Fantasy Descendants of the Curse

"Nice to see you too..." Ash grunted in dispointment at his duaghter's tone. Artemis was the only other woman beside his wife that he calmed as a mate or was even with for the last 14 years. So he didn't really appreciate Sabella's attitude though he understood her anger.

"Hello father." Valac said sounding a little more pleased to see Ash than his sister but not much. He paused sniffing around and something seemed off with the pack members. There was an off tingle about them like they had been smeared with the faintest bit of magic and it set Valac on edge.

Ezekiel howled in pain as her burst of sound threw him back nearly rupturing his eardrums. "How did you do that?" He whimpered in pain his hypersentive ears ringing and his was forced to turn into his human form to get them to stop. It hurt, and as he was still so young the transformation wasn't as fast as the other wolves, it was just slow enough for him to paw then grab a large rock from the ground lifting it as his weapon against the witch when he finished turning. The painful ringing slowing to a stop as his ears popped. "Why are you here?" The now human Ezekiel demanded gribbing the hard rock slightly out of breath from the painful transformation. His bright eyes glaring angrily as his heard still hurt but not as bad as it would have been if he was still in wolf form.

(Humans have worse hearing than wolves so if they go from wolf from to human their hearing induced pain would no longer affect you as bad because the weak ears can't really pick up how hurtful it was. ) [just to explain why Ezekiel turned back to human.]

Luna shot to her feet dizzily at the sound of another voice and reluctantly edged closer, her dark blonde hair cautiously and protectively hanging down her waist. As she minimised the space between herself and the being that made the sound, she came to realisation that it was just a young boy around her age. Or so he seemed it. Studying his facial features, she frowned a little. He did seem handsome, but was he human? Witch? Wolf? Vampire? The scent of dog lingered upon his clothing, so she came to the conclusion that he was probably a wolf. Yes, he had to be. He probably would have been in the darkest part of the forest if not. "....Hey?" She gingerly mumbled, sending a semi-warm glance in his direction. The boy didn't seem threatening at all, despite the fact that he was taller, but that couldn't be helped.

Taking a few steps closer, she watched his every move, then as the atmosphere became serious and boring, she yawned before playfully sticking her tongue out from between her plump lips. Soon after followed a sly grin.

(I don't think anybody knows what vampires are yet or it's not known to many yet.)

Jamison gasped loudly and nearly jumped out of his skin. He had hardly expected a reply, let alone seeing the source of it. A young girl with pretty long blonde hair. She looked to be about his age. "H..hi. Um...what are you doing out here? Are you lost or is there a path nearby?" He smiled sheepishly as his heart fluttered from nervousness. "I'm sorry if I spooked you or anything, I never expected to run into someone out here. I was just. Well...running."

Abby grimaces a little on the inside. She hadn't meant to hurt the wolf like that, just keep him from killing her. But as he turned human, Abby took another step back, knowing that he was most likely faster in his wolf form. And more deadly. Maybe she could get away now, while he was still newly into his human form. But she finds her feet unwilling to move, and she finds that really annoying. "I apologize," Abby said, hoping to possibly earn a little less painful of a death. "I had forgotten how much more sensitive wolves' ears are." She tucks her brown hair behind her ears, very slowly. "I assume it would be too late for me to avoid a painful death," she says quietly, "But that was probably how it was from the start." She curses internally at the tremor in her voice at the end of her sentence.

Luna cocked an eyebrow a little and straightened her posture to make her seem slightly taller. Placing both hands on either hip, she smiled. "I don't get spooked by anything!" Her grin dissapeared when a spider crawled across her muddy foot and she shook her foot like a manic. "...Well, Urm...I guess I am....I'm sorry if I spooked you also. I am not travelling in one specific direction, I'm just trying to find others." Her nostrils flared a little as she sniffed, "I suppose I have found one."

@Axel1313

Ezekiel stared at the girl bewildered. What was wrong with her? "Do have you a death wish?!" He asked wondering why the girl didn't run, he hadn't had any interest in killing her till she made him mad, and now the strange girl just stood there like she was waiting to be executed. "Why are you just standing there with?! Leave if you are going to leave already!" He demanded getting irritated with how odd she was and just wanting to get back to his meal.

(I kinda grinned when I saw that @EvelienLocalArtist . No idea why, but eh. xD )

Abby looks at the wolf curiously. "Maybe I do," she said softly, although she didn't, which was obvious to both of them. She was just making stuff up to... something. "Then I won't leave," she said after thinking about what he said last.

Amber sat in her den beside Apollo. Watching her pups play reminded her of her little siblings back in her old pack. But now it was just her and Apollo and a few omegas they turned. She hadn't seen her siblings in almost ten years now and missed them all greatly, but the pup she missed more than anything was her daughter Fea, Apollo still didn't know of her existence and probably never would. Now more than ever she wondered how life was treating her and hoped Marius and Ben were good to her. She didn't like that Marius was what he was but he had earned her trust in that he would raise her right. She hoped.

"Are you hungry?" She asked both her mate Apollo and the bright orange haired pup that sat on her lap. Looking around she remembered first coming to this den it seemed so big, but now that she had fully grown into the strong wolf she was to be and filled it with eager and hungry little pups.

"Why not?!" Ezekiel's brow furrowed more and annoyed he threw the rock at her. It went over her head and thudded behind her. He grunted even more annoyed at her and turned away he had better things to do than deal with this probably insane witch.

He covered his mouth to hide a small snicker at her waving the spider off. "Don't worry, it is my own fault for getting spooked. I shouted out into the woods like a fool. I'm surprised that only you heard me and responded." His arms fell to his sides, hands fiddling with the sides of his shirt. "I'm glad we bumped into each other out here, although I'm not sure what exact others you were looking for way out here. Wish I knew the way back to town as well." He pursed his lips. "I could help you find more there."

Abby smiles a knowing smile. "Did you not only command me to leave if I was going to?" She catches the rock, ignoring her stinging pain in her hand from the impact of it. She tosses it to the ground beside her. "Anyways, how do I know you wouldn't kill me when I turn my back? Perhaps present my dead body to the rest of your pack, whoever that may be?"

"Are you mad!?" Ezekiel turned back and glared at her. Why didn't anything she say make sense?! The damn girl wouldn't even answer his questions. "You no what don't even answer that." He huffed. "I'm leaving, before my supper gets cold." And with that he turned away from Abby and headed into the cabin following the blood trail, then not even knocking as he pushed open the cabin door and walked in leaving Abby outside. "Where's the girl?" He demanded looking around for her body only to freeze when he saw her standing up right and in perfect health. "What the hell..." He muttered confused.

At the sound of her brother's voice he head snapped around. "Idiot." Her eyes were like daggers and voice like venom. "You have some gall charging in to a home like this." She snapped. Keeping herself between the girl and Ezekiel. Even though the girl was fine now there was no need for further incident. At least not here.

Marius was not pleased at all with the young intruder's tone or the fact that he was looking for Fae. "You have no business here whelp." He glowered, staring down at the boy with a harsh glare. "Leave now before I send you back to your mommy with a bruise and your tail between your legs."

Abby chuckles and heads back towards town. That had worked, but then again, it always did. Except maybe until next time, at the least. Although she'd gotten away with no injuries, psychological or physical, and she doubted the wolf would bother to deal with her again, she still made a mental note to go the other way if she saw him again. Just in case. She sits down at the edge of the woods, grateful for the lack of creatures nearby, just the howling of wolves and the odd noises small creatures made to get away from them.

Luna grinned. "Well, as helpful as that sounds, it seems that neither of us are too aware of where we are, apart from the obvious." Slowly, she dragged a hand through her dark-blonde hair with ease. The boy in front of her seemed somewhat nervous, or so she thought because of the way he was fiddling with his shirt. "If you don't mind me asking, what is your name?" She softly asked, a hand still dragging through her hair.

@Axel1313

"Right, but there might be a path nearby or maybe I could just lead us back in the direction I came? Maybe" He smiled shly, even though he had no clue where he even came from. Oh why did he have to take so many twists and turns? He should have run straight so he didn't lose his way.. "My um...my name is Jamison. May I ask what yours is?"

@xxbetaspiritxx

Luna smiled at the mention of her name. "Anonymous." She smirked wildly and looked around hesitantly. The whole forest seemed to stop. Everything seemed so motionless. Dragging her hand through her hair, she winced a little as it caught on some knots, that was embarrassing, just a little. "Right....Where to go next." She smiled, turning her head slightly.

"Jamison!"

Gaston shouted, pushing the tangles of vines, trees, ferns and weeds. His magic sparked and glittered before him lighting a pathway, his son's footprints glowing luminously ahead of him.

"Jami-"

He stopped dead in his tracks as he came into the clearing where Jamison was engaged in conversation with... It couldn't be anything but a shewolf. A wild beast roaming the woods in search of lonely child to mangle and eat.

"Back away slowly, James..."

He warned walking slowly towards him.

"You've no business with this bitch."

Fae's nose twitched and she stepped lightly up the stairs to her bedroom, the floor boards which usually creeked under any sort of pressure remained silent.

She could smell the must of the wood and could see what seemed like every particle of dust rising from every crevice.

"I should go change... I guess."

She mumbled in wonder... How does this happen? How did this happen? The thump of her heart beat in her ears was absent, along with any kind of feeling or the awareness of her body. Everything was amplified and strange.

"I don't know, a clearing would probably be a good idea." He chuckled nervously again. He couldn't stop fidgeting as he spoke to the girl. "I-"

A small growl of frustration escaped when his father showed up. "What are you even talking about dad? G-go away!" He huffed. Shooting Gaston a nasty glare. "Leave me alone! You're the one who has no business being here!"
