There are several ways to interpret that saying. The essential idea is that a person that is "bark-no-bite" is a person that talks big and mean but doesn't really follow through fully. Both of you guys agree on the definition but I'm fairly certain that both Kore and Vira are more than just the "bark." Lol, when it comes to the (uneasy) alliance/truce, those two probably won't actually follow through on threats, but anyone else-- well, that may not be the case.

"What? There isn't any place like that," Vira hissed, slamming her empty mug on the table. Her face revealed the angry, foul mood she was in, considering she was all out of alcohol to amuse her. "Where can I get drinks and hang out? There is no respectable place like that. Gimme another drink."

"Vira. Sweetheart. You've had enough. I don't think you need another drink," he foolishly began saying, only resulting in more of the dark-haired girl's wrath.

"Ugh, asshole, did I ask for your opinion on the matter? I said I need another! So give me another!" Vira glared over at him, waving an empty mug. Then she groaned, rolling her eyes, motioning towards the sack of coinage on the table before her, that she now possessed.

Indeed, I'll take your alcohol off ya, but don't expect me to open.. the gates right off the bat." She reached over and snatched the saucer, downing the drink remarkably quick.

Vira chuckled, "Well, whatever, yo. As long as you keep the 'water' flowin', I'll tolerate you... 'Ryuji', huh? Heh." She prepared to taste some of that top-shelf stuff that the bartender gave them. "Me? Fft. If you must know. -Just call me Vira."

I avoided my own posts like the plague, but yah this kind of demonstrates what I'm talking about... First impressions are important, the "drinks and hang out" bit must've stuck with me. X'D

No idea lol. And I don't think 'better' exactly...? But my hunch is that there's another facet to her power, and/or perhaps the power of another *wink wink* that Vira possesses..... Like I said, just a hunch so far. X'D
But I feel like you might've told me something awhile back that I'm half remembering...? I can't remember exactly so I couldn't tell you. :'3

Weeeellll, considering her power is to 'sense danger' so to speak, sensing other things would mirror that...? Like a radar kinda thing, maybe for stuff that could potentially pose a threat.
Although, similar powers aside, I would perhaps use that 'phenomenon' from the lore and give her someone important's power The Devil, her sister...
Or maybe just something completely random haha - which would of course further the plot.
