Nation Building Fallout New Days CC

Nation form:

Name: Outcast Land
History: After the defeat of the Master in California, there were several thousand mutants left to roam the wastes. However, most of the Master's top soldiers were never seen again. They had escaped to the North, and spread upwards through the icy wastes to Alaska. In Anchorage, they set up home, almost like they had been guided by a mysterious force. Every type of hideous supermutant lives there in thousands, and the population seems to be growing. The former human population has never been heard from.

Culture: Murder.
Type of Government: Everyone serves directly under Washington, a gigantic deformed super behemoth.
Strengths: FEV stores in the military base there allow their scientifically minded synth ally B528675309 to produce more mutants en mass and countless weapons stolen from military bases and the former citizens.

Resources: Lots of guns and lots of mutants
Assets: A large amount of central Alaska
Population: Rumors of nearly 50,000 supermutants of various types living in Alaska are spread, but the actual number is unknown.
Military: It is currently believed that there are no civilians in Outcast Land, only soldiers. Among these are Nightkin, Behemoths, super mutants, and the occasional synth.
Behemoths: 20 (Not including Washington)
Nightkin: 5,000
Supers: 40,000
Synths: 100
Foreign relations: A mini-gun called "The Politician" is used to address anybody who's asking about foreign relations.

Flag: They don't have a flag, per say, but you can tell when they've been somewhere if there's a human skull embedded in the wall.

Name: Big MT
History: This is simple after the courier cleared the area out of a bulk of the creatures inside Big MT was left for the most part unused. That was until the one known as alpha found it a few years latter. They started to fix things up and gathered the current heads of the divisions to help them get the place up an running instead of just tearing it apart. there were issues and many dangerous critters left but after a lot of effort they got the crater under control. They could then really set up shop and set about repairing things to full working capacity. The desire to replace ones body with cybernetics came after alpha fell ill and was saved by extensive replacing of body parts and many followed suit.

Culture: The people of Big MT are all about science and advancing human understanding of all things, even the supernatural, they are broken down into various divisions each lead by a head. among the small population it is heavily encouraged to replace your body with as much machinery as possible this boarders on a religious zeal with the robotics sector gaining the most resources to make more enhancements along with robots. The scientists working here seem to have taken after to old owners and many of them can be called quercky or just plain crazy, they really just do things to do them, and while most of them work towards bettering the world some are just there for science regardless of ethics. There is even a very tiny movement maybe 10 people that believe in some kind of broken machine god but they are dismissed for the most part.
Type of Government: a mix of democracy and technocracy one main leader is elected by division heads who are likewise elected but all must prove they are the best when elected otherwise a new election must take place
Strengths: Scientific knowledge rivaled only by the institute, lots of robots, plenty of pre war machines and resources.

Resources: Saturnite, stone, metal, and plenty of working tech.
Assets: all the crazy stuff in Big MT and more namely robot spiders
Population: around 300 true members i'm not counting their military
Military: mostly they just point in a direction and let their monsters out
400 altered raiders ( labotimites but slightly brighter)
200 cyber dogs
100 cazadores
100 night stalkers
300 spore carriers
50 trauma harnesses
500 robo spiders of various makes
the cloud
150 holo emitters
Foreign relations: you want science done they do science you pay them they do extra science

Flag:

Wait so is their an Independent Las Vegas? (based on the maps) And if so... that makes BigMT a enclave of Vegas, which is itself surrounded by two large nations...

Tgey are so tiny does it change much if they are basicly a micro nation anyone can ask for help

Im not saying you shouldn't be accepted just pointing out an issue if you ever want to march an army somewhere... namely invading all the neutral nations that surround you... also, a scary micro nation with... SCIENCE!

So... on second thought, Im gonna have to reject this, due to several problems, like the population, and etc.

Name: Helena.

Bio: Groomed to live out the dreams of her mother in her stead, Helena was carefully molded by her caretaker's careful hands into the model citizen of the Enclave. This would finally pay off when she received the prestigious honor of attending her first officer classes at the age of ten. Thriving, she would have graduated a year ahead of time at the age of fifteen had the regulations been a little less strict. Instead, she commanded a classroom into battle after battle against other teams in the virtual reality simulators, sharpening her claws on her peers. Nearly a decade later, she has earned herself a coveted membership to the feared and elite Sigma unit.

So... on second thought, Im gonna have to reject this, due to several problems, like the population, and etc.

I was thinking about that and it occurred to me, but I realized that a super mutant population can't grow very much. Even with a steady supply of humans they could probably only produce one a day. Also, they don't need to farm to eat, and as soon as they started attempting to invade the other nations, they'd drop like flies. the average soldiers are just super mutants. Somebody in power armor could easily take down a few on their own. They're dumb, under gunned, and very very dumb. They need to have numbers in order to have political advantage. Keeping that in mind, what do you think the population should be?
