Demons have marks on them, demon slayer marks are versions of this for humans.

If you want to make a demon, the ranks that are taken are: Lower moon 3, Upper moon 6, 4, 2, and 1.

And as a sidenote, I'm not really feeling a demon slayer atm, but if I get an Idea for one, I'd be happy to play as a hunter and demon!

hmmm, a deal maker does sound interesting, though, demon/devil dealmakers mostly exist due to their inability to affect the real world and thus creating deals to get things from other people that normally they wouldn't be able to get.

However, if you want to do it, and can implment it in some good way, then It could make things very interesting, just know that Sujiri (my demon) would probably hate you more than the other demons.

Also since they only have a demon this also reminds me. We should start up some demon business. We got a lot of em' but they aren't doing anything at the moment. there can be some mission some have to do or we can even kill off a pillar that has no purpose other than to die. Just something. uwu but if they are too low for anything I don't know if we have a way to interact with them until after we've become offical slayers and move on to missions uwu

I have not watched the anime.

But, my idea for a dealmaker revolves around growing his (currently meh) power through contracts with mortals, and even other demons.

I think its gonna be pretty cool once I have it fully laid out.

He is pretty much destined to be hated by mortals, and fellow demons alike lmao.

hmmm, you should definetly watch the anime for a lot of context, normally demons get more powerful the more they eat humans, however, it could be possible that in your case, your demons could become also more powerful plus gaining a few benefits from deals.

Hmmm.... and by that do you you mean they have to eat the entire body? Or can they gain strength from a drinking bit of blood, eating a piece of flesh, etc.?

Because if so, this GREATLY expands potential for contracts.

I suppose, the more they eat the more powerful they become, since very very few demons decide to only drink blood to not die, However in one rare case, which you see in the anime, it is possible for a demon to not consume any human meat or blood and still grow in strength,

However, I think I would say that the more they eat the more powerful.

Also Xcavation can you please give a sign of life pls, we can't really play this without some sort of GM.

One other thing Solirus -- similar to ghouls in Tokyo Ghoul, can demons in this setting consume each other for sustenance? Or can they only consume humans?
