The only way I see it working is if a romantic relationship has already been somewhat established and it’s used in a more joking way before turning on Jazz music.

Otherwise it just sounds like the guy has no clue that she’s a jazz singer, or really nervous.

Mm yeah, Kamen Rider Zero One ended way before its planned runtime because of Covid, and they had to roll out the new Kamen Rider early.
