Demonic Needs [Inactive]

Ruby


Ruby was still mumbling when, the pain suddenly got wore all a once. She made a kind of wimpering noise, and then growled. But, then the pain lessened, only a TINY bit. Her vision was almost back to normal to say the least. She looked over in the direction of her hind leg, and saw a. . .boy, well that's what she was guessing. But, she could definatly see the wings, she couldn't tell what color they were, but she could see them.
 
Jackl


Jackl was feeling a bit better already since he'd only touched the iron but his finger hurt still. It felt like he'd touched a hot oven rack, not enough to scar but enough to hurt very badly. When he noticed the kitsune looking at him he spoke. "How's your leg feeling, do you know how fast you heal?" He hoped they didn't heal to fast or the bone likely hadn't healed right or they would have to re- break any broken or otherwise hurt bones for them to heal right.
 
Ruby


Ruby coughed, "It's not a short time, but not long. It's in the middle, but leans more toward long." She said. Then, she whimpered again, and lied her head back down. Her leg felt more or less like it had been stabbed, set on fire, and then stabbed again.
 
Jackl


"I won't lie this is going to hurt . . .more." He could see the pain on her face. He felt along her leg for breaks. He took a straight stick and some cloth and splinted the leg. Then carefully picked her up and carried her inside the snake following behind.
 
Ruby


Ruby yelped, but tried to keep her leg as still as possable. She closed her eyes, and yawned. Then, felt herself get lifted into the air. She opened her eyes, and looked over at the boy.

Jackl


Jackl looked down at the kitsune. "Don't worry you'll be right as rain soon." He assured her feeling quite useful. "Your snake friend is here too by the way."
 
Valentina


Valentina upped off of her perch in the window, and walked over to the door. She was surprised when, she saw Jackl carrying an injured kitsune. She shifted into her cat girl form, and went over, "Want any help?" She asked.


Mitch


Mitch stepped off of the stump, and walked over to a tree. "Better climb it, just in case hunters are around." He said. He stuck his claws into the tree, and climbed to a high branch.
 
Jackl


Jackl was about to refuse the help, but fox was almost as large as him. "Okay." He said. "Take her while I get some stuff."


Spencer


Spencer glanced at The clock he needed to get home but he still had several hours before work was over. He hoped everything was okay at the house. But he had an uneasy feeling.

Jackl


"Just set her on the table like Spencer did earlier." Jackl instructed. He went to go get some healing suplies.
 
Valentina


Valentina nodded, and set the kitsune on the table. "You're going to be okay." She said.

Jackl


Jackl returned and began applying herbs for demons on the wound. The snake that had been with her was sitting on the table watching intently.
 
Gaile woke up. Blinking sleepily she stretched slowly and yawned. The museum was a nice enough place . . . the stone lions had been very kind to let her stay through her sleep cycle but now they wanted her gone. , She spread her wings and stretched again. Then she took a flying leap from the top of the building. Pulled up from the plummet an inch from the ground, and soared away. She flew high, searching endlessly for a suitable home that wasn't claimed by some other Gargoyle. 'eventually' she thought, 'I may have to settle for something much less than I could wish . . ." A loud explosion of noise interrupted her train of thought, then something tore through her wing, an iron bullet. She screamed, her vision blurred, and she plummeted to the ground, thankfully a tree broke her fall. The bullet had been barbed, and stuck in her wing. She blacked out from the pain.
 
Valentina


"Do you know anything about kitsunes?" Valentina asked. "Would the human?"


Ruby


Ruby heard the word human, and lifted her head. "Where!?" She growled. She was usually very friendly, but she hated humans. She layed her head back down, still growling.
 
Jackl


Jackl brushed a hand over the soft fox fur. "Not here." He whispered soothingly. "A bit. Spencer knows more but I can handle his until he gets home so long as she doesn't do anything rash and cause the bleeding to start again." He wrapped the wound and closed the containers he'd opened.


TenZen


TenZen heard a crash and darting carefully through the trees. It was a gargoyle, she looked injured and upon closer inspection saw she wasn't consious. Picking up he ran back to the main camp depositing her in the medical tent. "Barbed bullet!" He called out. Imedeantly a skeletal demon came over to take care of the gargoyle. TenZen left the tent calling over hellhounds. "Follow my sent and kill anything oit that way that moves and doesn't have my sent. It won't be a big party, just scouts." He hissed and with that they were off. Ducking back in the tent the healer was done and TenZen sat to await the time the gargoyle woke.


Spencer


Spencer sighed it was so close to closing time, he would be able to leave soon.
 
Gaile woke slowly, her wing burning and her head was aching. She opened her eyes a crack and saw a being. 'Male snake demon,' her instincts told her, but her brain was still too foggy to understand "Ugn?" She said.
 
TenZen


TenZen looked over. "I won't bother asking how you feel, I've been shot before. Boodly hunters." He grumbled. "But can you speak?"
 
"Uh, yeah . . . Who are you?" Gaile was starting to feel better, although her wing still felt like it was afire, at least her head had stopped pounding and she could think.
 
Ruby


Ruby lifted her head, again. "I have to get back." She said. She began to stand, but fell over, and coughed. "I have to go."


Mitch


Mitch saw some hellhounds below the tree he was in, and he gulped. He'd never faced a hellhound before, and they were dogs, he was a cat. He climbed further up the tree, and looked down.
 
TenZen


"Ah good." He smiled a very snake like smile. "My name is TenZen. I'm leader of the uprising. What's your name my good gargoyle?"
 
Jackl


Jackl placed a hand on the fox growling. "You need to stay down." Then the snake hissed at the kitsune though it didn't sound like a threatening sound. Then is slithered off the table and to the door. Jackl hopped up letting the snake out.


TenZen


TenZen nodded. "Yes, we are bringing the fight to the hunters. Blasted mortals think they can just kill us all off, they've got another thing coming.
 
"Wait! Fight? Hunters? What are you talking about?" Gaile asked, very confused now, in the face of the passionate nonsense which this snake demon seemed to expect her to understand.
 
Ruby


Ruby calmed down, but gave Jackl a small growl. She was upset, though who wouldn't. Her breathing was pretty steady, though it was heavy.

TenZen


"Goodness, gargoyle what castle have you been guarding? That ache in your wing is from some humans with nasty weapons. Iron bullets. They use them to hunt and kill us demons, so we're fighting back. Putting them back in their place in you will." TenZen explained looking at the metal claw decoration on his finger. When Starr slithered up his arm. "What?! Ruby's been hurt? But some demons in town have her?" He repeated thoughtfully. "Tell her to stay there. I'll see about joining her soon, but she's not to move until she's healed." And soon Star was back off.


Jackl


Jackl could understand. Sitting injured in a strange place was hard, and stressful. "So to get her mind off he began to speak. "Where are you from, what's your name?" He asked.
