The Watcher stands his ground, glowing an odd red color. He was ready for anything Akira threw at him.

The Watcher smiles, taking every blow without sustaining a single wound and only sliding back a few inches when he got kicked in the gut. "If that's all you've got then you'd better give up now." He says, returning to his defensive stance.

Serenity fell off of the bench, collapsing on the ground. She tried to collect herself, lifting her hand up to feel where he had pierced her on her neck. Serenity gulped, looking up at Cerin with an unknown look in her eyes. She didn't expect that reaction from him, but it's not like thinking about it would change the fact that he took blood from her.

Cerin only stared at her as his eyes reversed the process; draining back to their regular crimson color. He didn't say anything, even after it was finished, but sighed and averted his gaze to the wall. A thick red mark began to form on his left cheek, trailing around his neck, then torso, and stopped at his ankle (obviously unseen.) and he winced when it stopped. "Shit.."


Cerin glanced back at her in silence, before turning on his heels and leaving the room, stretching his arms across his head as he did. There was no point in trying to apologize to her, he wanted to bite her, so it would be a lie to say he felt sorry about it.

Mahiro placed his hand on Vex's head and forcefully moved him to the side, stepping forward and standing up straight, gasping for air, "I-i'm fine." He tried to teleport. But he couldn't. "Damn it work."

Vex growled lightly,"Mahiro! Don't worry about it! I can fix this!" He tried to push Mahiro back onto the bed, but to no avail, he was exceedingly weak in this form and ended up walking in place as he continued to try. "Y-You just worry about getting better!"

...♅Suddenly, cuts appeared on the Watcher's body. Akira's black fire began erupting from the ground. The fire was different, it moved and looked more like lava than fire♅...

Cerin only stared at her as his eyes reversed the process; draining back to their regular crimson color. Serenity placed a hand on the piano bench using it as support to recollect herself from off of the ground. She was confused as to the sudden disappearance of Cerin, but it was sort of understandable. He was hungry, and she was the only source of blood that was around him. Nonetheless, she didn't feel completely mad about it, but she didn't know why. She had every right to be. Serenity's hand was still placed on her neck. She contemplated following him and leaned against the piano to balance herself.

The Watcher stumbles backwards. "WOOOH! Now that's a rush!" He exclaims, laughing like a madman. "I already know exactly how this works, and as such!" He says as the black fire gets absorbed into his being, funneled into his left arm. "Since it becomes more powerful as it feeds off of my power, and I can absorb it, I can become continuously more powerful!"

Haiiro smiles, remembering her dream. She hold out her hand to Adam. "Take my hand, we have to leave." She says, seeming a bit nervous.

Cerin continued to walk down the hall, his bare feet patting against the floor with each stride. He wiped the left over blood from his lips before it could dry, ignoring the few stares he got from passing students. Red optics scanned the exit as he reached it, before pushing it open and letting out a cloud of black smoke. Cerin brought a hand up to his cheek, running his fingers along the mark there. It hurt, almost like a burn would, and sent a wave of pain trailing down to his foot. "Tch..Dammit..."


He tried to ignore the pain as he pulled his mask on, but the outline pressed into the mark heavily. As expected, this wasn't going to be fun.

Serenity rushed out into the hallway, only to see that there was no sign of Cerin. She ran her fingers through her hair and sighed softly. Serenity wanted to go find him, but she wasn't sure what his reaction would be. It's not that she was scared, she was just a bit anxious and nervous. Nonetheless, she made her way down the hallway, realising he wasn't in the building at all.

Zero appears with the group, the bullet wound in his head closing itself up. He stood in front of Luna, mumbling "Akira... I would thank you for protecting her, however you let her get hurt first... I will never forgive you of that." Zero then sighs, and looks at Luna. "Layla, I can tell you always were angry other people protected you... Now do you see why I was clingy?" Zero was talking to Luna, however he knew she could get the message across to Layla... and she knew she would do so as well. Zero's eyes turned a dark blue, his scar flowing a dark blue as well, mesmerizing like the ocean. "I failed, I let you down... it was the only thing I was afraid of doing..." Zero's arms suddenly beefed up, looking like his muscles grew 3x times bigger then they normally were. He grew an extra foot in height, and his voice became very deep as his clothes started to slowly rip from the change in size. "Now which bitch am I gonna slap first... because they're going for a hell of a ride."

Vex immediately froze at the smell of blood, taking a few steps backwards. He shook his head as if pushing a thought from his brain and dashed over to the emergency call-light button, pressing it. Vex quickly dispersed into the ordinary shadows lingering about the room and ignored any objections Mahiro may have had.

Mahiro tried and tried to teleport, but he couldn't, the nurse and some doctors ran in, picking him up and placing him on the bed where they worked on stabilizing him. After a while, they managed too, he was unconscious again and they left one after another. The Nurse stayed sitting on a chair.

Cerin walked out past the courtyard and sat in a large patch of uncut grass near the forest. He sighed as he began his wait, plucking flowers from the earth and weaving them together. Gray streaks of smoke escaped his mask slowly, streaming up only a foot or two before vanishing into the air. The sound of something moving close by caught Cerin's attention and he began to to search through the grass around him for the source, only for his eyes to be met by a black snake. He reached an arm out towards the reptile and picked it up, watching as it tried to coil around his wrist, but was only moved by his other hand. "Hello there fella'.."


 

Mahiro tried and tried to teleport, but he couldn't, the nurse and some doctors ran in, picking him up and placing him on the bed where they worked on stabilizing him. After a while, they managed too, he was unconscious again and they left one after another. The Nurse stayed sitting on a chair.

Vex stayed quiet, watching the nurse carefully. Honestly, vex was getting tired of seeing her, and really just wanted to rip out her throat. He didn't act upon this though, seeing the states both he and Mahiro were in.

The Nurse stands up and finally leaves, Mahiro was lying there, in the state he was before he woke up last time.

Vex materialized next to the bed when the nurse was gone, staring at Mahiro blankly. "Figures..." He sighed, rolling rustic irises to the window,"I did that for no reason..just pointless." After a minute of standing there babbling about nonsense, Vex picked up the room's phone and called one of the only two numbers he could properly remember; Soren's. It rang a few times before he was sent to voicemail and he left a message that said," heyyyy Soren it's vex. We have a bit of a problem, and I need you to come to the hospital--" he gave the address just before the phone beeped again and sighed, hanging up.


Seeing as that didn't work, Vex knew that he needed energy before he could even think about reverting into his usual form, but where he would get it was the question. He fell out onto the floor and sighed, looking up at the ceiling.

After about 5 minutes, Mahiro opens his eyes, he looked disappointed and he was. With himself. He let out a sigh and looked away from Vex, "I'm so useless... I'm sorry Vex. My Brother's right. I'm pathetic."
