Fantasy Dragons Reborn

Willow the Hydra

Willow rolled her eyes and grabbed his clothes, setting it down in front of him, grabbing Sabrina after she did. Dragging her into the forest, she said, "Come on, give the man a little privacy." It was clear that the girl had zero concept of what was right and wrong, making her the perfect candidate for insanity. Oh well, as soon as she could, she was going to dump the girl off anyway. She wasn't about to have that kind of liability on her hands. Once a safe, non-viewing distance away from the lake, she let go, taking a stretch for herself. "Don't you have somewhere to be?" she asked, curious as to why the girl had followed them. Not that she had any room to talk, randomly asking to go with Forrest out of the blue. But she thought that Sabrina had some sort of mission or whatever to attend to, so she was puzzled that the girl was goofing off like this.

Alisa Elien

Alisa grinned and hopped off her bar stool to stand in front of the guy. "
Last lets say..ten minutes without passing out or manage to knock me out or make me surrender, sound fair?" She replied, crossing her arms and staring up at him, her grin exchanged for a look of confidence.

Sabrina

Sabrina was dragged off of the big bear man by the scary elf lady. After a short walk, the elf lady asked her why she wasn't doing her mission. "W-W-Well, you s-s-see, I thought you were going to the village at first, so I wanted to follow you. But then, when I got close to you, I didn't feel only the aura of an e-e-elf. I felt that o-of a hydra too...my makers wanted to either get a sample o-o-of those spooky scary skeletons, or find out more about the m-m-mysterious shifter species...I th-th-think you are one of them!" she said cheerfully, as if she had completed an important mission, and completely oblivious to the fact that she might get killed because of that.

Forrest the Lovable Bear Person

(Now with clothes!)

A sigh of relief as Willow dragged the timid little girl into the forest, Forrest slowly crawled onto the dirt before shaking the water droplets off of his skin. Sliding into hos toga, gauntlets, shin guards and sandals quickly, he scooped an armful of fish from Willow's pile before treading through the grass.

Humming ruggedly as he moved along, both of his sets of ears picked up a nearby voice. Assuming it to be nothing more than the girl who had sat on one of his shoulders, Forrest carried on towards the two. But there were a couple of words that could be heard even through his own hums, and those were
"I didn't feel... aura of an elf... hydra..." Well, the man wasn't quite sure what a hydra was, but the fact that she wasn't an elf was enough for him to start sprinting, even dropping a few fish as he did so.

Out of nowhere, Forrest skid to a stop in front of Willow, a shine in his eyes. "I knew it! You don't smell like an elf at all! And all of these fish you could catch! Only a hydra or whatever they're called can do things like that!" The bear paused for a second as the shine in his eyes was replaced with an expression of curiosity. "But, uh, what's a hydra...?"

Kylios - Alchemist Store/Lab

Settling down at the payment counter with his records file, Kylios had just picked up a pen and opened the file to the latest entry when he heard the door open. He immediately looked up, to see a woman in heavy armour, her vizor lifted so that he could see that her eyes were green. She clanked at every movement, and when she let her sword fall to the floor, stabbing into the floor of his shop, he flinched instinctively, before shooting her as frosty a glare as he could muster under the circumstances. She was a completely different breed of warrior from those fighters or sellswords that he had been encountering as clients recently. This was an actual warrior and he could not help feeling extremely intimidated. Yet, something about her looked vaguely familiar. He had seen her before, he was extremely sure of it. He just could not recall when though. Her eyes were a very, very familiar shade of green, but at this point, other than parts of her face, he could not see anything else that he found familiar.

It was when she asked for health potions that he finally made a move, quickly putting down the pen and pushing the file away from him. Even her voice sounded familiar, though once again he could not tell when he had heard it before. Yet it seemed so familiar, so comforting, a voice that had been there when he was a small child, a voice that he had looked to for comfort and consolation after some humiliating altercations with bullies. He stood up and headed to where the health potions were stored. They were a bright vivid red in colour and he was quite proud of them. He had managed to infuse in them the taste of cherry, a major improvement from some of the other health potions, which tasted like a combination of burnt grass, sulphur and even waste among others. Not that he had ever tasted waste before, but still. "How many do you need," he asked, turning to face her, and then it clicked. No wonder that voice sounded so familiar. And those eyes. They were his own.

"Lilith," he asked, staring, a completely stunned expression on his face as he froze.

Willow the Hydra

She shook her head to try to clear it. "A what now? What's that?" she asked before Forrest came barreling back. Jesus, was everyone trying to get up in her business? "I am a good fisherman!" she huffed, putting her fists on her hips in triumph. "But I have to agree with him. What's a hydra?" she asked, looking at Sabrina with confusion. There was a 100% chance she was going to play dumb because that's what she always did. Her species wasn't supposed to exist, and she wasn't about to do anything different from normal. But it was natural since she lied through her teeth on a daily basis. "And aren't those shifty thingies stories from when we were 3? I've grown up since then," she scoffed, rolling her eyes and putting her hands on her hips. Willow was about to play with their pride and their emotions.

Yeah a little too fair he thought to himself. He definitely could last ten minutes against this dwarf wait out getting knocked out. he's been through more than the dwarf thinks. He smiles Alright lets get this over with. he said with confidence. @Mitchs98 @Sgt Gomez

Alisa Elien

"Alright, but. Let's take it outside, I'm not about to rack up more money on repairs than I already owe." She told him, walking over and sweeping him off his feet before hefting him over her shoulders like a sack of wheat. Compared to her scythe-axe the guy was decently light, really. Once outside she hefted him off and leaned him against the wall, it was either that or toss him onto the wet cobblestone really.

"
Alright. You get first hit. Don't hold back, I won't even dodge." She told him, holding her arms out to the side and standing in front of him fully open.

Sabrina

Sabrina looked up at Willow. "Oh? Is that so...? Well, then do you have any proof that I am wrong?" she retorted, a small, creepy smile . Her voice had changed completely, from the once small, stuttering squeaks to the deeper, stutter-less, words she now said.

@Salt Lord @Kazehana

Lilith had aching muscles all over, the armour was technically light for her but she had been doing nothing but walking for days. She could never learn horse back riding as the armour and sword would crush them if she even attempted. Regardless she was tired, and sore; wanting a bath and an ale. Soon a little voice in her head answered her back. As the short man (well he may not have been that short, but at her towering height most people seemed short) turned to find her what she requested, the way he fidgeted around reminded her of her younger brother. A weak little smile spread on her face. Yeah, he had that same nervous tick of flexing his fingers before reaching out for something, like he would have scratched his head but decided not to at the last minute. Even his voice seemed to crack nervously, even as he tried to hold himself bravely before her. When he finally turned, and spoke her name a bewildered look crossed her face. She was very rarely surprised, so it made her features seem much softer and nicer then her armour let her on to be.

"How do you know my name?" She said in a much softer tone, one she very rarely used and wasn't even sure why she was using it now. He did look familiar, but she wasn't one for faces. Even spending a night together with another, by the next day they were long since forgotten.

"Lilith Tennant....Do I know you?" She said once more, eyebrow raised in a questioning manner hoping he might enlighten her. She had grown since last he might remember, it had been 9 years, she was taller and stronger, much more defined then her 16 year old teenage self. Though in her eyes she hadn't grown a day. He however....he looked liked a completely different man so it was not surprising she never recognized him.

Forrest the Lovable Bear Person
Confused at what Willow had said about stories of the hydra and even more confused at the new way Sabrina was acting, vines extended from the ground around him as he tried to wrap his head about what was going on. "Okay, can you guys slow down a bit? I don't understand a thing you guys are saying! I haven't heard any kinds of stories about hydras when I was three, and you! Why aren't you stuttering?" he pointed at Sabrina, his ears and tail twitching frantically.

Willow the Hydra

"Oh I'm sorry, was being an elf not sufficient to 'prove' to you that I'm not a whatchamacallit? Besides, how can I prove that I'm not something?" she retorted, glaring at Sabrina. She had of course noticed the change in demeanor, but she wasn't about to be redundant considering Forrest had already brought that up. Speaking of Forrest, he seemed to be a bit edgy, which set Wilow off a bit. She walked over to him and put herself right next to him, ready to spring into action should he need her to do so. "I don't understand what you're saying either. This doesn't seem like your scene," she glowered, eyes fixed on Sabrina, but focus fixed between the two.

Sabrina

Sabrina smiled once more at Willow. "Oh, this is hilarious! Can't you feel it? The fact that we both are from the same family means we can sense when one or another is close by! Spit it out! You are a hydra shifter. Or...heheheh...do I have to force it out...?" she said, clenching her fist and completely ignoring Forrest.

Alicia Red

Alicia walked through town, it was decently late but she didn't exactly require sleep, plus it was generally more peaceful at night. She silently strode through town with a small smile on her face, he gem glowing lightly as she walked through town. The townsfolk out and about were generally happy, little did they know Alicia was feeding off of that emotion. Not that it had any negative effects for them, but still. The faint glow on her gem depicted the fact that she was close to be able to ascend should she so wish, only needing a bit more positive emotion to do so.

She gently flexed her wings, wincing slightly from pain as she did. She'd flown all the way to the town without resting, so the pain was expected. Next stop was finding a place to sleep for the night, pretty much anywhere would do really. The task at hand was finding it..

When Koziak was lifted over the dwarf shoulders he didn't like it one bit. Wha! Wait! Why are you carrying me. I can walk perfectly fine on my own!! He protested. His little protest did nothing to the dwarf as she carried him all the way outside. When she put him down, he just glared at the dwarf. Don't. Do that. Again. He said pretty angry.

After some silence he exhales calming down.
No I won't do that? That's not fun or fair. He said denying her offer. He picked up a rock from the ground and tossed it up and down. How about this. I'll throw this rock in the air and when it touches the ground then the battle will start. You charge towards me and I'll charge towards you. Alright? He said as he walked onto wet cobblestone creating some distance between them two. @Mitchs98 @Sgt Gomez

Willow the Hydra

Willow stared at her incredulously, but took a defensive stance anyway. "You're insane! You're spewing absolute nonsense listen to yourself!" she said, still in shock that Sabrina said that. Of course she was right, but who was she to tell Willow what to do? And who was Sabrina anyway? There was no chance she was a shifter considering she just prowled around flaunting her scales or whatever those were. She was a bit of a psycho, which had her worried. She might try to hurt Forrest. Either way, she produced her bow, notching an arrow. "I will not hesitate to retaliate," she warned, glaring at Sabrina with cold eyes.

Alisa Elien

Alisa sighed and crossed her arms, "Alright, whatever you say. Don't tell me I didn't make things fair for you." She told him. "Toss the rock already, this rain is annoying." She added. Though if one looked closely the rain drops were mostly evaporating upon hitting her, making what she said irrelevant. Nonetheless she stared up at him with an annoyed expression, impatiently waiting for him to toss the stone.

Sabrina

Sabrina looked over at Willow, something suddenly changed in her eyes. "I-I-I-I'm insane...? B-B-B-But I'm not crazy! My papas t-t-t-told me so!" she suddenly started to stutter. She turned around, back facing the other two and started to talk to herself. "I-I-I'm not insane. I-I-I'm normal. I-I-I'm not insane. A-Am I a-a-actually insane?"

@Salt Lord @Kazehana

Willow the Hydra

She rolled her eyes as Sabrina proved her point, switching personalities yet again for no apparent reason. Either way, she was glad to be off the hook for this one. "
Anyway, we have business to attend to," she said disdainfully, turning her attention back to Forrest. "We have a competition to judge, and I'd like to think my chances are pretty good," she said softer with a int of a challenge. "Let's tally up those fish, hm?" she finished, giving him a small, assured smile and a wink. She started to saunter back to the lake, waiting for Forrest to follow. With that, she assured herself that she would be done with Sabrina, and tried to think of excuses for why she won should she come out victorious. Nothing like a suspicious bear to ruin her cover. But at least Forrest wasn't a nosy crybaby who existed solely to annoy everyone around him. One of those was enough for the world.

She sure is antsy to fight. I guess it's just a dwarven thing. He thought as he say some steam coming off Alisa as the rain hits her body. He shrugs his shoulder and flicks the rock into the air. When it touches the ground he charges towards the dwarf. With a smile enjoying the feeling that he's about to fight a dwarf. @Mitchs98

Forrest the Lovable Bear Person
With worry on his face, Forrest looked around nervously as Sabrina began talking to herself. He wanted to please Willow and even his own competitiveness by going and trying to count fish with the elf, but he couldn't just leave a dragon alone with nothing but her bad thoughts! When one member of the group was affected negatively, the bear was brought down even worse. The fact that both of these people were on opposite sides made things even worse, and placing Forrest himself in the middle of it all, he found that he was frozen in place, with spiky vines an unsettling shade of teal sprouting from the ground around him.

Alisa Elien

As soon as the stone touched the ground Alisa shot off towards him at full speed, which for one as small as she was pretty fast. Alisa moved to bash into his stomach at full force with her fist, provided he didn't dodge of course. If he did, she would follow up by trying to sweep him off of his legs.

Willow the Hydra

She was walking when she sighed and made a grand swing of her next step, using it to turn around and go back to fetch Forrest. "Come on, you lug, we have things to do!" she pleaded, obviously unhappy that they weren't leaving the situation altogether. She grabbed his arm and started tugging, but she was nowhere near capable of budging the giant. "Pleaaaase I don't want to deal with this two-faced bull any more," she begged, then thought about it. Why was she begging. Ew. And to a bear, no less.
Ew. But the deed was done, and she was now at the mercy of the bear's wishes. Everything was coming up roses for our fair half-dragon-elf-person. She tried several positions to try to move him, but none worked, and she ended up getting nowhere.

Koziak flips over the dwarf, landing perfectly. He turns his body to the left swinging his left hand back, trying to hit the dwarf with a full on back hand. If he made contact with the back hand he'll follow up with a downward punch with his right hand into the dwarfs head. @Mitchs98
