The hierarchy of the Raid Group's original lineup was Korvaiis, Urod, Kendra, Nei, and then everyone else, in that order.
Everyone other than those four are lumped together as the "lowest ranking" members and just Combatants with no "official" hierarchy between them save for their power levels. By normal Saiyan Society standards, they're all expendable. Those four I just named are not.


That's one of the main reasons why Kendra and Nei have been on Era and Sil about their power increases. They feel that the two of them especially, having surpassed Kendra and Nei in raw power at this point, will start thinking that they're the indispensable ones and that they could sacrifice Kendra and Nei if they had to in order to defeat an enemy or take their positions someday.


And yes, we should probably fix the lack of communication that's been plaguing our dear scientist.

Raid Groups operate on a purely physical and combat oriented hierarchy. The most capable fighters occupy the higher ranks and are not expendable. Everyone else is considered an expendable grunt and are all considered equal to one another as followers of orders and never to give orders unless given leave to do so by a higher up.


But that's only the "official Saiyan Society" viewpoint on the matter.


Korvaiis himself doesn't see anyone on his team being expendable, but from an official standpoint if Karas, Era, Sil, Dicchio or Raze were to die, it would not be cause for mourning nor would there be any kind of required funeral service as there would for Korvaiis, Urod, Kendra, or Nei. The Combatants would simply be declared KIA and that would be that. The group would simply recruit new members to take up the slack.

Unfortunately AKK, I cannot do that.


I can only drag your characters along for so long before your control of what they say and do becomes necessary to their continued existence.


I have decided that I will be moving this RP forward from now on at a clip of around 2-3 posts per week regardless of who reacts to them or not. Posts from me are likely to come every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday/Saturday depending on my daily activities and I will likely be alternating between Era/Sil and the Commander and other characters under his command whom I control directly (Nei, Kendra, Urod) from post to post to give everyone time to react to important information that comes along.


If this pace becomes too much for you to keep up with, then sadly I'll have to ask that you drop from the RP. To reiterate I can only do so much to drag your characters along before your direct involvement becomes necessary for their continued existence.


Because we're about to enter another battle (within the next few posts as a matter of fact) your direct involvement is about to become a requirement. If you cannot perform, then your characters' existence becomes a liability and as the GM I have to make the responsible decision to exclude them from the RP's future for the sake of those characters which are still involved and active enough to participate.


Sorry AKK, but this is the way it has to be. I can't drag the RP down or make excuses because you and @Denezen are struggling to keep up. I know life gets in the way, but as the GM it's my responsibility to move the RP forward. I take my responsibilities very seriously. Because of Denezen's lack of posting over the last several weeks, even OOC, I have taken their silence as a sign of their withdrawal from the RP. I will be deleting Itta from the Character Sign-Up page tomorrow unless I receive word from Denezen by the end of today that they want to remain involved and can promise a post tomorrow at the latest.


So you and Denezen have a choice to make regarding your continued involvement, AKK. I await your response.

@Robin man, a few things about your profile if you still plan on being involved in this RP.


1) Your Description and Personality sections are both falling short of the minimum requirements. Please double check your sentence count and make sure they conform to the character sheet.


2) The Absorption technique you created is interesting but somewhat superfluous. Rather than flinging the energy away in a disc which could potentially see it destroyed or intercepted and used by her enemy, she could absorb it straight away simply be channeling it through herself. Saiyans don't need to ingest Ki orally to be able to utilize it after all. So while the technique is interesting it's a bit impractical. Just a suggestion.


3) In the Personality section you mention that if something (a limb) is broken that she trains everything else. This is physically and anatomically dangerous and disadvantageous. If you have a broken arm, for instance, and you train everything else despite its condition, then the musculature and stability of the bones decreases in comparison to everything else. This causes an imbalance in her musculature and her body's ability to perform. One arm is stronger and more durable than the other so if she blocks a punch with her good arm and then blocks again with her bad arm, her bad arm might break again which would cause permanent damage to muscles that were damaged before and also permanent decreases in the integrity in her bones for bones that were previously broken.


The body can only handle so much abuse before permanent damage is done, and if she allows herself to train while damaged she's only hurting herself in the long run. If this is your preference then by all means keep it, but if you want her to be the best she can be without having to constantly keep in mind her constant imbalances and physical performance deficiencies, this detail about her training while injured is best removed as is the "Dislike" of not breaking anything. Breaking bones in training is deficient and impractical and not something anyone who's serious about training and improving themselves would willingly do. Breaks should never happen in training unless it's a serious accident. Otherwise you're just torturing your body and it's not doing you any favors.


4) I'm not sure if it's a typo or something, but in your Training History you mention "monkey kun fu." If you meant "kung fu," there is no such thing to the Saiyans nor are there any other martial arts styles. If you made up "kun fu" as a spoof on kung fu, then that's fine.


5) The Great Ape is not a legendary state of being.


6) In the Biography section you mention that she's trained with the universes greatest fighters... No, she hasn't. As a Saiyan she's part of Saiyan society and will have been living on one of the 17 Saiyan home worlds (until their recent destruction by Inecros). If she was a member of a Raid Group she was a member who would go either on solo missions with her Commander's permission or she would go on group missions with everyone else to make money to survive and thrive on her own away from her family.


That's about all I have to say about it at the moment. If you're still in on this and decide to fix all of these things then let me know when you're done and I'll take another look at it. I won't go out of my way to check on it after this point so I need you to tell me when you're ready.

A few things about your profile as well.


1) Your Description, Personality, Training History, and Bio are all severely broken up into various tiny chunks. I need you to fix that and make them all real paragraphs like the rest of our profiles are.


2) Minimum age in this RP is 21. No exceptions.


3) There are no calculations against certain kinds of enemies. As I've told Anime King Kaleb and the others before this RP doesn't care about calculations with the sole exception being your power level. When your technique raises your power level by a specific amount, you don't have to calculate "it does this many times damage against this enemy, this many times against this enemy, etc." Your enemy doesn't have an HP bar with a set number of hit points to take out. If your power level is much greater than that of your enemy, your attack will likely kill or severely maim them. If your power is roughly equal, it will cause a lot of damage but isn't likely to kill them. If your power is much weaker, your attack will cause some damage, but likely won't be enough to cause them any serious injuries to the point where they cannot continue fighting.


So don't worry about 9x power against weaker enemies or any of those calculations. They're unnecessary and don't mean anything.


That's about it. Just be sure to double check your sentence count when you merge the pieces together and make sure he's at least 21 and you should be good to go once it's all done. Be sure to tell me when you're finished, as I won't go out of my way to check it for you.

The bio doesn't have to be completely reworked. Just the final paragraph needs some editing. Saiyans keep to their own in this RP which is something I didn't make perfectly clear from the get-go so that's on me.

Sadly no. It can rejuvenate energy and assist in blood production (when blood has been lost in large quantities). But it cannot rejuvenate lost limbs. If a Saiyan had their tail chopped off, the chamber wouldn't help with that either.

I have come up with the numbers for what we're up against when we arrive at our destination which will henceforth be known as Outpost Planet 0XX-12-U.








Strongest Enemy: Power Level 70,000


Weakest Enemy: Power Level 1,800


Low Tier Enemies:


Power Levels: 2,400-10,700


Number of Enemies: 75,000


Mid Tier Enemies:


Power Levels: 10,701-23,000


Number of Enemies: 35,000


Top Tier Enemies:


Power Levels: 23,001-36,000


Number of Enemies: 8,000








I realize that the numbers may be somewhat shocking, but numbers alone never guarantee a victory. This outpost is no different than any other military unit with a chain of command which stops at the individual who's power level is 70,000. When and if he falls the rest of their coordination and organization will fall apart and they'll become easier targets.


Korvaiis has an ulterior motive in this particular attack which he has not revealed to everyone, but I felt it prudent to let you all know OOC: He plans not only to sever this section of the supply line, but to take it over for the Saiyan's own purposes.


He will call for Xol to get in touch with some of his allies who are within around three day's travel to send to the planet and assist with maintaining control of their resources while ensuring that Inecros and his forces continue to get "regular" reports regarding the transport and transfer of goods to their fleets which will conveniently go missing along the way to give them time before Inecros catches on at which point the outpost will have to be abandoned when he makes his way there to investigate. However, that will not happen for nearly 40 days IC so we'll have quite the nice bolstering in resources as we push forward with our goal.


The resources gained from this outpost will include several months worth of food, new items and devices of scientific significance which will aid in the completion of production of the rejuvenation chamber, bolstered communications technology, and the forced cooperation of all the surviving forces of the newly conquered outpost planet who will be kept under strict observation by Xol's allies during their stay to ensure that nothing goes awry.


So that's what's on the agenda for the foreseeable future.


Buckle up and get ready!! We've got work to do!!

I am open to the idea of an event but I'd like more details to be hammered out before anything is done about it.
