It'd be cooler to have a dwemer automaton char. Just think about it, we are in Markath. The Cidna Mine is connected to a Dwemer ruin. How cool would it be to have a sentient Dwemer construct as a companion? We already have a pseudo Aedra, so it's not much of a stretch.
