Futuristic Cyberpunk Criminals

Neon couldn't seem to get Rain's annoying smirk off her mind. Was something funny? Why was Rain so childish? Neon started filling her head with questions that probably will never be answered. This was it...she finally snapped. "What's so fucking entertaining?!" She yelled.

(Sorry I didn't reply, I was at school >-<)

Rain chuckled before taking a cautious step to the side "Nothing" He muttered softly, glancing at her.

Wilhelm headed straight to it apartment and smirked before reaching his apartment and changing into his runner gear, heading to the balcony and then jumping from the balcony to the ground below. He landed with a loud thud before heading straight to the location of the fugitive's ship, stopping once he reached it and then planting a tracker onto the landing gear of the ship before running off.

(No...it was just a prank...we all went to see some horror movie today and...it was fucking creepy...I screamed like once or twice...)

Neon just put her hands in her pockets. She stayed quiet, having nothing to talk about, until a thought seemed to have popped up in her mind. "Where are we even going?" She asked softly.

Rain shrugged "Best to get used to the surrounding if we're to stay here for a while" He stated, glancing at a pawn shop nearby "And I'm trying to find a way to burn through some of that money from the safe" He added, a smile on his face as he continued on.

"Don't burn it on things we won't need, okay?" Neon said with a bit of a scowl. She looked at Rain then back at the road ahead. "This place is kinda boring..." She added quietly.

Rain chuckled "I'm not that stupid with money" He said, glancing down an alleyway as a large neon sign caught his attention. He stopped and took hold of Neon's arm softly before letting go and heading into the alleyway to the door with the large red letters spelling Open.

Neon rolled her eyes at Rain's statement before chuckling a little. She followed Rain down the allyway he was headed down. When she saw a door with bright red letters saying open on it, she just continued to follow Rain.

Rain smirked and opened the door quietly, greeted by a loud yell from a fat man in the corner "Hello, are you hear to build something from scrap ? Or upgrade an already built machine ?" The man said, a slight tone of Russian in his voice. Where they were in question was a large compartment shop filled with little nick nacks that could upgrade anything.

"You handle this." Neon said quietly. Neon just stayed quiet and calm, looking around at the place. She didn't really want to be there and she was just hoping that this would be quick.

(Shhh)

Rain looked at the shop owner before shaking his head at the first statement "No, we're here to get some new compartments" He replied.

(Sorry I didn't reply....school and stuff....)

Neon put her hands in her pockets, and looked around at the small shop. Neon smiled a bit, thinking that this wouldn't take too terribly long. That is--if Rain was done acting like a bratty little kid.

(It's the last week of school for me until end of term holidays... So I won't reply as much either)

Rain slowly picked up a small rectangular compartment, waving at the Russian who quickly explained it being an overclocker which will allow exo-suits and ships to go over their normal limits for a short period of time. It didn't take Rain long to buy that and continue looking.

Neon looked around as well, trying to find anything valuable...and preferably not broken. She picked up a small circular device, checked for any dents or holes. She's never seen this particular piece of technology before and was actually quite impressed with what she saw, she just hoped this was something actually useful, concerning it's quality. "You know anything about this?" Neon asked the Russian, while holding up the small, almost flat, circle of technology.

The Russian glanced at the girl who spoke before nodding "That, my friend, is a radio jammer install it into a ship or console and you can block any transmission from a five mile radius" Rain nodded slowly as though absorbing what was said before glancing at the ball.

Neon nodded as she put the object down, having her own little debate about whether it'd be that useful or not. There were pros and cons to everything, meaning that Neon always liked to list those pros and cons.

Rain continued to search the shop, staying silent the whole time as he sifted through piles of compartments and items. The Russian tracked both their progresses around the shop out of paranoia, most likely for his stock to be stolen.

(Late reply...I'm sowwy ;- ;)

Neon looked around some more for anything useful, but she didn't see anything of real value to them, and whatever she did find were dented...meaning that it was probably broken in some way, and that was not a chance Neon would even think about spending money on. Shortly after making sure she looked everywhere Rain didn't. She found Rain and tapped his shoulder. "You ready to go?" She asked.
