Nation Building Fallout New Days CC

I was thinking about that and it occurred to me, but I realized that a super mutant population can't grow very much. Even with a steady supply of humans they could probably only produce one a day. Also, they don't need to farm to eat, and as soon as they started attempting to invade the other nations, they'd drop like flies. the average soldiers are just super mutants. Somebody in power armor could easily take down a few on their own. They're dumb, under gunned, and very very dumb. They need to have numbers in order to have political advantage. Keeping that in mind, what do you think the population should be?
30,000...

Name: Marc Lakes

Bio: Marc was the first of the Lakes' "dynasty" that wasn't the first child of the last ruler. Originally his sister, Dana, was supposed to be the next commander, along with being the first female commander, and because of that she was educated to fit her title, already leading a large squad in her teen years. But noone could see her death coming. She was apparently fighting back some raiders near the western border when one of them got a lucky shot at her. The whole family was at shock for a while, Marc, who loved her sister, even though they barely saw eachother, was devastated, but soon had to start training to be the commander, as he was the second child in the family.
After his father retired, Marc started to focus on putting many of the areas under the NWF's command into good use. More farms were build and many pre-war cities were cleared of any hostile creatures living within, before being built into trade outposts, many of whom started to grow into towns.
Marc also started to focus on the possibility of other larger factions. While mostly the NWF's military production was centered around the creation of equipment for the well-trained soldiers, Marc also set up auto workshops and is currently trying to get some sort of heavy explosives, like artillery, going.

Items: His combat armor (like the normal armor NWF soldiers use, but with special tags and colors that make it apparent that he is the commander), his modified Chinese Assault Rifle (Flashlight, extended magazine), his modified 10mm (Automatic upgrade, extended magazine, flashlight). In normal situations he wears his brahminhide longcoat, long-sleeved shirt and some leggings.

Likes: Guns, books, people in general.

Dislikes: Overly serious people, lazy people and fanatics.

Personality: Marc can be considered a person of the people. Even if he grew up in somewhat nobility, a large chunk of his early life was spent among the rest of the townsfolk. As he never anticipated he'd be a commander he started going to school to eventually become a entrepreneur, like many of his relatives, and because of there being only 2 schools in Lakesquad, both of which contain people from all of the different economic classes, he got a lot of friends there and learned a lot more about the factions people than someone who was tucked away in the luxurious houses of the nobility.
Marc is also very liberal in his ideas. What many others might shun, he'll would accept. This has made his somewhat controversial in some topics.
Another notable thing about Marc is that he is that he takes things how they are. He has the skill of not overvaluing or devaluing an event.

;). Savannah is in real-world Savannah, along with some of the surrounding coastline. Seriously, look at my map for locations. Most people seem to like it.

A map with state lines would be more accurate.

New World Force (NWF), Missouri.
Solution would be to have a map with state lines overlaid so that they can be used as guides (Since the history could make nations want to use the 'old' state lines as borders), where the guide is removed on the actual map.

Error 420 Error 420 . To get your population number you take the modern day population and subtract 96% of it. You just keep 4% of the modern day population.

They don't all even come from Alaska. I reduced my original number by 95%, so.
I mean saying 'I reduced my original number by 95%' should never mean anything since your original number could have been 1,000,000,000 and even then the reduction is 96 and the reason is also balance as well as realism

Complexity prevents us from easily ascertaining what these numbers would be.

I suggest claiming more land or different land altogether if you want more population.
