Fantasy Faereach City of Magicks (Now Accepting)

"Okay!" She replied happily, following closely behind Pegasus. Well, as closely as her little legs would carry her, she hated being short. "If its Sage I'm sure the place outside looks much better than it did when we got here." She commented, grinning confidently. Though, if it wasn't, Sarah couldn't wait to get out of the place. It was downright creepy.
The world looked much better, but slowly Pegasus could see the vile landscape returning, it needed more. It needed something else. "Come on Sage, and Mae where heading back."

Sarah grunted lightly and shifted the books in her arms carefully, while she may be strong she was essentially carrying more than she weighed and almost as tall. "Come on guys this is getting heavy." She whined, glancing between the three. She was excited that Sage made the place look better, if only partially, but still.

Ian followed Melchio not speaking a word, he was relying on Vix to do all of the talking. (Sorry for the lame post, didn't know what to say)

Nyr Frostbane Nyr giggles a bit, squeezing his hand gently. "Falcon, if I ever have to leave, you're coming with me." She reached up and pressed a kiss to his cheek before starting to walk out of the restaurant with his hand in hers. "Yeah, we can stop wherever you need to, I don't mind." She smiled gently, giving his hand a little squeeze. If she were to be honest, she didn't ever want to have to leave him. Not after the progress they'd made thus far. She rests her head on his shoulder, humming a little bit.
"You know what I'm looking forward to? A nice hot bath when we get home." She giggles quietly, combing her free hand through her hair as they walked. She wasn't sure where they were going, but she was sure that Falcon would lead the way as per usual.

Illoi Kotori Iloi hadn't gone far, no, she was leaning against the wall outside her door. When she saw the light, she frowned, staring at it for a moment. "What the-" She cut herself off, throwing the door open. She yelped a bit at the brightness, covering her eyes. She groans, getting a headache.

"Nade!" She yelled, keeping here eyes closed at covered. She didn't understand what was going on, but she didn't like it either. She walks towards him, bumping into him blindly and knocking the wineglass out of his hand so that it shatters. Unbeknownst to her, she stepped on the shards of glass as she fell against Nade, barely catching herself with her forearm against the back of the couch.

Vix stopped what he was doing and gazed at Melchio. He smiled brightly at the guy and said "of course I'm going with you babe! I feel like I haven't seen you in forever." With that he ran to the seraph and hugged him tightly and swung him around in circles."do you know how worried I was. You can keep getting yourself in so much danger , it's going to cause me to have a heart attack" Vix said playful putting the man down. He then contuined his walk with both Ian and Melchio. He grabbed melchio' hand and gave it a nice squeeze. He looked trowards Ian and smiled "Ian this is Melchio, my prince in all his glory. Isn't he the most attractive guy you ever saw!" He then turned to Melchio and introduced him to Ian. "Mel, this is my new friend Ian. When I first met him, I didn't like him! So he might have to grow on you!" Vix had a goofy grin on his face, now that he introduced both of his companions. @Wyatt @Halohbottech

$Nade Heidt$ The instant his gaze was ripped from the glass, his hand covered his eyes, which were burning, and had smoke curling off of them. He knew his eye tattoos- those gold runes- had burned his eyes badly, as even when he took his hand from his eyes, he had a hard time seeing anything, the light emitting from them having been so blind that they temporarily blinded him. Even still, after a few minutes of half-panicked breathing, he was finally able to see again, and his breath became slower and more controlled. When he could once again see, he let his head lean back against the couch, a long sigh leaving him.

"I'm sorry you had to see that, Illoi. I-well... You weren't supposed to." He frowned, scratching his chin, eyes still closed. "This scenario hasn't ever happened before, so I don't know how to handle it, haha... Heh..." His hand rose shakily, resting over his eyes, trying to hide the tears forming in the corners of them. A wavering smile grew on his face, as he felt wave of emotion after wave of emotion run over him, making his whole shake. He was falling to pieces. He'd tried and tried to hold all this in, but he was only human, after all. He wasn't meant to handle this kind of stress. This kind of responsibility. He loathed to admit it... but... he needed help.

"Illoi... do you want to know why I know you, even though we just met?" He all but whispered, voice barely escaping him, wet streaks curling down his cheeks.

>Falcon Witzchev< Falcon chuckled like a little kid at the kiss, rubbing the back of his neck, embarrassed. Still, he managed to keep himself composed, and led Nyr from the Applebee's, a small grin escaping his relatively neutral facade. He enjoyed this, that much was obvious, as his tail wasn't dragging on the ground like it was before. It was perky instead, hovering above the concrete, and its tip was pointed up happily. Though his free hand rested upon his katana's hilt, it was relaxed, like he was- his grip firm, yet calm.

Soon enough they made it to their only destination on their way home: a small game store. However, this one didn't sell video games like many in the city- instead, it was of an older nature, with all kinds of board, card, and other kinds of games. Falcon's grin grew a tad bit more, tugging a bit on his lip. He recognized almost all of these games as ones from his childhood, and knew what ones he was looking for. "I hope you don't mind, I'm just going to go buy us a few things from here. I don't think I need to get soap though... the room should've come with it." He mostly said that second part to himself, as he slipped off farther into the store, slipping from Nyr's grasp.

His golden eyes scanned the items around him, searching for a small package that after not even a minute of searching he found. It was a small deck of cards with hearts, spades, clubs, an diamonds. Red and black. With a queen, king, jack, ace, and joker. Numbers lining up to ten. "Just like how it was a thousand some years ago, eh?" He chuckled, picking up the deck of cards, and running his thumb across them, hearing the satisfying smacking sound of card against card. The store was mostly empty besides him, Nyr, and the old woman at the counter, but a person or two milled around here and there. The homely scent of sanded wood filled the space, along with a hint of cinnamon. He loved this place already. Still, he moved from the card's area, and continued his search for the other two games he had as a child.

-Melchio Degrass- Melchio was bright as a tomato again. Gah, why did he have to be like this whenever Vix complimented him?! Well, it wasn't like he disliked it, it was just a tad bit annoying to be so blush-y. He kept his head down in embarrassment as Vix introduced him to Ian. He could sense the HOLY-ness within him, but ignored it, figuring he was just a slightly more Angelic human than normal. He gave him a wave, despite his head being bowed, and a small whisper escaped him, his embarrassment carried with his voice. "H-hey there, Ian. Nice t'meetcha, aheh..."

When he heard Veyd mention he couldn't go there, he looked up a little, his face still flushed. A confused look was on it, as he tried to understand what Veyd was saying. Then he laughed, figuring it out. "Well... if you think my father's having all three of us go to heaven, you'd be wrong. He's in the city- can't you feel it? That overwhelming presence, like someone with great authority is within this city's metaphorical walls? That feeling... that's him." The feeling was neither that of HOLY-ness or DEMONIC-ness, but simply of pressure in the back of one's mind. When his blush had finally receded he met Malorn's eyes with his own.

"And, I suppose the invitation's extended to you and your elf friend there. I don't know how my father'll react, but guessing by his messenger's reaction to you, I don't think he'll attack you outright. Though..." He averted his gaze, thinking carefully about what he'd say next. "...I don't think he'd be opposed if one offered a friendly, carefully thought out match. Maybe." Shrugging, he took Vix's and Ian's hands in his own, giving the pair of them a friendly grin. "Well, enough dawdling, c'mon!"

Malorn Drakanos

Malorn wasn't exactly sure who Melchios' father was, but if it warranted an angelic messenger he was probably someone important. He was also correct in assuming Malorn could sense his prescence, he was wondering what it was from and now he had a link. Thinking it over carefully he eventually did a sort of 'meh' shrug and stood before walking over to stand between them and Falin. "I suppose if the invitation extends to myself I'll go. I don't really have anything better to do seeing as the cafè I work at is still being repaired.." He replied, grimacing slightly at the thought of it. If he ever caught the people that destroyed that place, they'd wished they'd die in the fire if they hadn't.

He then turned to Falin, "
What about you, do you want to come with us? Its entirely up to you, if not I'll give you my spare key to the apartment and you can go and rest." He told her.

Blossoming Grasslands

It felt like weeks, perhaps even months. At this point, he didn't care anymore how long he had been lost at sea, all he knew that that there was no land in sight for a very long time. Time had stretched, then its importance ceased. Rex sat up slowly, like an old man, and rubbed his eyes groggily. When he opened them, he realized with astonishment that his little boat had run aground. He seemed to be sitting on a beach, just next to some grasslands. "Is this where I was going?" He muttered, confused and still surprised. He tried to recall why he had gone out to the sea, where he had come from, where he was going, but nothing came to mind. It was all a blur, like everything else. All he seemed to know was that he had been floating on the water for an eternity, and now he had found land. Though no vivid memories existed, he had a small feeling that he had been here before but was not completely sure. Enough contemplation, he needed to find out what sort of place this was, that was somehow familiar. A faint memory of dragons flashed across his mind, making the confusion more. Looking out at all the grasslands, he scratched his head and moved forward, not sure exactly which direction to go.

For the most part, Falin had elected to remain silent. She did, however, cast an irritated glance at the Kistune trying to pick on Malorn. Probably not the greatest idea given how tense the situation had become. The Bosmer only studied the strange man that interrupted for a brief moment. It seemed he knew Melchio and had been sent to deliver a message to the irritated Seraph. It seemed his father wished to meet. Meaning another god had entered Faereach. Magic or not, this city isn't going to be able to handle so man powerful beings inside its borders. But why are so many being drawn here? Especially ones like me...

She looked to the demon as he asked if she wished to tag along or not. "May as well if it helps making any more sense of things." Falin silently hoped this god wouldn't out her for what she really was. That would likely lead to nothing but trouble given the group she seemed to have attracted.

I have the sense of familiarity but I don't remember you. Please...explain it to me." She muttered softly, bringing her hand up to lightly brush across the spot she had slapped earlier. She thought about her actions, sighing a bit.

"I'm sorry I hit you, Nade. I overreacted, so I apologize for that." She mumbles quietly, turning a light shade of pink. "It's been a rather eventful day for me and I snapped." She hummed quietly, opening her eyes and looking into his.

Nyr Frostbane While Falcon browsed the store, Nyr wandered around the front, looking at the different types of board games. Things like monopoly and Sorry didn't really have any significance to her, but she still browsed them. She smiled a bit when she came across a section of cards, and found a game called Magic: The Gathering. She almost thought it was ironic, but she didn't say anything. Instead, she combed her fingers through her hair before making her way back to Falcon.

"So...what exactly are we getting? I don't know what any of these things are." She pointed out, giggling and looping her hand around his arm a bit just to have some form of contact with him.

Blossoming Grasslands

Rex paused, even now it seemed that his mind was just as fogged as his memory. Was he seriously going to walk off without checking for supplies? Turning around, Rex carefully looked inside the small row boat, pushing aside empty bags to see if anything valuable had been left behind. How could anybody in their right mind head out to sea in this little vessel? perhaps he was insane, or perhaps there was something more to it all. Little did he know that he had spent a few days on this land once, but now he was about to Rediscover Faereach City soon enough. Pushing aside some rubbish, Rex found one single dollar bill, a pack of soaked cigarettes, and chewing tobacco. Since he didn't have any lighter, he left the cigarettes behind. "Pathetic" he growled, holding up the dollar bill and looking at it like it was a piece of roadkill. "Might as well move on" he muttered, too overwhelmed to do anything else. Trudging away from the ocean, he moved into the endless grasslands. Normally, he wouldn't mind such a long walk, but this was hell. From the thirst in his mouth, Rex figured he hadn't drank water in a long time, and now it was catching up to him. Every step seemed like an uphill movement, but there was nothing else to do. "Death by dehydration, horrible way to go,," He muttered to himself irritably. Rex was about to give up and reconsider his direction when he squinted his eyes at something in the distance. Was it a building? Perhaps there was a city nearby. With renewed hope, he began to pick up his pace.

Sarah gladly placed the books in the sadde bags at Mae's sides, sighing in relief once she did. "Thank you!" She told her, hugging her hoof seeing as she couldn't quite reach her neck. "Ready when you guys are." She told them, smiling happily.

Yama "You hold them for a few seconds... I wouldn't want them to have even a shred of hope in winning." Chanting a spell he began turning into the large black ice dragon and chains appeared as well. The arena began getting dark and an unsettling blizzard began within the area. He grew and grew until he was taking up almost half the arena. With a very deep booming voice Yama spoke "Now it's time to show you what a dragon with the black curse can do! Prepare to be OBLITERATED!" casting a black ice spell chains made of his eerie black ice sped around the battlefield, creating a web-like appearance. Mentally he spoke to Ryd, *If you don't want to be frozen all day I suggest you don't trip into any of my chains, as amusing as it would be.*
