Futuristic Cyberpunk Criminals

(K ;- ;)

Rain finished up with his rack before using the final bag to fit a small grenade launcher and then three cases of it's ammunition before slinging the 3 bags over his back and looking over at the now empty armoury. He looked over at Neon's un-complete area and walked over, kneeling down and helping her.

"I got it!" She barked in anger. She was almost finished anyway, she could finish just fine without Rain's help! She watched to see what Rain would do, seeing as how she never knew when he'd choose to ignore her or when he'd actually listen to her. Why haven't I killed him yet? Neon asked herself in her head, even though it was really just a joke.

Rain stood and backed off, raising his hands in a mock surrender. He slowly kneeled down and picked up his 3 duffel before walking to the door and waiting for Neon to finish "On her period" He muttered under his breathe, glancing back at her before turning his head back to the warehouse shelves.

A few minutes later, Neon walked out carrying the duffle bags with one over her shoulder. She didn't say a word, she just searched around looking for anything useful. Seeing nothing worth her while, she went to meet up with Rain. "You ready to go?" She asked nonchalantly.

(Sorry I haven't been on lately...stuff has been happening in my life)

(it's all good)

Rain nodded before heading back to the door of the warehouse, exiting and then heading to the warehouse they owned where he opened the door for Neon and then stashed the guns in the room that was situated next to his room.

Neon put her duffle bags on the ground before putting the guns away in the soon-to-be armory. "Sorry about earlier....I'm just a little on edge." She said softly.

Rain nodded slowly before returning down the steps "It's all good" He replied, pivoting his shoulder to dispel the aches that came with carrying a grenade launcher on that shoulder.

Neon put away all of the guns and ammunition before heading back out. She sighed, trying to calm down. She didn't mean to take her anger out on him, though she was pretty sure he knew that.

Rain looked back at Neon before turning to his room and opening the door "I'm gonna get some rest" He said simply, slipping into his room before closing the door behind him and laying down on his bed. He looked over at the window once before yawning slightly and rolling over, closing his eyes shut.

Neon nodded before going into her room and laying on her bed. She still felt very uncomfortable about the warehouse. Neon spent an hour and a half tossing and turning until she finally fell asleep.

Rain awoke a few hours later and looked around, groaning as he noticed that it was first light through the window. He slowly rolled over again and groaned in annoyance, why did he wake up so early ?! He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep again, not waking up again.

Wilhelm opened his eyes slightly and blinked before flipping his feet over the bed and picking up his two duffel bags, grabbing his badge and slipping it into his jacket and then walking to the door. He tugged his sleeve back and checked his watch before sitting down and turning the TV on, it was too early for him to leave and he was all rested up. He stared blankly at the TV before smirking as he noticed that the bank robbery was on the news even though it was a week or two ago.

Neon woke up seeing the first light. She growled and pulled the covers over her head. She didn't want to wake up and tried her hardest to fall back asleep.

(I gotta go)

Wilhelm stood up and headed to the balcony where he lighted a cigarette, inhaled lightly and then exhaled the small smoke trail.

Thirty minutes felt like hours to Neon until she finally decided to get up. She got ready and left the warehouse to go explore a little outside...and to clear her head.

Wilhelm looked over his shoulder as his phone went off, walking over to it after extinguishing his cigarette and then answering it "Wilhelm here" He said. He recoiled and stared at the phone for a few seconds after he heard Mercury's blaring voice, slowly placing the phone to his ear "Stop yelling" He muttered "Okay, okay, your ship is leaving in an hours so you better hurry" Came Mercury's voice. Wilhelm nodded "Yep.. Talk to you when I'm near it" He said before hanging up his phone, slipping it in his pocket, walking to his room and then grabbing his bags.

(That sounds like a situation I was recently in....0-0)

After an hour Neon returned to the warehouse. She was calm and it seemed as if she wasn't going to be as easily angered. She then looked around to see if Rain was awake.

(*Is confused*)

Rain groaned and woke up before walking over to door, opening it and heading outside "Morning" He called to Neon. He cracked his knuckles and headed to the downstairs, half expecting to make a coffee and take a sip. He grumbled before biting at his knuckle in annoyance.

Neon nodded and followed Rain. She chuckled seeing him annoyed and groggy. Neon popped her neck and put her hands in her pockets. She had no words at the moment, leaving nothing but the sound of silence.

(It's a long story)

Rain nodded "So am I" He murmured, leaning on a crate in the corner. He yawned and placed his hands on the back of his neck, still tired.

Wilhelm arrived at port 25 and smirked as the ship was ready for them to leave, flashing his badge at the custom officer and then speaking "Wilhelm Vilchis of the city police department" He stated as the officer let him through to the ship where he sat down with his two bags and waited for the ship to take off.

Neon had nothing to talk about really, so she just said the first thing on ger mind. "I walked around the area a little more today, it's pretty safe... and quiet..."

Rain nodded "But it's overrun with little hideouts of gangs... But if we stay out of their way we should be fine" He said, leaning back onto the wooden crate out of boredom.

"Note taken..." She said leaning back against at wall. She crossed her arms and looked around the room, still trying to get used to the new atmosphere.

(Hey, I think I have to leave in about half an hour and I probably won't be back until about three or more hours)
