The halls of the dormitory slowly began to grow quieter as the students began to settle down as people entered their rooms and began to get used to their surroundings. Up on the fifth floor, a set of three doors stood next to each other, the fourth one empty for the time being, and thus, one of those stationed in the rooms, though they oftentimes were shut ins, decided that it would be better to get more used to those she would have to deal with so much in the future. Shutting herself in could wait, and with the ability of the classmates, It was a good idea to make sure that one had at least the minimum trust from them.

Elizabeth sighed as she sat on a small sofa in her room, her mind driving spike after spike into the wifi to try and get into the system. It was something that she personally did whenever she got walked into a new network. She would ignore any form of password and see how long it took for her to be able to just break in through sheer willpower and ability. While this one was not as annoying as the actual school's wifi, it still wasn't as inept as, say, a WcDonalds wifi network. She slowly leaned her head back, staring at the ceiling. The people who were moving her personal items wouldn't be getting here till tomorrow, and thus she was stuck with what she had. Which sadly, wasn't enough to really let her enjoy herself.

With a small sigh escaping from her lips, she turned to look at one of her walls. The girl who moved in next to her was pretty cute, and the one after that seemed like she might have a few screws loose. When she thought it over, she slowly stood up with a sigh. Well, they might be better than nothing. She walked to the door, opening it and stepping out into the hallway. She walked to their doors, reaching out and rapping on each of them, one after the other, a somewhat bored expression on her face as she glanced from one to the other.

but-you--3.jpg

Sorina had settled in a bit annoyed now as she looked at the room after adding more curtains to the windows, added more bedding to the bed, changed every light bulb red, and finally with the help of a moving agency managed to get a refrigerator stocked up full of blood packages. Of course, with a red lightbulb. She had made such a racket hours before, yelling things like ‘bloody hell!’ And ‘confound it!!’ as she did so. Even in her frustration she managed to keep Her vocabulary proper and ‘posh’.

As unorthodox as her life was, she held no shame in her eccentric lifestyle. Besides, it was no surprise who she was, surely her two other roommates knew of her undead nature by now didn't they? All of the students were practically geniuses anyway, of course they did.

Her wings appeared suddenly and with a gentle leap she floated gently as her wings fluttered before stopping and letting her drop comfortably on her bed. “Ah. Alas, now that all mine tasks are complete, I shall take a swift moment of respite.” She nuzzled into the pillow and the extra downy bed, “Why doth vampires require coffins when beds are much more.. comfy.” The last word felt strange upon her tongue but she’d picked it up from navigating media on her phone. Surely her parents would never approve of such language, in fact they’d be rather furious. However, the vampire smirked at the thought that they weren’t here therefore she didn’t need to worry.

Just as Sorina pulled the bedding over her cold gray body, a knock came from the door. “Now whom could that be?” She muttered as she opened an eye, suddenly she silently jumped out of bed, floating and landing right in front of the door. She patted down her dress before opening the door just slightly to reveal an eye and parts of her face. “Yes? What dos’t thou require?” She looked at the nerdy girl up and down. Before resting her crimson eyes upon hers, a smile creeping onto her lips revealing her fangs. “My, my.. aren’t you just.. what’s the word? ‘Delightful’.”

Renee easily got settled into her own room, she didn't bring much with her besides some books from back home, even there Renee had barely anything. Growing up in a pretty rough place there wasn't much for her to do besides fend for herself. But one thing she did like doing was reading, it was a way out of this reality for as long as she wanted, or it could help her gain knowledge in certain fields. Renee was sitting at a desk in the room with her many books stacked on each other, some in English others in Russian. The witch was currently reading a book about the many different flora in Japan, there was much for her to learn in this field. Renee's quirk was witchcraft, part of being a witch was creating and making your own concoctions. If she was going to be here for as long as she thought, she could make this room into her very own witchy lair. While a cauldron was a dumb idea... An alchemy kit would be a cool idea, it could help if they're in the field maybe or if something were to happen... Maybe she should go to the mall, everyone was talking about it earlier, they may have one there.

Although as Renee closed her book she heard a knock on the door, the witch stood up and looked at the door, was this her neighbor Sorina, she had been making a noisy ruckus this entire time and cursing around, definitely not classy of her. Despite how she looked and acted, she seemed to act very cordial and calm around others... Usually, she is a bit weird, and it's become more apparent when Renee found out she was a vampire. The revelation didn't shock Renee, but she was very intrigued by the news instead, this weird girl did act like she was much older with her speech. Maybe she was older... Anyways, Renee will ask later, she wondered who was at her door at the current moment. Walking to her door, Renee opened it and looked outside to see Elizabeth. standing next to her door.

Renee raised a brow seeing her, " You're Elizabeth, right? Can I help you with something? " Renee asked, she knew only a little bit of this student, mainly their name and that was it.

Elizabeth looked from one to the other, her eyes catching on the wings of Sorina. She raised an eyebrow, not remembering seeing anything of the sort in the training grounds, but she guessed there wasn't much of a reason for them. That, and she wasn't really paying attention to the fights, with her own training taking priority in her mind. She reached up and adjusted the glasses she had personally made, ones that would allow her to be able to focus better on her work without closing her eyes. That meant she would most likely be able to assist better in her planned job. Focusing back on the girl, she gave a simple compliment of, "Cute wings."

She turned to the other girl. She believed her name was Renee. She raised an eyebrow in return, saying, "Yeah, you can. In fact..." She stepped back slightly to keep both of them in her field of vision without having to turn her head. "as the two of you are going to be in the rooms next to mine, I was wondering if I might invite you out today? If you aren't still setting up your rooms, of course." She glanced past them into each of their rooms. Renee was obviously already moved in, even with how little she had to actually set up. But when she looked into Sorina's room, she couldn't help but wince at the red light bulbs. But once she got past that, her room was rather nice.

She focused back onto them, pausing for a few moments as she mentally checked what was around them. Karaoke maybe. Quite a few food places... A mall... Oh! A festival. While she wasn't exactly the type to leave her room too often, she wouldn't mind going to some sort of special festivity every once in a while. The other two saw something strange pass over one of her lenses, something that wasn't in front of her, as she made sure of the information about it. Finally, she stated, "Hmm. There's a small festival happening a small ways away... Do you two have any festival clothing? Like, Yukatas or the like?" She glanced at the two of them, an eyebrow raised once more. Yukatas weren't necessary in any way for a festival, but to be honest, she thought the two would look nice in them. Sorina had a very cute aura to her, only made better by her overly posh way of talking. As for Renee, she seemed rather cool, with an almost intimidating aura to her, but in the end that just made her seem like more fun overall. Her right lens began flashing through good places to shop for clothing, not letting price be a constraint, only time. "If not, I'm up to getting some for you. My treat."

but-you--3.jpg

Sorina had been smiling, but not until this rather strange, nerdy girl had complimented her! She seemed rather flattered, as her eyes fluttered a bit before knotting her fingers in her silver hair, "Why, gramercy, I must admit I'm not accustomed to flattery." She opened the door and curtsied. A look of slight confusion slowly drew upon her features as she stepped out of her door and looked out towards her other neighbor whom she had met at the training. "Renee was it?" She said as she twiddled her fingers at Renee in greeting. "Greetings."

Her attention then slowly went to the nerdy girl whose name seemed to be Elizabeth. Crossing her arms at her chest she pondered it over. Mostly the fact that there would be in a place with lots of people around her, and people, usually meant cravings. Even being completely fed, the smell of coursing vitals usually made her get fairly close to a panic attack. Yet, she didn't want to seem too anti-social, especially with roommates since they were generally the people that would have the highest influence upon her. Her crimson eyes, narrowed in thought before finally replying, "An excellent imagining!" She said, waking from her inner thoughts, "Thou is aware of such festivity?" That was when some strange glitch in her keen eyes flashed before her, it made the vampire tilt her head, this woman's glasses seemed to be some kind of technology. Or so was her immediate conclusion.

"I.. actually do! Surely, it's not obligatory is it? They're rather uncomfortable to wear." She said with a slight shrug as her arms came down, rolling her eyes a bit as she walked back into her room, closing the door behind her. “I beg your pardon.”

HD-wallpaper-anime-girl-japanese-clothes-kimono-long-hair-red-eyes-torii-umbrella-white-hair.jpg
When she came back out, she was in a beautiful red and white yukata, she'd replaced her usual umbrella for something more appropriate. "Well? How doth I look?" She asked as she spun in place stepping out of her room door. She had a bit of blood on her lips, that could have easily been mistaken for lipstick, however, at some point it would begin to run down to her chin. She'd notice, and cleaned herself with a handkerchief in her small bag. Patiently waiting for the time they'd leave. "To look like such a princess.." She grinned as she took a second look at the way her outfit looked, muttering. "..when I'm actually quite the demon."

Well... This was to be his home... For the next upcoming while he would live here with a bunch of people... Being worried he will he bullied or told he was too loud or even just wasn't liked... His only friend thus far was across the floors, and a bunch of others had already showed him up... But... Well... They... Were impressive... He guessed...

He was surrounded by so many strong people... Could he truely stand out...? Could he really make his way into being a hero...?

Ah... Well....

He had already finished setting up his room his stuff had been brought in by the school, and he had a few extra things sent by mom... He thought about opening the box but... Hrmm... Maybe... He got out the cutter and opened it, spying...

...

......

Mom....

"Aaaah! How can she be this evil! I can't do that not here!!!" He oushed the box under the bed, giving it a kick for good measure and exiting his room, nobody will find out about it here!! Nobody!!

He gave up that hobby! Espeacially after that guy proposed to him! He can't! Wont! Not ever again!!

Stomping, well, not really since he was a tiny thing, downstairs the young man plopped himself down in the chair in the main living room, looking abit in a huff... There must be something to do to get his mind off it all... Maybe going somewhere...? Maybe he'll meet friends that way? Yes, thats what he needs! To be sociable and friendly! No more Hikkitoshie and cosplay!

No more!

No matter what!

....

.......

....

This living room is kinda barren... It needs abit more life...

Renee stared at this Elizabeth as she explained that wanted to get to know both her and Sorina, Renee looked back at her room when it was mentioned then looked back. Although getting out and exploring the city they'd be staying in wouldn't be such a bad idea. She could gather stuff for her alchemy and even purchase new books to read. Her room had enough room so it wouldn't be a bad thing to explore. Get a better understanding on her environment. Better know her classmates as well. Renee nodded, " Sounds like fun. " Renee stated calmly, although as Sorina spoke to her, Renee's eyes looked over at the vampire, " Hello, Sorina. Looking... Dead-ly today. " The witch smirked a bit at her own joke.

The witch looked to Elizabeth, eyeing her up and down with her steeled silver eyes. Like she was sizing her up or investigating her. When the mention of clothing was mentioned, Renee took a few steps forward to face Elizabeth only about a foot away from her while looking at her attire. " You wore a safe outfit. " Renee stated while she wore a very... Gothy and witchy type of outfit. She then looked to Sorina then to herself before shrugging, " She's dressed like a spoiled brat, and I'm dressed like a witch. This is all I have. I'm not from around here. " Renee explained, making her Russian accent more apparent now. " I'd ask where your yukata is at too, Elizabeth. Perhaps we could purchase one on the way? " Renee looked at Sorina, " Right, Ms. Moneybags. " Renee smirked with a teasing tone.

Elizabeth looked the girl over, an eyebrow raising in interest at the new look the other girl had. "Wow, aren't you a cutie. Though, I think your style is a bit too... formal. The ones for festivities tend to be a bit more comfortable, if you want to go get one on the way." She heard the comment about princess vs demon, but she decided it would be best not to press the matter. She was unsure of if it was a joke or derogatory, and she decided she didn't want to step on any toes.

She glanced to Renee, a frown plain on her face. "Thanks." After the spoiled brat comment, she wondered if she should say anything more, but instead just simply said, "And I said I'd buy if the two of you needed some more. I personally do, since I'm not normally the type to go to festivals, and I'm not exactly wanting for money either." She turned as she started looking up places to go for new clothes, before remembering that she had been asked a question about how she knew about the festival. "And by the way, I knew about it because of my quirk. The same quirk that's telling me that there is a clothing store between us and the festival that we can get some new outfits. If the two of you will join me to get some, of course."

but-you--2.jpg

Sorina giggled, perhaps a bit too long for comfort, an amused hand coming over her lips as her shoulders trembled with amusement, “I’ve certainly heard that one before, it never gets old.” She said through her laugh and smirk before giving the witch a wink. Then the bit about her dressing like a brat provoked false surprise from the vampire, gasping exaggeratedly as she bit her bottom lip at her roommates insult. Then the obvious comment referring to her wealthy status. “Wow, is it jealousy that i sense? Or is your blood boiling? I do believe I see a wrinkle forming on your pretty face, love.” She smiled brightly, her porcelain fangs contrasting her gray features accented by the grayish white hair adorning her head. Her crimson eyes were wide, hiding a silent ferocity disguised as deep pleasure. She revelled in the possibility of the witch being envious, insults seemed to feed this strange vampires ego, or stoking her fury, it was impossible to tell. It was likely because she looked up to this witch, and examined her perks in action. Renee was impressive! Perhaps that’s why she appeared so excited.

Then a sudden sound prompted the vampire to look up, “There is.. a second floor?” She muttered, before looking at Elizabeth, taking her comments into consideration she tilted her head a bit with confusion, however, she wouldn’t give origins so easily, “I must admit, this would be my first time among the populace. Forgive me, if im a little nervous. The idea of going shopping with you two is something i wouldn’t dare to miss out on, much less to browse through some new outfits.” She got up and almost tripped as she made her way back into her room, “One moment, if you will. I wont be long.” She called behind her before stripping down and getting back into her usual attire. Coming back out she sighed, “Very well. Shall we?”

Renee held a smirk on her face, " Jealousy? No, just calling how I see it is all, Sorina. " The witch was enjoying this exchange, her eyes moved to Elizabeth who looked indifferent to her comments and attitude, or merely showed a frown, Renee liked seeing how people reacted to her attitude and comments, Sorina was either enjoying it or steaming over it while Elizabeth was not even reacting besides using logic and moving pass it. Renee was going to enjoy it here, she felt. Renee nodded slowly as she began to understand the two a little bit better, " I see... Then I will need a new outfit as well, Elizabeth. I'll be sure to pay you back once we reach the festival. " Renee stated with a courteous bow, although as she bowed, she did not take her eyes off of Elizabeth.

As Sorina took off to her room to change, Renee huffed a bit, but she was back in a flash and now wore a new outfit. Renee nodded having a slightly impressed expression on her face, " Nice switch, I assume you're proficient in that because you're so used to going to many balls? " Renee asked with a joking tone. " Anyways, let us be off. " Renee changed her tone similar to Sorina's as she walked off leading the group down to the bottom floor.

As he sat upon the couch, he began to wonder if... Anybody would come down at all. Were they all secretly neets? Perhaps they simply were busy and already left. Maybe that flyer for the festival was where they went and he missed a whole group going, a bunch of strangers going together to get to know one another... It all seemed fun, in theory.

He'd be too nervous to do anything just speak when spoken to!

If he was asked to beat a game, would he be able!?

They would look at him all expectantly and he'd....

He trembled at the thought...

Though... Maybe the quiet was nice? Maybe he could try hooking up a gaming system down here...? There was a TV with a shelving unit, maybe he could just... Check it out? Game here and see who comes?

That'd be a surefire way of making friends!!!

Yea! He... oh... His games and stuff are back home...

He could go get them... He wasn't far...

...

But what if nobody likes his games...? Or takes over his stuff...? No, he has to share its best to share when making friends!! Share food, share games, share stories and stuff!!

...

Maybe if he buys snacks...?

...Huh...?

He-he heard somebody! Somebody was coming down. From the girls side? He-he could talk to girls! Its no problem! He spoke to Miichi so... Maybe...

He looked up on their arrival and... froze... It... It was... It was that girl... Who was she with!? Why is the white haired girl wearing a Yukata!?

Their both so pretty...

But shes with the mean girl! Who butted ahead of him!!! Oh don't look Toshie those girls can smell weakness! Don't look don't look Toshie!!!!

....

The youg man couldn't help but peek at the two, nervous and fidgitty.

He was doing a bad job of not looking...

Elizabeth slowly raised an eyebrow at the two of them almost seeming to trade verbal blows, thinking that was definitely an... interesting way of talking with friends, if they were friends. But in the end, she just mentally shrugged. It wasn't here nor there. Though the way that Renee talked about Sorina did raise more eyebrows than how Sorina talked about Renee. It seemed that Renee was just an asshole in general. But it almost seemed like Sorina was some sort of royalty.

She waited for the girl to change back before turning to head towards the stairs, expecting them to follow her as she heard Sorina's small explanation about it being her 'first time among the populace.' Hell, this girl really sounded like a princess, didn't she? Elizabeth glanced back at her for a moment before stating, "Don't worry, it gets easier the more you do it. And if you're going to be a hero, you should try to get out more. It really does help your image if you're not nervous around the people who you're saving."

but-you--2-2.jpg

Sorina’s eye’s fluttered at the witch Renee’s denial, the top of her hand delicately brushing under her chin. With a flirtatious charm, “Good. You wouldn’t be as ‘fun’ otherwise.” She replied. Then after coming back out of her room the vampire looked at Renee, “Oh my, you’re so clever, you know absolutely ‘everything’ about me.” She smirked sarcastically, “A ball.. and then..” She grinned, “..a feast.” Her features recomposed before clearing her throat, starting, out the door. “Let’s us not delve into such details quite yet, agreed?“

Elizabeth eased the vampires mind a bit, it was rather unusual for her to feel comforted, her vampiric reality was far from comfortable most of the time, so this was a welcomed occurence. However she was reminded of her obligations and the reasons for her attendance at this school. “Certainly..” She hummed a bit, “..how would you feel being saved by a vampire Elizabeth?” she asked curiously as they arrived to the next floor, coming down the stairs.

Sorinas eye’s would then quickly fixate on a figure peeking over at her and the others, “Why.. hello there.” She cooed as if whom she found was some sort of helpless, frail or injured creature. The vampire would bring a hand over her mouth, hiding her fangs before stepping a bit closer. “Why aren’t you just the most delicio- i mean, trembly little thing i’ve ever laid eyes on.” her crimson eye’s widened at this ‘victim’ perhaps she was a bit ’too’ fascinated but quickly caught herself before turning to the other two. “Would you just look at him?” She said with feigned surprise, then back at Toshie, “Dont be afraid. What is your name little one?” She asked, her voice just above a whisper, “Say, you wouldn’t be interested in ‘festivals’ would you?” Turning to the other two shortly after, “I say we bring him along.” Once more laying her eyes on Toshie, “What say you?"

Junko Tamashi
1679181514217.png
Sweat clattered onto the training mats as Junko swung her bokken with ferocity. Her room bare and unlit, training her eyes to fight what would be her eternal foe. She was among the few recommendations Marigold was surprised about. A pup Sensaina himself pledged confidence in. It was something she took seriously.

Perhaps too seriously.

Her sensei had done wonders on taming the primal child that challenged him years ago in the woods, but she felt so far behind others when it came to connections. Her mind a whirl as she labored a few more breaths before stopping, dropping the wooden sword onto her bed and beginning to go into her strength training.

Villains certainly didn't care if you had friends, and danger was the only thing they were ever put in. It was a hard thing she felt she had to wrestle with. A hero with no leverage is the most terrifying, and that is what she aimed for. These heretics deserved nothing but subjugation.

Something popping as she overexerted, causing her to yelp and collapse to the floor. Her mess of alabaster hair sprawled across the floor; groaning as she sat up. She could already hear Sensaina scolding her. "Yea yea" She said out loud, waving a hand as she stood up again. The sound of commotion in the hall perking her tentative ears.

This was the perfect time! She could join a clique of these girls and learn how they interact. She threw on a black cloak with snowy white fur, skirting outside her door and 'pretending' to loiter as Renee, Sorina, Toshi, and Elizabeth exit out into the hall. Junko a 2-A Student whom actually wasn't in the training class. A pair of dark brown antlers jut out of her head with two furred ears underneath. Her face pale, but scarred with two intense amber eyes...though in this instance they seem more earnest, and confused.

"Oh, uh..hello! I was just...sweeping my...doorframe? My name is Junko Tamashi. Nice to meet you?" Her lie dissolving like cotton candy in water as it didn't appear she had a broom anywhere in sight.

Renee Nyx

Luckily for Renee, she didn't fall for Sorina's ridiculously witty charm. That was her thing! But she did allow Sorina to place a hand under her chin, Renee smirked looking into her eyes. You don't fool me, Sorina. Renee mouthed not actually saying the words. She rather enjoyed Sorina honestly, it was refreshing meeting someone who could keep up with her attitude. Elizabeth seemed nice, she hadn't had a one on one with her, she was rather quiet which the witch liked. Renee chuckled at the mention of knowing everything, Renee was rather book smart and street smart. Although her social skills could use improving, it was her greatest weakness besides holding grudges at certain points and with certain people. But this was an opportunity to know people better, this was not her best skill area but she would need to learn it. Although the feast part did get an eyebrow raise from Renee, " Do not think I would allow myself in such a vulnerable state, Sorina. Not until we are very much more acquainted with one another. " Now that she thought about it... This reminded her of a weird dream she had... She felt like she had a vampire sister at one point and her heart... Hurt for once. Then some sort of coven of witches along with a... nasty hyena thing? But it was just for a moment. Renee's eyes looked to the ground trying to remember this dream and this vampire's face... But it would escape her, and Renee would forget about it before moving on.

As the group of three walked along and made their way downstairs, the appearance of one of the students from earlier would be standing before them. She remembered this one. This was the trembling mess of a fellow student who was probably one of the most crybaby people she had ever laid her eyes on. A very pathetic type of person to even be in the presence in of. She knows someone like this would never made it back in Russia. He would have been picked up by some of the rowdy locals and never seen again. She was created soft but raised hard. Risks were a part of her everyday life. But this was a very different environment. Renee was going to say something first when Sorina already was ahead of her, which Renee knew how to change this into her advantage. Sorina made it rather obvious she wanted to drain this poor sod of his blood. Renee had a very unimpressed look while staring at Toshie. But the question would arise, could they take him along. " Yes. Why not? " Renee stated first with a smile while she looked at Toshie. Moving in, she gently placed a hand on Sorina's shoulder. " Easy there, Sorina, you'll make your future victim here faint from fear or nervousness. I guess whichever one takes him first. " Renee half joked. But she was sure that is what would happen if she allowed Sorina to continue any further.

" Sorry about Sorina here. She is. " Renee raised her hand to her own head and looped it around indicating she wasn't all there. " And forgive me for my rather brash nature of going ahead of you without permission. Sometimes you have to... " Renee's eyes wandered to the side for a moment before they came back to Toshie's. " Take a leap of faith. " Renee gently placed a hand under Toshie's chin, " You do understand, right? " The witch would ask with a chuckle, " I am sure you have seen the flyer for the festival that is happening today. You are a bumbling mess, dear but... I see you being here in the hallway shows me you are trying to build courage to ask someone to go with? Am I right? " She asked, although she did not allow Toshie to answer that as Renee wrapped a arm around Toshie's shoulders. " Now, follow us, Toshie. I heard your name earlier. " Renee's eyes looked at Sorina as she winked, " Tell us about yourself, since you will be hanging out with three beautiful students. " Renee practically dragged Toshie with them as the three were heading for the festival.

Although along the way, they would be stopped by Junko, who looked like she had just gotten there but trying to make herself appear that she had been there for a while. Great... More competition. Renee thought to herself, although her response was rather... Well, comical. She had no broom yet claimed to be sweeping. " Umm... With your hair? " Renee asked with a raised brow as she tried to not laugh at her own joke. " I'm only teasing. " Renee gave a wink, although she wasn't really, she could have came up with a better response.

This... This was... Worse than he thought... Much worse. The... Beautiful white haired girl... She... she was on him as fast as he could blink! How!? How could she be so fast!!!

Festival!? H-HE WAS GETTING INVITED!?!?!? BY HER!? TH-TH-TH GIRL WITH SUCH BEAUTIFUL RUBY EYES AND HAIR LIKE A FIELD OF UNTRODDEN SNOW!?!?!?

This had to be a set up! This had to be a joke!

Surely he was going to get laughed at then dropped! This JUST DIDN'T HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE!

"Uh-uh-uhm o-o-o-oka- Eeep!!" His attention was forcibly turned away from the girl who spoke to him first to meet the eyes of... The one who took center stage away from him not too long ago... Her... fierceness.. He felt like a child before her. She screamed maturity and strength, he couldn't help but feel so very small before her gaze.

His baby blue eyes peeked out from beneath the bangs, parted lightly by the sudden shivering mess her was reduced to...

He paused his shivers only on her touch, as if the touch froze him to core... Unraveled with the sound of a whip's snap a spade tipped tail shot sky high like a spooked cat, the long thing sinewy tail black as night and sticking up like a cat that got spooked. And in the next instant, upon being... encircled, by Renee's arm, it fell back down, dragging along like a limp rope.

He was in a utter daze, dragged along by Renee, there were no thoughts, his face was flushed and he was as pale of Sorina...

Unable to resist, the boy muttered abit incoherently, as he was dragged away to his doom, his brain fully stunned, still trying to parse this whole situation...

If this was a dream, and he didn't just fall asleep on the couch...

Elizabeth paused midstep at the question before resuming, side eying Sorina past her glasses as she thought about the question. "Depends on the type of vampire. If you're talking about a vampire that looks like the second phase of Dracula from Castlevania, they probably would end up near the top of the "Most Villainous Quirks" hero list, while if they looked more humanoid, I think they would have plenty of fans, but either way it truly depends on how they act. If they're brutal, it would stand to reason that they wouldn't be the best hero. if they're a good person and help whenever someone needs help, stands to reason even if they looked monstrous that they would be a good hero that I would be thankful to be saved by."

She directed more of a glance at the girl, an eyebrow lifting. "So, I'm guessing you're a vampire? I think that those were hints Renee was dropping, after all. If so... I have three questions." As if to emphasize, she lifted up three fingers, ticking them off one by one as she asked her questions. "Question one, do you need to suck blood for food? Question two, does you sucking a person's blood turn them into vampires or put them under mind control or something? And if the answer to number two is no, then would you like to do it to me? To be honest, I'm interested in the concept, considering some books state it's a horrible feeling while others state it's a nice one. For science, I would enjoy finding out which one it is. If you're able to suck my blood without any more consequences than when I give blood at a drive, of course."

Once they arrived at the deer like gal, she glanced from one newcomer to another, before looking at Renee, an eyebrow quirked. With a small sigh, she reached out, lightly flicking Junko's long ear. "Well, seems like we're dragging everyone along. Since you are just standing there for seemingly no reason whatsoever, I'm assuming you would enjoy joining us too? We're going to a festival, but first we're gonna go buy some festival clothing. Specifically Yukatas. I don't expect other high schoolers to have enough allowance for a good one, so I'm buying. I was planning on only doing the three of us, but since we already have a fourth, why not a fifth?"

Taking her pale hand back, Sorina’s eyes ever so slightly twitched before a gentle frown formed on her face. Making out the words that hinted at speech express upon the witches lips, the vampire then seemed to ponder as her eyes narrowed and then a coniving grin. It was obvious Renee was quite the clever witch, she wasn’t ordinary, no less expected from the genious talent that enrolled themselves to this school. This challenge really excited Sorina, she could almost feel her dead heart, resting lifeless in her ribcage quiver to life, but not quite. Sorina would mock Renee’s laugh, returning the gesture by not laughing outloud before pulling away from the witches gaze.

Then on the topic of the so called ‘feast’, “I beg your pardon?” She looked back at Renee, a bit surprised she would consider being bit. A shock that didnt last before giving a fanged smile to the witch as the tip of her tongue ran through the surface of her teeth. Then finally a nod. "Very well." Perhaps she was getting ahead of herself to assume it would be easy, yet, tasting the blood of a rival was something all too tempting to ignore. Perhaps it was a trap of some kind however, she took the possibility into consideration.

As they continued down the stairs, and Sorina’s curiosity was piqued by the techie Elizabeth about whether or not a vampire could even be considered a hero she heard her out, although she’d seem uninterested and frankly indifferent, she was attentive to her words. Surely, it was a bit of a relief, although her quirk turned her into a monstrous vampire fiend it wasn’t like she didn’t have control over what she did, unlike others of her kind. It’s what made her unique, she had the undead blessing, but with a bit of more liberty in contrast to the others in her family. “Hmm, i see.. well, i intend to help. But from what little i know about the surface world, and from what i've been told, my kind aren’t very well recived for the most part. I suppose I can’t place any blame.” She smirked, “We’re quite the frightful lot, trust me, i’m as gentle and sweet as any of us get.” Her eye’s fluttered charmingly as she held her unopened umbrella close. "Such great leaps of time evaluating your living life, and wondering why you chose to become the living dead for immortality leads many to the conclusion that they hate life." Sorina giggled, "Paired with the burden of the insatiable hunger, which if neglected, renders and twists you into a nightmarish fiend for all to fear, where no amount of blood would ever satisfy." She blinked, "Oh dear, I must be daydreaming again, please forgive my absentmindedness."

Once back down, even though Sorina had made the first move on Toshie, somehow Renee being the witty witch as she was managed to take her meal away from her! After what could hardly be considered an exchange of words between the two, mostly stuttering on Toshie’s part, Renee then took the nervous one as she wrapped an arm around him. An indignant gasp expelled from her lips too soft to be heard but obviously seen as Renee winked at her. Resisting a giggle as the vampires hand came up to her lips to hide her amusement, secretly, the vampire was seething! However, it felt good to have a rivalry. She wondered just how far she could take it however, as Sorina didn’t plan on giving up on taking Toshie. She’d leave them be, for now, the opportunity would present itself, soon or later. And the reward, that much more sweet. She’d sweetly call after Toshie, “I’ll be right behind you, Toshie. Heh, don't be afraid.” Emphasizing his name.

It was then that her trail of thought gave way to the techies inquiry. Her question almost seemed like fate! Here she had lost a potential victim, and now, Elizabeth was practically offering herself up to her. How.. convenient. She thought.

“Yes. I suppose now is better than later that i express my true nature.” She cleared her throat, “You are correct. I am a vampire. However..” she tilted her head as she bit her bottom lip, “..that’s all you get to know. For now.” Then the most unusual request came out of the techies mouth, was she really volunteering to get bit? Sorina examined the girl a bit further, as she held out her fingers counting down her questions, she wasn’t joking, in fact she was quite serious. Mimicking Elizabeths ways of counting down questions, she repeated with answers, “One. Yes, and drinking out of cold plastic bags is not the same. Two. No, not unless i shed my blood for you to drink after a bite. It’s called.. a blood pact. Which i’m prohibited on performing on anyone. Three..” She pondered, “..It seems we have an agreement. I am quite full at the moment, so perhaps during our outing or when we return if you prefer.” She put her hands together, entwined to her lips, “I must admit i am quite excited. It’s not often anyone willingly ‘donates’. In fact, it rarely happens at all.”

With a wide sweep of a hand Sorina would gesture Elizabeth to continue past her in a dated expression, “Let us depart.” She said, following after Elizabeth, the vampires dress just barely dragging behind her. It was then that a horned one would appear through one of the doors. Sorina would curtsy, “How do you do?” Sorina would wait after everyone had approved of her to join to entwine her arm around with hers and tug her along. “Sorina Bancroft at your most delicate service.” She introduced, as they started out, she’d take her umbrella and open it. An innocent smile illuminated her features as she looked over to Junko, “I cant help but wonder, just how do you sweep a.. doorframe without a broom? You must have some very powerful lungs to blow air strong enough to sweep.” She feigned ignorance for the sake of seeming above suspicion of any kind.

Junko had fought for everything she worked for, and though she had been plucked from the woods by Sensaina-Sensei and showed a world of honor and heroic ferocity. She still felt like a wildling whom could never adjust to walls of concrete and steel.

It didn't help that her excuse was immediately seen through.

A bloom of red streaking across her face as she quickly scanned for a broom anywhere, before sighing in utter defeat.

"Lies will only lead me astray. Forgive my insolence" She said with bow, remembering the many manners and respect lessons she had with Sensaina-Sensei. She was further surprised as Sorina grabbed her hand a pulled her along.

It was the first time anyone reached out to her that wasn't Sensei. Her amber eyes softening in surprise, looking from Sorina to Elizabeth as she asked if Junko wanted to join them for a festival.

"I know not what this festival will entail, but hark! For I will vanquish any foe we meet! Your kindness today will no go unavowed" Her confusion and aversion turning to passion and excitement as she seemed thrilled to do something new. which for her, was going to be a long list.

Elizabeth's eyebrows raised in surprise at the description of vampires, interest plain on her own face, even if the other girl's seem to be a mask. However, the giggle and the smirk added a bit of personality to an otherwise doll like person. It had its own sort of charm. As the different questions were answered, her interests were yet again piqued, her head tilting to the side as she said, "Hmm. I think on our little outing would be good. Lets do it after we get our clothes, though. Don't want to be trying on clothes with blood still seeping out, after all. Maybe after we get to the festival? Since others get to try the treats there, it would be a shame to leave you out." She gave the girl a small wink, and, noticing that she had gripped the other girl's hand, pulling her along, and noticing that Renee was doing the same to her find, Elizabeth reached out and grabbed Sorina's hand, walking along with her. "I'd also enjoy hearing more about that blood pact, though I most likely won't be taking part. More curiosity than anything."

Her eyes flicked to their new guest, giving her a glance over. "So, we have a vampire, a witch, and someone with a vocabulary you'd find more at home at a Renaissance Faire than a café?" She wasn't sure of the term for it in Japanese, so she switched to English for the term before switching back to Japanese. "I guess that would make me the artificer in this fantasy party?" She rolled her eyes before saying, "Anyways, lets go to the store before we have a cleric show up wanting to join in on our quest."

Toshie

Facalties on line.

Life support recharged.

Devil trigger pulled.

Returning to life.

Blood returning as the heart beats stronger, stun wearing off. The debuff can only last so long before he comes back alive. Though he was still going along with Renee, he couldn't help but parce together the voices...

Cleric...? Who was the cleric...? No before a cleric joined... Where were they? A church? Did he just get isekaied...?

No thats stupid that'd never happen.

Besides magic wasn't real.

Only quirks were real.

Which were... distinct...? From magic...?

He slowly came to as this bewildering thought process caught him up to speed. He was still entrapped by renee as he suddenly blurted out.

"Are quirks magic!?" Hr sudden spoke up, the thought dissappearing from his mind as his reality began to coelessce and return him back to the world he was currentally being guided along by a raven haired dominate goth witch woman and her group of mean girl friends.

Because THAT was realistic.

"A-a-ah the festival!? Y-yea the festival yea." He tapped his two fingers together, old words said catching up and being spewed out like a printer that was on the frits.

"I... I wanted to go... B-but alone is... depressing... I... want to go..." he made his point clear enough, but he certainly looked meek as possible under Renee's wing.

He glanced around and spotted another person... White as a ghost but furred all over. She kinda had this woodland spirit type vibe to her...

"...Can't be real... must be an illusion..." he spoke softly, unsure if she was actually a person.. Or a tie in to his hallucinations.

Had cool antlers... But... really... couldn't be real..

@ those around him. Good few now.

but-you--3.jpg

She’d turn to look at Elizabeth as they walked out, continuing their conversation, “As you wish..” She replied to her suggestion, doing her best to hide the anticipation apparent in her crimson, nearly demonic eyes. A shy smirk would breifly draw upon her lips, “Right. Would be a shame if such fine fabrics got stained on such an occasion as our first outing together. Even if i promised i never waste even the tiniest drop.” The last bit was more a tease as she gave Elizabeth back her own signature wink. On the details about a blood pact, Elizabeth grabbed hold of her hand which was a bit of a shock. Perhaps it was the warmth, or that she had two people walking with her which was more human contact she’s ever had in what could feel like ages. It was strange, but Sorina played along, as the techie inquired, “Perhaps another time love, the way i see it, things here are rather.. lighthearted at the moment. Speaking of such a ‘heartwrenching’ ’soul twisting’ ‘essence decaying’ thing in presence of the others here, might make them uneasy.” She’d giggle softly covering her fangs at the fact that she gave such grim details, there was much more to the mentioned bloodpact than she let on however.

Sorina giggled again with slightly fake amusement at the horned Junko who seemed to be a bit uneasy at first. Her pulse was certainly a bit too high for the vampires comfort, almost literally hearing her heartbeat ringing in her ears. Sorina seemed to take a deep breath, then another, her eyes fluttering, hiding the fact that everyone around her was food of various flavors. Perhaps it was much easier to maintain her sense of sanity since she had only recently fed before leaving. Still, it didn’t make her vampiric tendencies crack through her self control. Before too long, Junko’s nervousness and confusion dwindled and turned to excitement. Much more managable. “Kindness? My, my, you are quite the silly one aren’t you? Isn’t this what students usually do with their dorm mates? Go out, have fun, enjoy the temporary sense of routine before embarking on the lifelong journey of finding ones truest calling?”

All Sorina had ever known was the endless underground networks, darkness, rivalries and endless bickering and scheming for a drop of power over the others. Then there were their sworn enemies, but that was another story. Things that Sorina put as far back in her mind as possible. Even now.

As they walked and conversed, Toshie was walking in front of them, to whom Sorina grinned mischievously before stepping on the back of his shoe and guiding the other two ladies at her side over far enough to as to not potentially trip on the fallen nervous boy and her most annoying yet respectable guide at his side Renee. "Woopsie! That witch is most certainly riddled with bad luck." She looked over her shoulder directly at Renee before running her tongue over her fangs with a flirtatious smile and a wink. "Keep up you two!" She called behind her.

Renee Nyx

If Renee was honest, she found this guy very annoying. The crybaby act was very irritating to her, but that created a very good opportunity to control him if he really was weak willed. Something was alluring about him and that was very intriguing to the witch. Although as the group invited Junko into their group, Renee only really stared at her than talk to her at first. Good thing Sorina and Elizabeth were kinder than she was, Renee would rather only deal with those she wanted to get to know, and Junko was not it. At least for now, is she was intriguing enough than Renee would change her mind. But then as Junko began speaking, Renee let out a deep sigh, most likely to be heard. Not another old royal speaker... She was thinking to herself. As they walked, she heard Toshie actually speak, this caused Renee to smile. Was he getting used to this now? Would he stop it with that damn annoying stuttering and shyness? " Quirks being magic? I wish that was the case. Although I guess my quirk would be similar to magic. Witchcraft I call it. " Renee smiled at Toshie that held kindness.

Although then Toshie would revert back to his nervous and weak state, it made Renee sigh of disappointment, " Just when I thought you were getting used to me. " Renee joked, " How about this, you and I go and get something to eat when we get to this festival, huh? " Renee asked with a smile. Although just as she asked this question, Toshie had fallen forward only for Renee to try and grab him before he fell but she wasn't strong enough and Toshie would fall forward, but it wouldn't be as hard. Renee sighed thinking Toshie was a god damn klutz. Although as she looked up at the others passing, she would see Sorina giving a mischievous grin and even giving a snarky comment. Renee did smile for a moment; she was going to enjoy being friends with Sorina. She would then kneel down besides Toshie, helping him up. " Hey, are you okay? " She asked him having a concerned look at her face, she even gently wiped dirt and dust off his shirt. This was going to be a great rivalry.

Junko quickly realized she was not the strangest one here, and in a way, she felt relieved. Junko looking at Elizabeth with bewilderment before bowing gratefully
"Thank thee for thy kindness, I will keep thy safe" She said, hovering behind Elizabeth and listened to the banter the other two girls had. She didn't understand sarcasm and underlying nuance in language very well so Renee was an absolute mystery, and found her to be an excellent comedian.

Junko was wary of Sorina, her animal instincts tensing everytime their eyes met, but she couldn't help but enjoy the pull of being dragged along. The only boy in the group catching her eye in his own clumsy ways, looking at her as she were a mythical beast. He was an innocent thing and radiated a ki of tranquility. It reminded Junko of her sensei in a way.

"What is it we are to expect at such a gathering? I will carry thee if it is sanctioned by thee" Junko said, offering to carry Toshie if he was feeling lightheaded. It was a friendly thing to do right? She didn't quite realize the pressure that may put on the poor boy. The 'sword' of her back revealed to be an empty scabbard with a jeweled hilt as she shifted it to her hip.

Elizabeth's eyes moved to the boy, an eyebrow raising as she answered, "It's stated that any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. The question is, are quirks at the point where they can be considered magic as well?" She shrugged before saying, "Really depends on the quirk at that point." Once she said her piece, she turned to look at the other members of their party before stating, "Yet again, let's go." She started to move ahead, dragging the vampire, and thus the deer lady, behind her towards the exit of the building.

She glanced back at Junko, remembering her question. "There will be food, some carnival games, fireworks, that type of stuff. The clothes are just a nice addition to kind of bind everything together. Also, not sure if I told you, but I'm Elizabeth. I'm the one who will be attempting to get rid of the way you seem to speak like you're from the dark ages. Hope that's alright with you. But for now, we don't have to worry about that too much, and you can just enjoy the festival." Once they broke out of the building she slowed down, deciding they were safe from more random people joining as it seemed like a map appeared on her left lens of her glasses. "The clothes shop is a few minutes away." She glanced at the two of them, humming to herself. "Might want to also get casual clothes for the two of you. You both stick out like sore thumbs."
