedule.

Oh, I met a pretty adorable pet Human. Nikita. I'm sure she's never had a sleep-over either. When shall I bring her to your home, so that we can have a lot of fun again?

Just let me know what's going on and why some people seem to think you're dead. It's honestly getting a bit worrying.

Your manager,

Euthalia
