Story- a brother and sister search for the Dragon Balls to revive the innocent lives lost to the Red Ribbon Army, an evil organization thought to have been destroyed by the legendary hero Goku
Main Characters- Dylan: the older brother of the sibling duo, he pretends to be happy for his sister's sake and wants only the best for her, he acts like a goofball to cope with his anxiety and constant self doubt, he has a strong dislike for unnecessary violence and opts to solve situations peacefully
Sabrina: the younger sister of the sibling duo, she acts as a stand in mother figure to her older brother and as his moral support, she's often whiny and bossy at times
Gohan: Dylan's menor and son of the hero, Goku, he takes Dylan under his wing after discovering his latent potential, the two bond during training over their shared dislike of bloodshed
Gero Jr: leader of the rebuilt Red Ribbon, a cold and calculating dictator who takes pleasure in slaughtering civilians to get what he wants, he seeks out the Dragon Balls to create a world constantly at war
