Her eyes fall shut as he kisses her. She felt like she was in heaven. She breaks away looking up at him. Throw. Bait. Capture. He has got her hooked. She knew she just couldn't talk to him, it would almost kill her. She never felt anything like she was feeling now before. How was it a game, yet it felt so real?

When she broke away he thought that she was going likely hit him or something but she didn't. "Sorry" was all he said, all he could say, despite her begging him to not apologize but he felt as though he needed to say it. "I-..." he just remained silent, hoping this would last.

Cardinal suddenly announced having noticed she was just abotu the only one sent to kill mobs, so either someone wanted her dead or had a lot of confidence in a girl that looked like a child. She would get to the bottom of who had put her on clean up for the attackers when really such a duty was likely punishment given how you then didn't get any chance at the special boss loot and while she could affect drop rates Cardinal woudl rather have a fair shot at the loot. That and she wanted to know how she wasn't just going to leave like other had or how they knew her name as so few seemed to notice you could learn someones name before they told you.

Nevermind, she did hit him. Laughing a bit he went after her, laughing the whole way. Once he did so he said "You know, I got a surprise to show you at the boss raid" said Jake with a smirk, which was sort of normal by now. Looking from street to street he tried to find a good inn for the both of them.

She saw him looking around. "The other girl went to go find an inn so you don't have to worry about that." She said with a smile. "And what surprise would that be?" She asks curiously while walking back towards the tavern where they got food.

"Can't say...Guess you'll have to wait an see" said Jake, still wondering what to do. As they approached the Tavern he couldn't help but wonder what would happen at the boss raid...Surely she'd be alright but the mere thought of it made him slightly uncomfortable.

"Psst!...Oi!" The dapper ranger whispered to the dark clothed lady, who had appeared behind her in an ambient manner. "Fancy a meal? My treat." he swaggered into plain view. "Name's Darik Kainz." He said removing his hat and bowing. "And you are?"
He was one for pleasantries, not trying to come off as rude. Darik was American after all.


"I overheard that you were in the business of info brokering and was interested in making a deal." he spoke with a grin and a twinkle in his eye. He took a comparatively large sack of coin from his person and held it up. "Well?"

Jake put his hands in his pockets and walked after her, checking out what kinda place this seemed like. "Pretty good place...Umm..." he paused to think of asking her to share a room but she'd probably just slap him (lol). Walking to the NPC innkeeper he asked for a room and was about to walk up stairs.

She thought about asking him to share a room, but she didn't know. She figured he would ask her if he wanted to. She saw him start to head upstairs. She slowly walks towards him. Aww hell. "Want to share a room?" She says scratching the back of her head nervously. She knew it would be cheaper.

Well looks like she just took the words right out of his mouth. "Sure" he said almost nonchalantly. Jake opened the door for her, slightly hesitant.

Hearing her last part he grinned and moved closer to her with a kiss "Nothing's wrong with it" said Jake, kissing her while they both leaned against the wall. Well hopefully this would last.

Maybe that was the good thing about MMO's, that it didn't matter. Jake took a deep breath and braced himself in case she would slap him again. "I'm leaving after the boss raid" was all he said, a frown coming to his face. Not the best way to start a night but at least he could enjoy this.

Which as you should know isn't possible until we beat this game." Ueiko sighed and rolled the potion back, "But...
