Depends on how it works. As seen with Saber, her's increases 1 rank. But, using a canon example of hercules, he has A+, well the + means he can temporarily gain a boost of power. So if you had something that gave you B+, you can go 3x the power of B rank, but only for a short time. If you increase it by one rank, then you'd go from B to A.

It's really dependent on the skill and what, exactly, it does. If Assassin doesn't have any buff skills it's not that big of a concern.

As long as you aren't changing too much, I doubt Bandit would mind. Better safe then sorry tho I guess.

My cs isn't exactly specific with regards to the magic Caster utilizes so I'm running with what sounds reasonable in regards how a pictured him.
