Watch Shokugeki and come back to me, kiddo.

I don't work out. I should, but nah.

I watched the anime, I read the manga, I stand by my statements.

Working out isn't a necessity but exercise is important. I do it to offset what sitting in a desk a few hours straight does to me XD

Then you are a fool. Anyone from shokugeki > shirou.

Ah. I want to start working out to strengthen my legs again after pretty much having them turn to sticks due to me breaking them. Well mostly ligament and all that has gotten pretty weak

Just because you're right, doesn't mean you're correct. Thank you for sticking with this argument long enough for this joke. *bows*

Well I broke my leg once too, yeah... not fun, running a few miles gets them back into shape nicely =)

Always willing to help for a joke.

I broke both my legs at the same time. Tibia and fibula in both. Kinda hard for me to even jog

Alright, so I'm assuming low impact then. Dead-lifts, hamstring curls, and squats are what I'd recommend. Climbing stairs is always good, though you might have to slow it down if it gets too bad. Make sure you get an OK from the doc though; it's way too easy to aggravate a recovering injury. :csmile:

Yeah, pretty much did all those during physical therapy but that ended a bit ago and we do not have a gym in the town I live in so it is hard to exercise and stuff. Climbing stairs is easy peasy stuff. EZ. Doc said to buy an elliptical but those are kinda expensive
