Fantasy Faereach City of Magicks (Now Accepting)

Ahri
"Ah, so you're the kind of fox that hasn't learned magic. Perhaps, I could teach you some tricks?" Ahri asked the young male fox. Mimi hops into Ahri's arms and falls asleep. "Mimi, didn't you have a nap earlier?" Ahri asks the white fox. "It's quite lonely sometimes, I would enjoy your presence."
Tumiji Kukuchi "Maybe, I'm still learning how to wield anything other than healing magic." Tumiji nodded and looked into the city. "Loneliness is a common ground for me since my departure from Rivendale. Where shall we be going?" Tumiji decided he might as well get to know her and her land's ways. Plus now that he had a decent look at her without worrying about injury to anyone he thought she was rather cute.

"Well, i moved her not too long ago and I need a new home. I can't be living in a den forever, but then I can't risk my tails and my orb, especially when I have no control over myself. I'm debating if I should keep living in my den or move into DownTown.." Ahri started to blush when Tumiji's eyes fell on her. "There's also different types of magic actually. It just depends on which you want to learn." Ahri says as she places Mimi in her purse.

Tumiji Kukuchi "That makes two of us, though I do know this dwarf name Hordoc who could help with this housing problem we have." Tumiji chuckled and looked forward. "I guess if there's nothing better to do yet we could talk to him real quick."

" Oh. " Sage said dumbly. " What should we do then ,um why don't we go over to my house , eat then we can spar. " he said after thinking for a few seconds.
Allison grinned, she thought that's where he was headed. After all, that's where they usually went when food was mentioned. "That sounds fine, that is if you're sure you don't mind." She replied. "Plus Luca looks kinda tired anyway." She added, pointing to the currently asleep form of Luca in Sages' arms.

Hordoc "Aye, ye can talk to a merchant just on the other side o' the square in fact. Depending on the quantity and species you can get a minimum o' at least ten grand. Happy huntin lass."

N'thyg 'Kofum Looking around at this new place known as Paragon square N'thyg hissed at the dwarf whom was slightly smaller than him. "Strange land. Miss swarm." Tilting his head he looked straight at Ferra, "Queen request services? Hunt. Kill. Scout?" He had never seen this place and following his former knowledge with the swarm he assumed they'd be on the offensive or at least setting a stable hive, or whatever his new abnormal queen would call it.

"Oh, you know, just to make sure I don't have any Pimples" Rex answered her question sarcastically. He walked through the portal, giving a brief nod of thanks to Hordoc. He then looked around curiously, rather amazed at this new city, but used to surprises by now. "I am Not disappointed" he muttered to himself. Glancing at the park, he pulled out a cigarette and lit it, "Huh, looks like Something went down.." he chuckled darkly, not surprised. After all, with such diverse powerful creatures around, he was sure there was bound to be some action. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, Rex turned to look at Ferra, Torr, and N'thyg. In his mind, he pondered whether to ditch them or stick around. However, he decided to keep the deal, since he would have help getting used to the land a little bit.

Ferra and Torr

Ferra simply stared dumb-founded at Hordoc as he told her how much money she could get. She'd never had more than a hundred dollars her entire life, to think she could get ten thousand, or even more! She could finally have an actual house for herself and Torr, and new clothes. She probably needed new clothes too.

"Awesome! Thanks Hordoc!" She replied excitedly. Soon after N'thyg spoke. "Well..I dunno. I've never actually had a alien following me around before ummm..Killing people at random would be bad. Uh.. I don't think there's anything to hunt. For now just stick with us, we'll find us a house after I sell these scales." She replied before addressing Rex. "Yeah. There was some attack with magic and demons earlier. It was fun. I killed one." She told him. "C'mon, let's go sell these scales then you can help me find a house." She added, motioning for everyone to follow and walking towards the merchant.

After a bit of searching they came across the merchant stand, heaving the bag off of Torr that was roughly two as tall as her and five times as wide she placed it on the wooden desk, the wood groaning as she did so. "
Dunno what species it was but..how much for these scales and the bag?" She asked the man, peeping out from beside the bag.

(I shall let you control the merchant, Kihara)

"That would actually be great." Ahri flashed a smile Tumiji. "I've been sitting around in my den eating rice cakes all day long, so why not?"

Sage nodded and began to walk to his house. Once they arrived he entered the house and went to Luca's room before resting him on the bed. " Sweet dreams Luca. " he said before he turned off the light then left the room before closing the door. He went downstairs and began to make food for him and Allison.

(Aight)

The merchant grabbed one of the scales out of the bag and took it to a small table with a book and tools. "Well judging on the size of the scales and the species... I'd have to say a bag of these scales is around 14 grand. You'll have to go to the bank down the street to get the money but they'll know what its for so you shouldn't have much trouble. Let me just approve the withdrawal for you ma'am." Writing on a a small document he handed it to Ferra and smiled, "Thank you for your service. I'm glad to have been of help." Taking the bag he began polishing the scales and cleaning them up.

Tumiji Kukuchi "Alright, gimme a second." Walking up to a nearby building Tumiji climbed it with alarming speed and looked around before leaping down and landing softly beside Ahri again. Pointing to their left he spoke again. "That way is where we gotta go, my navigation isn't amazing but I can find my way around." Smiling he held out his hand, "Shall we?"

@Kihara017

@Mitchs98

Rex smiled and followed them, amused by the new sights. "I had better have some powers, it would Only be fair" he argued with himself "If I'm the only human here, I will not be a happy camper,," he paused "What did I just say? Must be going nuts" He walked up to the merchant, then at the dragon parts. "Hey, 'Queen'" he flicked the cigarette butt casually off of Torr, then nudged Ferra "Wasn't I supposed to get some of the cut? I'm sure we agreed on that" he narrowed his eyes, figuring he could see what he could get.

Ahri hesitated about grabbing his hand but she eventually gave in. "We shall." She said grinning. She held onto her purse tight and made sure Mimi was safe inside of her purse. Ahri changed her outfit to her normal Zenko form, she thought that since he was a nine tailed fox too, that it'll be alright to show her true, well half of her true form.

Tumiji Kukuchi "Well, quite a stunning outfit if I do say so... though I guess mine isn't all that normal for this place... I think." Tumiji chuckled and walked toward the direction they were supposed to go to find Hordoc. "Well, where I'm from physical combat is how we survive and as you can see from my metal tipped gloves. I excel in extremely close quarters combat. What about your lands of Ionia? It already seems far different and interesting despite my lack of knowledge of it."

Falcon

"...Ow." He figured he might as well humor her for having to sit through his terrible joke and laughing at it. He was half-tempted to ask if she was or wasn't a tree hugger, thus making her a wild child, but figured he'd done enough by letting her go out looking terrible. "I don't see what you mean by wild child, though. You look fine no matter what. ...Wait." He took a second to analyze what he'd just said, and when he was finished, he pulled the hat down as far as it could go, so his eyes were hidden by the rim of the hat. What the fuck had he been thinking? Why would say something like that? Blanking out for a mere moment, the next thing he knew, he was outside, the late afternoon sun casting a warm, orange glow on the both of them.

He listened intently as Nyr went on to weave a short tale for him, and while she saw it as rambling, he saw it as intriguing. And, when she was finished, or, rather, when she cut herself off, he looked back up. He saw the world in shades of grey. However, the woman at his side saw it in hues of beauty- something he spent his entire life blind to. For the first time, Falcon saw something other than grey decorate the sky. A single hue- a shade of orange streaked across the sky, setting the sky ablaze, giving life to his lifeless world. He looked down and to his left at Nyr, a confused look on his face as he stared at her, his trench coat flapping in the soft breeze that'd picked up after leaving the mall- he'd still neglected to put it on, funnily enough.

"Tell me more. Please." He blinked, before gazing at the late afternoon sun, its grey light shining over him. "I want to know of these... stories that you have to tell. I want my history to be more than blood, gore, and murder. Tell me more Nyr, please." He looked at her expectantly, eyes shining in the light. He then noticed how comfortable it was to have her own weight resting on his. She didn't weigh so much that it was like supporting a building, yet he knew she was there. It felt... complete, as odd as that was.

Melchio

"...So?" Melchio asked, cocking his head a little to the left, his fork hanging out of his mouth some. "Sure, you've done bad things, but hasn't everyone...? I know both me and my brother have... some things a bit worse than others..." He growled, slipping his fork out of his mouth, and setting it on the table. Foxes didn't have packs... he never knew that. Then again, where he lived, all he'd ever seen around his home were wolves: a fox was a rarity where he was from- far, far north and a whole continent away. It was then he knew- despite his happy exterior- his jokes, his jives, he general jovial nature, Vix had that same sadness in him that Melchio did. Or, rather, unbeknownst to Melchio, that Falcon held in his own heart.

"...Vix, listen. I'd like you, even if you were a monster. You've done so much for me- so much more than you understand. you've helped me out of a dark time, and an even darker state of mind! You make... you make my days brighter. Even when I first met you, I could tell something was different about you. I'd met plenty of nice guys, but all of them- all of them- have faded into oblivion in my mind. But you...?" He smiled somberly, holding Vix's hand in his own. "There's no way I could forget about you! The way you talk... the way you laugh... even the way you move, it's all... hypnotizing. In ways that, I don't have words for." He chuckled softly, looking into Vix's eyes with his own. "How couldn't I like you, Vix?"

The next thing he knew, soft classical music was being strung in the background, and Vix was offering his hand. Melchio was no fool- he knew what that hand was for. He shook his head, but even still, took Vix's in his own and stood. His face had a soft blush of pink to it- a mere dusting, but still enough to show his discomfort. "I should t-tell you now... growing up, The Master who raised me never taught me to dance... so sorry if I move like a duck with two left feet, hehe..." His giggle was one laced with nervousness, yet he had confidence that Vix'd lead him, and he'd learn with time.

Mykky - Hectic Overworld Theme Playing

"...He what...?" She lowered her hand from her face, and barely noticed Frillz walking up to her, a concerned look on his face for her. She thought back to when she'd first met up with Vix- how kind he'd been, how funny he'd been (even though she'd never admit it to his face), and how mischievous. That was all a lie... then? All a ruse to play with her feelings? With her pride?

"...He used me, huh? Like some kind of toy...?" She bit her lip, fists clenching up into tight balls of sheer rage, making Frillz back off, not wanting to be close to her when she was like this. Her stripes hummed with latent energy, the grass beneath her writhing, turning a deep shade of red to reflect her anger. "What is this... some kind of- some kind of sick game to him?! Who the hell is he to think he can play with one's emotions like that! Who the hell is he to act so smug, when he's nothing but a two-bit family killer with no redeeming factors whatsoever?!" Her eyes glew with her stripes as she yelled this at the ground, anger rolling off of her in waves. She wasn't a puppet to be played with! She was nobody's underling! How dare he play with her like that, and make her to be the fool!

"...What's your name, Kitsune?" She met his gaze with one of bubbling, frothing rage that was at the edge of boiling over. "I want to know my partners name. Because we need to get to that asshole before he twists Melchio's mind like he did mine. That filthy, disgusting liar, thinking he's a puppetmaster. We'll see who's who when he's strung up, hanging from a tree as tall as the sky by a noose made from vine."
Nyr looked up when he asked her to tell him more, and she grinned, brightening up again. Storytelling was something she could do.

"My favorite stories come from the trees. They're the oldest, the wisest. With their long lives, they tell the tales of the ones that have been chopped down. Stories as old as the Earth herself, stories about the beasts that roamed the mountains and the plains, the ones that swam in the oceans and flew through the skies. The Elder Tree back at home told the story about about the War that occurred in my homeland before my people came to be. Great beasts, hundreds of feet tall, fighting endlessly with each other over who would get to rule. In the end, there was one left alive, the one who stopped all the fighting before it could tear the Earth Mother to pieces and ruin Her beauty. He was broken beyond repair, and his wife-who was pregnant at the time-sat with him upon his death bed. At the hour of his passing, the man's eyes glowed a faint green, and his features filled with serenity and calm while he spoke. The Earth Mother was granting him mercy at the time of his death, and as thanks for protecting Her and Her children, She offered a portion of Her power to the wife. The wife refused, however, wanting instead for her power to go their unborn child. The Earth Mother granted her wish, and when the baby was born, the first Shaman came into existence. It was a blessing laid upon our people, that if a Shaman were to marry and reproduce, their child would be given their full powers, and not become a diluted half-breed. My bloodline leads straight back to the first Shaman, and it is a blessing to carry his name." She started playing with her pendant again, falling silent only for a moment.

"This pendant belonged to Frostbane, and was passed down the generations until it was given to me. It is a sign of power, luck, and the Great Shaman. There is one in each generation, but none have been as fortunate with the elements as I am. Except for once or twice, a dual affinity is almost unheard of." She finished her explanation just as they reached a little cafe in town and she grinned up at him, pulling him eagerly inside. She wasn't gonna say anything, but her stomach was growling and she was starving. She had a big appetite, and exhausting her power like she did only the day before had made her all but ravenous.

Where I come from magic is what plagued my lands and the only magic we could muster because of our fear of it's consequences was basic healing magic." Tumiji glanced down at the two pendants, one in the shape of a cat and another in the shape of a wolf and frowned slightly. "Anyway it's still good to meet another nine tailed fox. Would it be too much trouble if I accompanied you?"

Kazuhiro Tomioka Sitting down Kazuhiro glanced over at the strange figure. "Who... hey, what's your name? I'm Kaz... hey, you still alive?"

"...So...new prisoner..." The figure said. Chains rattled as the figure rose an arm. "I'd come over and shake your hand Kaz but I'm a bit chained up here." The arm moved to pull down the hood, revealing a girl with black hair and red eyes. "Call me Ryd." She said as she suddenly looked off to her side and quickyl caught a fly before hiding her arms again. "What are you in for?"

Ahri chuckles from Tumiji's reaction to her dress. "In Ionia, there are different...what do you call it? Myths? So according to mine...I wear these kinds of clothing, just because the origin of my "Myth" I've actually never physically damaged a living thing with swords and knives, just only my handy dandy orb." Ahri's orb bounces up and down. Basically, my magic is my everything. In Ionia, there are different types of..classes? I guess you could call it. I'm a part of the Magic Class as you can tell, but there are other classes, for example, Lancers, Warriors, Royals, and Magic. As a female nine tailed fox, I was placed in the Magic class. What about Rivendale? I've never heard of such realm, please do explain."

Vix

He figured melchio wasn’t going to judge him on his bad past but he had to make sure about that. He began to lead melchio in a very simple yet elegant dance. It seems like they were the only two in the place as they swayed from side to side. he then smiled and said β€œif you can put up with my faults then I can put up with your terrible dancing” he said with a laugh. When melchio said monster the first person to pop into his head was his brother. He was the definition of a monster, he remembers when he began to investigate his family and discover what monsters he is related to. This is where he shares something in common with melchio. When he was a child he would remember having a craving for a family or someone close to him. Someone to just be there for him and appreciate him but in return he got nothing. Then when he got old enough to look for his family, he found nothing but dead parent who gave up there son, and a murder for a brother who kill his parents.

He got close to melchio ear and spoke softly β€œI’m happy I could do so much for you, because some like you with such happiness in their heart should never have darkness near then. From this moment on I will do everything in my power to protect you from any darkness. I will make sure to help you out of it and take most of it when it does appear” He then continued there dance using his abilities to make like they were floating in the air. That was the reason Vix was the way he is, he never wanted anyone to have to suffer like he had. He was going to be there for those who needed him and help anyone he could. This was especial true for melchio because he really liked the guy. This guy he had dancing with him right was something he had to cherish but also he had two promise now he had to keep, one to melchio’s father and one to melchio himself.

The music stopped meaning the dance was over and the people started to applaud their performance. He gave a nice bow and thanked the people for enjoying their performance. He then sat down back at their table and said β€œso my prince tells me about yourself. I’m fascinated to hear your story. Also if you want I’m still open to any question you have about me or even foxes in general.” He wants to know everything about the guy, the good, the bad. He knew no matter what he learns nothing could change his view and feeling for this guy. This is what he always wants someone who would look at him with pity or hatred. Someone who wouldn’t judge him but would except him for who he is and what he could offer.

ikari

He was more then please with her reaction to his lie, so much so he almost forgot he had to fake his way through this conversation. β€œMy name is ikari Yoko, I’m of the yoko clan, a very old and powerful family of kitsunes. Im happy to see you are willing to help me miss. You have no idea what It means to me” this poor creature thinking that vix was toying with her, she has no idea who the real mastermind is.” My brother is an evil man, who like to lie and cheat his way through life. He will stop at nothing to fulfill his bloodlust. I just want to put a stop to it and bring honor back to my family. I have no idea where he is though.” This woman will lead him straight to his prey and then will weaken him enough for the kill.

He then approaches her offering her his hand. He could his bloodlust begin to raise so he needed this plan to work and fast. He was getting stick of acting so nice and charming, he doesn’t know how people could act like this without throwing up. he already began thinking of way of killing and torturing mykky and most of them involve his fire. He gave her a grin β€œso tell me m’lady what your name. I also want to know the name of my partner.” But in his head he replaces partner with the word weapon and victim.

Sage nodded and began to walk to his house. Once they arrived he entered the house and went to Luca's room before resting him on the bed. " Sweet dreams Luca. " he said before he turned off the light then left the room before closing the door. He went downstairs and began to make food for him and Allison.
Allison sighed as she stretched out across the couch, glad to finally be able to relax after the events of the day. While they had been fun and interesting, they were extremely tiring, especially the whole getting shot and fighting a demon portion. Not to mention transporting two people at once onto a roof. She couldn't help but wonder what exactly had caused the attack on the school today and if it was related to the attack on the park. She was just glad that Luca and Sage had stopped to talk to her, there was no guaruntee as to how long ago the attack had happened, and from the looks of it it was something extremely powerful.

Rex smiled and followed them, amused by the new sights. "I had better have some powers, it would Only be fair" he argued with himself "If I'm the only human here, Somebody will need to edit my CS quick fast in,," he paused "What did I just say? Must be going nuts" He walked up to the merchant, then at the dragon parts. "Hey, 'Queen'" he flicked the cigarette butt casually off of Torr, then nudged Ferra "Wasn't I supposed to get some of the cut? I'm sure we agreed on that" he narrowed his eyes, figuring he could see what he could get.
Ferra and Torr

Ferra simply stared with wide eyes as the man told her how much he would pay her. F..fourteen thousand? That's more money than I've ever seen! I shoulda took to dragon hunting a long time ago! She thought to herself, her wide eyed shocked expression never leaving her face as she did. Clasping the paper tightly she folded it and crammed it into her pocket. "Thank you sir!" She told him excitedly. She then turned to Rex at his question of getting a cut and stuck her tongue out in a childish manner. "I said you could get some of the scales, and you did." She told him, pointing to the dragonskin bag he was toting. "It's up to you what you do with them. Sell 'em or keep 'em. Just decide soon, I wanna hurry and get a house." She added.

Kazuhiro Tomioka Scooting to sit beside the girl he shrugged, "Hell if I know. Gave them just enough info to leave me alone. Not that it'll help the one who brought me here." Holding out his hand he spoke again, "About about you Ryd, what's the looney got you here for?"

Tumiji Kukuchi "Well it's not well known so I'm not surprised. In Rivendale magic is something of a forbidden source of power. A corrupt magic plagued the land, twisting the creatures and attracting a group that were bent on controlling all magic and they were going to use Rivendale as their new place of dominion. There were four classes of fighters. Duelists, Assassins, Tanks, and Specialists. All of them can use minor healing magic but each did something different. Duelists were the main fighters who did most the damage but could still take a hit, assassins were for the quick operations and smaller critters. Tanks, well that's self explanatory, and Specialists... they've only ever had one person in that. He's the one who freed Rivendale from destruction and lost his two allies. He left after they gave him a title." Tumiji sighed and looked down at his pendants again. "Oh and everyone in Rivendale is some sort of neko excluding me for some odd reason."

Rex smiled slightly for a split second, humored by her childishly simplistic reaction "Imma make some armor out of my scales" He explained calmly "You said there was plenty, perhaps you could spare a hundred dollars, I just want enough to survive for a little while, it's really not much. Lets be real, you're going to blow the money anyways, that's what I'd do with it" He shrugged, carefully eyeing the pocket where the note was. Turning towards the district section of the city, he began walking down the street towards the bank, then glanced back to see if they were following "I ain't no financial expert, but I do have a few ideas on how to spend some of it..."

"That's interesting, everyone being some sort of neko...Have you ever come across..what are they called...humans?" Ahri asked. She started to play with her ring on her left ring finger. Although she shouldn't put her ring on the finger that signifies that you're married.

Ryd - Dracolich Castle's Dungeon

"Would you believe it if I told you I was on my way to visit a relative when I came across the castle..." She started before staring out the cell door. "Didn't think so." She said without waiting for his response. "Here's the run down, we're supposed to be fed three times a day. They don't have to guard the regular dungeons like this. The rune on your arm prevents you from using magic and we're currently flying." She said as she moved forward enough to strain her chains.

"Now keep quiet." She said before she started pulling. The chains groaned under the stress before some of the links snapped and set her free. "Hurts every time." She mumbled before grabbing the cell's bars. "Gonna help me on this or what?" She asked. @Kihara017

Sage came into the living room with food and sat on the couch after placing the food on the table in front of the couch. " So how was your day Ally. " he asked already knowing the answer but wanted something to start of the conversation. He reached over to the table and grabbed a mini-sandwich. He took a bite and smiled. " I'm such a good cook. " he said

Damen Kuroki & Night Wing

They'd been walking for quite some time now and it seemed to be getting a bit late. Walking down the streets was alright but more important where were they going to stay for the night? They both walked aimlessly to the crystal pond, well Damen was the one walking while Night Wing fell asleep in her crow form on Damem's shoulder. Damen sighed and walked on, sensing someone nearby but not having even the slightest clue who it was.

Tumiji Kukuchi "Yes, a few travelers now and then but for the most part they kept away. We never figured out what the invaders were but nobody cared to find out either." Tumiji noticed her ring and looked forward. "Ah, here we are, "Hey Hordoc you know any way we could make quick money and somewhere we can find an apartment or two?" Hordoc responded "Ye, getting some dragon scales from the Enclave will get you an easy ten grand and there's apartments everywhere, you just gotta look around." Thanking Hordoc he looked at Ahri with a smile, "Hear that? Wanna kill a dragon and start looking for a place?"

Kazuhiro Tomioka Giving Ryd a 'what the hell just happened' look and got up. "If you got a plan lets do this." Getting up he joined her in whatever she was planning to do.

Ahri started to giggle. "Thank you Hordoc." She said. "So you're looking for an apartment too then?" She asked Tumiji. "I sure don't mind charming a dragon to its death." She teased. She hooked arms with Tumiji and hurried their way to Enclave. The only place Ahri knew in this new nation. She's passed Enclave before, but never seemed to walk into Enclave.

Reed didn't know how to comfort her. He had no family from the beginning he just appeared one day. Reed didn't say a word. He just stood up and walked over to her. He wrapped his arms around her. "It's ok you don't have to relive your painful memories. Losing the ones you love is hard so don't worry. I'll be here for you for as long as you will need it."
Taylor gave a hug back. "You're the closest thing that I have to a brother," she replied.
